Strongly recommended! The doctor at this practice went above and beyond the call of duty in an attempt to resolve all my needs and concerns following a severe auto accident. This was the second chiropractor I have ever been to and I can honestly say it will be the last. If I ever need their assistance in the future I will gladly schedule ongoing appointments with In Balance chiropractic and acupuncture. Very professional staff as well. The office itself was always clean, calm, and relaxing. I will tell all my friends and employees.

I have suffered with lower back pain for two years that made even everyday tasks such grocery shopping nearly unbearable. Prior to becoming a patient at In Balance, I had not been able to stand for more than ten minutes without experiencing back pain in two years. Dr. Buffy is my first chiropractor, and I am so grateful for her treatments! I have been a patient of Dr. Buffy's for three months, and my back pain has ceased.

I am now able to once again walk/stand for hours without pain! Dr. Buffy is fun and friendly, and her staff are always polite. Her office is clean and neat. Her office hours made scheduling my chiropractic appointments easy. Her fees seem fair compared to similar providers in North Austin.

This place is Amazing! The staff are friendly, professional, and absolutely exceptional! I went from not being able to stand up straight or even walk without assistance to now feeling better than I ever had in the last decade. I have a lot of gratitude for Dr. Buffy and her staff. They have quite a bit of equipment to help with alignment and also offer a wide range of services. I would definitely recommend.

I love going- the staff are so kind and Dr. Buffy has made my back pain literally go from excruciating to normal in weeks. They work with your schedule and don't charge late fees for when you get stuck at work and can't make it. Plus the place always smells like walking into a spa. 10/10 recommend

I have had chronic neck pain for years and it causes almost daily headaches as well as jaw issues. Unfortunately I had to stop seeing Dr. Buffy due to an insurance issue but I could tell how effective she was when months after my last visit I started feeling the pain come back and realized how much pain I was living in before I saw her and how much better I felt after. I was a whole new me for months. Much gratitude and highly recommend.

Exceptional chiropractor. I've had chronic back & neck issues for decades and have been to many different practitioners over the years. Dr. Buffy brought my body into alignment quickly and painlessly. She has equipment including a drop table and other techniques that allow your body to align and heal without lots of cracking and manipulation. Highly recommend.

I've had a good experience at this chiropractic practice! The chiropractor herself is straight to the point, friendly, and helpful with understanding what is going on. The receptionists have always been very friendly as well. I never have to wait they are quick to check in and out. Overall a good experience and less pain in my neck and back!

I found In Balance while dealing with an issue that was causing me serious pain. Just over a month later and I am no longer struggling to accomplish the most basic of tasks and having pain and discomfort dominate my days and nights. Dr. De Luna and her staff have been extremely pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

UPDATE June 2021: After about 9 months of treatment at In Balance, I am doing SO MUCH better! I no longer have a nagging pain in my mid and lower back nor frequent pulled muscles and random spasms. I highly recommend Dr. Buffy, and Lily and the crew are awesome, too. :D I'm new to Austin & many years away from my last chiro appt, and Dr. De Luna and the In Balance team have been amazing!

I can feel my back getting better for the first time ever (seriously). Highly recommend In Balance! And in re: COVID: I feel very comfortable with the office setup & precautions they take to keep everyone safe.

I've been seeing Dr. De Luna at In Balance chiropractic since the beginning of 2021. I wish I had found her sooner. She consulted with me thoroughly and took multiple x-rays to show me the source of my pain. I left my first appt with a better understanding of my condition, and have continued to improve since! I don't feel like I'm pestering or imposing by coming in often and asking questions, Dr. Buffy is definitely the chiro for me.

The minute you walk in, you feel it's a friendly and safe place, but it's also a healing place. Dr Buffy listens carefully, asks the right questions, and puts in place a plan that gets you back in order. Four weeks in, I felt better than I had in months-maybe years! The staff are caring and efficient, and the COVID protocols feel just right. Highly recommended. My only regret is that I'm so much better it will be off my weekly schedule soon!
