I was literally stuck bent over but after coming here i was able to leave standing up.

New Patient here. Talked to a BAD MANNERS Receptionist! She was in a hurry speaking to me because there is someone else on the line. I am asking about the practices like any normal New patient would ask and she sounded that she has no time for that kind of questions and answers. Right after I felt I am being rushed by her, I suspected that I would get the same treatment when I were to move forward with this Group.

Then I told her I think I don't like you and she burst out and said okay I will cancel everything and Hangup on me. She didn't let me finish of what I have to say, I was only going to ask for another receptionist whom could help me other than her. She might be off a bad start early morning I assumed. I called 5-17-2022 @ 9:10am

Doc Piranio is amazing. He has helped me realign my back, neck, and foot on several occasions. Been a saving grace for my mobility (adjusted talus) and helped with some of the worst migraines (adjusted neck) that I have ever had. Highly recommend him.

Pedro is the best for massages! I have seen him numerous times and won't go anywhere else!

I feel so fortunate to have found this place! last 2 years i have been under regular chiro care elsewhere and now my insurance covers it with them, so it feels like a luxury to be able to receive the care. I looked for a provider in the network near me and watched the video from the owner. I was very impressed with the services they offer, the reviews they obtained and their mission statement, it all resonates with my approach to health.

The real clencher was meeting Dr. Piranio, from the outset I found his manner very affable. He strikes me as a very confident and able practitioner, a straight shooter you can trust, and after my first treatment I already feel much better. My neck feels better and my overall energy has greatly improved! I feel a sense of relief to be in the care of a conscientious, able staff. Renee at the front office also seems very much on top of things and there is a pleasantness and deep caring to her manner. I have a sense of relief that there are still people of their caliber around in the health profession.

Professional Staff, waiting area always Clean, Dr. P, has a Passion for his craft & LOVES teaching. I've always received excellent care.

After not getting relief from my fall in November and regular doctor put me on nerve pain meds and prescribed physical therapy ( cant do pt if you cant get relief from the pain) I chose to try chiropractic therapy in April. Best idea I've had yet I must say. I'm no longer limping and wanting to kill someone because of the brutal pain. I am able to get things done for a change. The office is set up well and never a long wait. Front desk staff are GREAT!

Dr. Piriani is fantastic at finding and remediating my excruciatingly painful situation. I was in a severe amount of pain after a jump from a sand dune a couple feet high that set me up for a lower lumbar aggravated disc and pinched nerve after a bad night's sleep. I thought it was a strained muscle, however 3 weeks later and countless sleepless nights waking up in agony it was the Christmas holidays and I couldn't get seen by an orthopedic specialist until after the new year.

I was sick of being in excruciating pain (8 of 10) and stuck hunched over with an inability to stand straight as my postural muscles were in protection mode. Dr. Piriani was recommended by my Uncle as I'm new to the area, and he was able to get me right in Christmas week, and after the first visit and a few significant adjustments I noticed an immediate and serious improvement. 3 visits later and I'm feeling back to 100% like a new man! Thank you Dr. P for fixing my seized up back!

I'm new to SDCG but been having back pain my whole life. My back recently acted up on me in the form of muscle spasms and sciatica. I work for a big box retailer and my job is very strenuous. In past times I've been out of work as long as 4 months due to my lower back. A co-worker recommend Dr. P from SDCG and after a few treatments I was back to work in two weeks.

I have spent a good part of 40 years seeing chiropractors and Dr. Knepp is among the best and most compassionate. He takes a very conservative and gentle approach and never pushes too far. Very considerate of over-use of x-rays and has a wide variety of tools to work with.
