Welcoming, clean and friendly. Not focused on care as much as the bottom line and making money. After not coming in for six months due to early covid safety reasons (also them not allowing visits for several months), we were charged a new comers fee after being a part of the clinic for over 2 years. That meant over $200 more for a visit just because we hadn't been there in 6 months.

Nothing else about the visit was any different from our prior visits. No extra paperwork or evaluations were done. Just a basic adjustment. Most of the staff has turned over since our last visit, but the ownership is the same.

All of the therapists I received treatment from are exceptional - massage therapist, chiropractor, chiropractor assistant - they all are personable, caring, and very good at what they do.

All of the therapist & support staff have done a miraculous job on injuries I sustained in a car crash. I can now walk with hardly a limp & the pain in my hip, shoulder & back is nearly gone. My visits have been tapered off to once a month because of that. If you're reading this & are suffering any physical pain, I urge you to schedule a consultation at Pure Life Clinic, you won't be disappointed. My quality of life is much better. I can only speak to the massage therapy here, but it's top notch (and I'm picky). I always walk away feeling blissed out and like my muscle tension has melted. I've been coming here during the pandemic, and they handle safety and cleanliness with care. The automated appointment reminders are helpful. They take my insurance, which is great, and the billing is handled smoothly by the front desk staff.

I was recommended to Pure Life Clinic by some co-workers who have had a wonderful experience there, and now I can see why after two months of appointments. The staff are very friendly and really listen to you when explaining body issues, pain, etc. I suffered a stress fracture in my back from sports that has ailed me for over a decade now. My main focus for clinic was for chiropractor and massage therapy work to see if it could alleviate this pain.

Two months after several appointments at both, and I can officially say that my back pain has dissipated more than I could have ever hoped for! It was such a relief and I can't thank the staff enough. I've also had migraine issues the last couple of months (blaming 2020 on that) and they've actually helped with those as well. Overall a wonderful business with great services and friendly staff, highly recommend to anyone.

My whole body felt lighter and happier after my chiro treatment with Dr. Melanie, and her assistant Edmond. It also, surprisingly, boosted my mood immensely! I feel like I can take on the world now. Great experience here. I've been receiving chiropractic care since I was a teen, and I'd dropped off during the pandemic. Thanks to some health issues I've been laying around and not exercising much, and my body doesn't like it. I ended up pretty stiff and started to have back spasms. I felt pretty creaky my first few chiro visits, but they've gradually opened me up.

When i added their in-house massage it's really accelerated my improvement and my back spasms went away last week. Now we're getting deeper and deeper and my body is opening up more and more, and I'm back to bicycling and hiking. It feels great.

I was recommended to Pure Life Clinic by friends who have been coming here for years. Yesterday I had a wonderful adjustment and treatment for a serious rib/spine injury by Dr. Jason. He is so caring and professional and I feel miles better, even after 1 treatment! I appreciate that he takes the time to listen to his patients. I'm excited to have found a fantastic chiropractor!

I found myself going to Pure Life Clinic after I had been rear-ended in an auto accident. I wasn't going to go to any health provider, even though my neck was a little sore. But, Dr. Brown convinced me that i should at least get a check-up. I was amazed that after a single visit, my neck pain disappeared. Completely and permanently. I went on to get check-ups and therapeutic massage for nearly a year.at no cost due to their insurance connections. Additionally, the clinic is a very friendly and relaxing place. Nothing like I've ever been to for medial help before. I would highly recommend Pure Life Clinic to anyone.

The team at Pure Life is the best! I was new to chiropractic care but love the focus on comprehensive healing and overall wellness that I receive at Pure Life. I always feel like I'm an important part of the healing process when I'm there. Feels good to walk in the door even if I'm there to deal with pain or illness. My wife goes there now too, so it's really our family healing center.

The best chiropractic care I've ever had! I've been in 7 car accidents and seen many chiropractors and I've never felt as comfortable with the care I've received as I do here at pure life clinic. Dr. Jason and Dr. Melanie who are equally fantastic! I've never trusted anyone to adjust my neck and Dr Jason has been diligently working on my neck specifically for a couple of months now and it's helped me so much.

Over the past few years I've seen both him and Melanie many times and never I always walk out of there feeling better than I did when I came in. They also offer a wide range of other services like acupuncture, naturopathic care, massage etc. I've had a massage from Joel and it was great! He really knows what he's doing. Highly recommend PLC!

I love being treated by Dr Jason Brown, Dr Melanie Brown and Dr Lindsay Pelley. As you'll see with most of my reviews it's the billing practices that can cause me to lose some of the joy in my experience of a medical practitioner. Supposedly this is all the fault of insurance companies - but as a patient I just want transparency and the chance to choose pricing and services before I'm liable for it.

