What a wonderful Chiropractor Dr. Payne is. A little over a year ago I had lower back issues. After a number of visits, my back was as good as ever. A year later, my back started up again, could barely walk and today back on the golf course. Yes, he is very good but he must have an excellent support team. The three individuals who welcome you to the office, check your medical coverage and schedule you for your next appointment.

Now to my favorites, the 3 women who love to inflict pain, on this guy's body. Actually, they are the ones who spend time rubbing out the tightness and muscle spasms you have. They are AWESOME! These ladies remembered me from a year ago and they surprised me on one of my visits with a birthday cake. If you need to see a chiropractor, this is definitely the office to visit.

This place is clean and very professional. I definitely got the best doctor's ever. Everytime i leave this place i feel better each and everytime!

I have decided that Kapsner chiropractic in South Austin (and previously with Kapsner In Round Rock) are truly my number one health care provider at this point in my life! They have always improved my quality of life and given me so many experiences I would have otherwise had to sit out! Go see them! Thank me later.

So glad I came upon this office through my insurance doctor find webpage! The staff in the front office is extremely kind and professional; when I initially called the South Austin office I was asked to come in that same day. Jamal Heath is wonderful, attentive and was able to initiate an immediate treatment plan of action. I highly recommend this office for your chiropractic medical care!

Been taking my aunt to their south location because it was hard for her to even walk on her own and Dr. Heath has completely changed her way of living that she no longer needs as much assistance and it's been awesome to see the changes in her everyday routine that I knew this place deserved a 5 star review. Bonus stars to the amazing staff as well!

They are all so sweet and helpful especially Josh and Alyssa in the front they are awesome and deserve recognition as well. They always make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in until the moment you check out and not like just another patient coming through the door and are always willing to answer any questions we may have. Also Angie in the back helps with my aunts physical therapy most of the time. she's always so sweet and caring and attentive to my aunt each times she's gone. 5 stars just all around. this clinic is such a great place!

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and so nice! They're doing a good job keeping every surface clean after each client and making sure that everything is feeling alright throughout the adjustment or the pressure-point therapy. This is the first time I've experienced pressure-point therapy and have found it to be a relieving and just as effective as some of the other methods I've tried. Definitely a place I'll be recommending to my friends and family!

When I first started going to Kapsner Chiropractic, I saw Mr. Kapsner himself. I didn't have insurance at the time but he was willing to put me on a great deal for service. I have been going to Kapsner Chiropractic for 11 years now. I feel great after seeing them. I even bring my oldest some for adjustments now. Maintenance care is what we need. I now see others in the practice and everyone is great, the staff is so friendly. I have referred a handful of my friends from Leander to Round Rock and in the South locations. I highly recommend Kapsner Chiropractic Centers.

I am a patient at the Cedar Park location which I love. I was up all night with neck pain and I needed relief. I work South, so I called and they were able to get me right in. Once I arrived the first thing I noticed was how clean the office was. I was greeted, I signed in, and was taken to a room. I waited maybe 5 minute's and Dr. Heath came in. He was so kind and attentive.

He listened and then got to work. I was scared because I have NEVER had a neck adjustment, but I immediately felt relief. After the adjustment we went out and I had some muscle massage, it felt so good. I am very thankful for this visit today and will highly recommend Kapsner Chiropractic. Both of the offices that I have been to have given me quality care and left me feeling so much better than when I arrived. Check them out, you will be pleasantly surprised!

I have no idea what I did but I couldn't sit for any length of time. I could stand or lay down and that was still excruciating. I called and they squeezed me in that day, thank god. Every adjustment made me feel better and I was back to myself in no time, thanks to them. The front staff, back staff and Dr Payne were always welcoming and kind. I have crappy insurance and they set up a package deal so I could see them repeatedly with the best prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

This chiropractic experience has been horrible. FYI the call center for the Bastrop location rolls over to the south Austin location. The first time I made an appointment, my call had apparently rolled over (unbeknown to me) and no one mentioned that I wasn't speaking with the Bastrop location, nor did they ask which location I was booking with.

The morning of my appointment, I called to confirm and as I was on my way, they did not have me scheduled because the call center had booked me at another location. The front desk staff at the Bastrop location is equally as unhelpful as the staff at the other location I spoke with. Dr. Payne was nice and seemed to be thorough but his staff made the first experience a bad one.

I decided to give them a second try and again, in scheduling on the phone no one mentioned that Dr. Payne was on vacation and a Dr. Stowell would be filling in. First of all, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes before seeing her. This woman rushes into the room, doesn't ask a single question about my history or what dr. Payne had been working on, etc. she glances at the computer asks if I'm there for a tune up and starts cracking.

Her "adjustments" did not adjust a single thing. Nothing popped. She said that her techniques don't always produce a pop. At the same time, she was ROUGH. She was jerking my neck back and forth telling me to relax. All in all she was in and out of my room in 3 minutes. I felt the exact same leaving that office as I did walking into it. Going into the trigger point therapy I told the therapist that I did not feel properly adjusted and she told me "Dr. Payne will be back tomorrow.

You could always come back tomorrow." Thank you so much. I'll drive over again and pay for another adjustment tomorrow, sounds great. Could've saved myself the cost of the visit and the drive to Bastrop. This practice needs to step up their customer service, bedside manner and communication skills. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Everything about this place is fantastic! Dr. Kapsner is a wonderful chiropractor. He works wonders on my back, has wonderful beside manner and always takes the time to really listen to my issues. He has compiled a wonderful team that goes above and beyond for me on every single visit. The office is run so efficiently that I never have to wait and am always in and out in a jiffy!

He has the best office staff ever! The front desk folks are absolutely amazing; scheduling is a breeze, they always work me in when it's best for me, and they take care of all my annoying insurance hassles. The massage/therapy team is incredible too; they are super knowledgeable, take the time to learn my individual pain points, find muscles that I didn't ever know were hurting, take the time to teach me techniques to help at home, and they maximize every minute of my treatment so I walk out feeling so much more relaxed! All in all, this is an incredible practice and I highly recommend it!