With that awareness in mind, if you are good at asking questions about costs *before* getting work done, you'll do great at this clinic because the chiropractors are fantastic - talented, smart, friendly, caring. Yes they have supplements but I've never felt (and wouldn't let myself be) pressured into buying what's been suggested.

I have seen them with insurance, I have elected to pay cash at times and I've seen them for workers comp. They have been patient while we've been waiting for a court date on a denied claim unlike another reviewers experience. I hope to continue having great care and positive experience with this team.

I have been going here for over a year and have had nothing but great experiences. I started out with massage and have seen Heidi, Erik and Joel. They all have different styles but they're all awesome! The office staff have been really nice and easy to deal with in person, on the phone, over email. love Dr Pelley! She listens. I told her I was nervous about neck manipulation so we didn't do it at first.

I slowly started to trust her and I now allow her to adjust my neck. They have been billing my health insurance since the beginning and no problems. I've had nothing but great experiences here.

I used to sing the praises of purelife clinic. I received numerous services, for a while. One of the services was chiropractic and I would get a massage before, but on my billing statement to my insurance I was being charged for e-stim and heat packs. Both of these were not being used, as my body was warmed up with massage. I was told, after my PIP exhausted that the money for those services would be reimbursed, so I would break even or wouldn't owe as much in the amount I owed them.

I continued going to Purelife for a workman's comp injury. They eventually stopped seeing me because my workman's comp insurance was paying my bills in a weird way and because of my owed balance, even though they were in contact with my lawyer, who was actively working on my case. They never applied the credit they said they would. When the case got settled, Purelife agreed to be paid a certain amount of money.

They received that money-- BUT THEY HAD ALREADY SOLD THE DEBT TO A COLLECTOR. KNOWING THAT THEY WOULD BE PAID. When I called them after receiving the notice, they refused to talk about it. To top THAT off-- the amount they claimed I owed the collections agency was completely erroneous and almost 2,000 dollars more than was ever owed! I have to dispute this now on my credit.

To to THAT off, I just came home to a letter from then trying to get me to pay 750 dollars?! This is a year after the workman's comp case, after they've been paid AND sold the debt! These guys got thousands of dollars from my insurance companies on my behalf for an auto and workman's comp case and they turned around and did this. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

And Purelife--you will absolutely not be getting anything from me. You have done enough damage and have gotten the money you asked for and I cannot believe you even have the audacity to send me anything. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Love this place! Started coming here during the height of grad school stress for regular adjustments from Dr. Pelley and manual therapy/massage from Evelyn. They were both super kind and thoughtful and asked about how school was going for me. I fell into a beautiful dream state many times while Evelyn worked her magic on my neck. Seriously, you need to get her to work on your neck. Great vibes all around :

This office ranks really low on customer service and friendliness for me. The main receptionist was callus when I made my first appointment. The office seems to run a bit unorganized and I often see the staff making remarks about clients behing their backs. NOT A BODY POSITIVE PLACE. I have been coming to this office for a month and really want to find another.

The staff is varied and you can choose which of them to get your treatment(which is somewhat of a save for how rude most of them are). I have sent and resubmitted paperwork with them and it makes me feel as if they only want the insurance check. The main chiropractor barely got a chance to know me and pushed products on me that I didn't know the price of with poor instructions to follow. I would not recommend this office.

I hurt my back several months ago. They did everything they could to get me better so I could get back to work asap. I have taken advantage of all their services and worked with most of their staff. The staff remember my name and remember what we talk about on previous visits. They do a good job of making treatment very personal. When it comes to physical therapy they will go through them with you in person and do them along side of you.

Then they email you the workouts as well as videos of how to do them in case you forget. If you do not have insurance they have different options available. It's best to give them a call so they can tell you exactly whats available. I love coming here and will choose them again in a heart beat. Keep it up everyone!

Good practitioners, judging from my experience, but after some time, I found customer service and business admin/operations to be less than ideal.

I've never felt better and I never thought I'd give accolades like this! My treatment included nutrition, acupuncture, massage, chiropractic, exercises. I even have the opportunity to use the Japanese foot spa. This is not a clinic you're used to, it's like a home; comfortable, relaxing, purpose; to help a body function more clearly. I'm a skeptic, a mean one too, but I've been converted by the careful care received at Pure Life Clinic.

Where to start. I found this place through my health provider in hopes to relieve some of the stress I carry in my neck and shoulders, as well as general body soreness from life as a veterinary technician. I am so, so glad I found PureLife! Their space is beautiful, with a relaxing waiting area (you can have a Japanese foot soak while you wait!), friendly and to-the-point check-in process, and a wonderful staff that makes you feel like you've known them for years.

Let me first give you this disclaimer: the only massages I had regularly done in the past were mostly "feel good" massages; none were really scheduled to target an particular area. At my first appointment, Carrie introduced me to cupping: a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin to pull fascia closer to the surface and to mobilize blood flow, in order to promote healing.

And whew! She had warned me, but man, I was in pain! You can feel it working instantly, which also means for people who have never had it done before (like me), the feeling of the suction pulling at your deep tissues can be exhilarating, fear-inducing, and tense. She assured me the whole time that although it hurt at that moment, I would thank her for it two days later.

I wasn't sure I could trust her, having only just met her, but I continued. Afterward, I half-way reluctantly scheduled my next appointment for the following month. As she had forewarned, by the second day, I felt great! My back, and whole body, had never felt so limber and not sore! Every appointment, I now ask for the cupping and we laugh about my initial hesitation about rescheduling. Overall, this place is the best! I highly recommend you try it!

STAY AWAY! While traveling to Portland, from Denver i needed immediate help for a pinched nerve. I could hardly walk. This center wasted my time and abused my condition. I was told they could not see me because I stated I may have Obama from Colorado. They stated they were not permitted to take cash from Colorado Obama Care patients. I called the state it was not true.

They had no interest in my health or well being. From what I saw in the office, they are more interested in upselling the sick suplements and other products. I was stuck sitting on a bus bench waiting for a taxi in the cold with horrible pain for almost an hour. All I can say is STAY AWAY.

I've had an incredibly positive experience at Pure Life Clinic over the past few years. The chiropractic care of Dr. Jason & many wonderful masseuses who specialize in manual therapy have helped me heal and thrive through lower back injuries. The staff are welcoming and terrific to work with too. I am so grateful to know who to call immediately if my back starts acting up, and they make every effort to get me in as soon as possible.

I see dramatic improvement after 1-2 appointments targeting my problem areas. I've lived elsewhere and had adjustments by other chiropractors that felt ineffective or ached afterwards, but never had that experience at Pure Life. It's top notch care!

I haven't been able to get an appointment, and maybe that's for the better. My experience: Twice now, I've called Pure Life during business hours only to get their voicemail. Despite calling close to noon both times, my call wasn't returned until the following day on both occasions. When trying to schedule a massage therapy appointment, the receptionist's lack of verbal skills was so grating that I thought I was on a TV prank show.

Imagine her stretch every word to 3-seconds long as she simultaneously eyeballs her computer screen: "Apriiiiil's scheeeduuuuuule is fuuuuuuul. Uhhh. Would you like anooooooother tiiiime? Hmmm. Let's seeeeeee." Which leads me to my next complaint: When the massage therapist that was recommended to me doesn't have hours that mesh with mine, how am I supposed to know who else in the office would fit my needs?

For some reason Pure Life has a bio section for its employees, but it's not filled with important info like the practitioners' skills or specialties. Nope. But you'll learn that Lorien "creates fiber art" and that Alexandra takes "long backpacking trips." People come to Pure Life because they're dealing with pain and discomfort. Why make their experience more painful?

I have been to the clinic several times now for chiropractic work and massage. I am consistently impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and respect shown by the staff and doctors there. The office is welcoming and clean and the desk staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional - there are never any surprises when it comes to billing as they strive to keep patients informed about insurance coverage and what to expect to pay for services that aren't covered.

My appointments have always been on time and I feel that each session has improved my overall wellbeing and has helped immensely with relieving back pain and muscle discomfort. If you find yourself waiting, try out the foot spa at the East end of the waiting area! Help yourself to a handful of almonds while you enjoy the warm water and bubbles.

My husband and I went to Pure Life for massage for several months. We were told that they would take our insurance as long as we got chiropractic care with each massage visit. Long story short, they broke me. For the last two years since I went to Pure Life, I've had chronic pain and I probably will for the rest of my life. I was fine before I went to this place.

Some of the people are nice, but they are constantly trying to sell you something and begging for positive yelp reviews. Worst of all, when I contacted them and asked them to send me some type of exercises to help with the new pain they gave me, they told me to make more appointments. They just continued to try and get more money out of me up to the very end.

I have been going here a couple of months. I have had two 30 min massages and think they were very good. They listen to what you want worked on instead of following a set program. I also go to Dr. Higginson for chiropractic adjustments. I knew him from before he was at this clinic so followed him here. He really listens to me and what type of adjustment works well for me.
