Dr. Collins, and his entire staff, takes care of me and my family and has for the last 8 years. Beyond their efficiency and competency, they take time to know you and hear your story. The office is warm, welcoming and comfortable. From Jordan, Ally, Christina and Courtney working the administration to Jesse, Sarah and Dr. Collins - everyone is kind and generous of heart.

My hips and back are in great shape because of them! Pediatric chiropractic, pregnancy adjustments, accidents and the general - "I don't know what I've done but it really hurts." all explained as they help you walk through the process of healing your body. Can't say enough good things about them!

Dr Collins is an absolute angel. He takes time with you to understand your needs and goals and will do everything he can to help you reach them during your health journey. Doctors wanted to fuse my neck and I went to Dr Collins and he told me he can help me without needing surgery. His team is also incredible and they all become family to us. Its truly a great environment and excellent care.

They are good at adjustments and have a nice, clean and modern office. If you don't like the open concept you won't like their style of office. Not seeing the same doctor and not having the privacy to openly discuss whole health issues is a drawback. Did not appreciate that none of the staff there were wearing masks amidst a pandemic. When we all wear masks we are protecting each other, and feeling healthy doesn't mean you aren't a carrier.

I think we can all believe what we want for our own life and families, but risking your patients health to show you don't believe "the hype" is not the way a healthcare provider cares for patients.

The docs are very good at what they do, and they go above and beyond for their clients. Not only is their chiropractic work very thorough, they are very helpful with my toddlers and baby while my wife and I are being treated, and they do regular client appreciation activities. This month they wrote positive traits about all their clients and put them up on the walls, and at the end of the month theyll have a day of free services. The docs also ask us regularly about the events of our lives, remembering what we'd talked about before. It's all very personal and real.

I saw such great reviews and it just goes to show how you coerce people into believIng you'll have a different experience than you actually do. They are marketers and very sales driven. While the staff is very friendly, they are pushy and very cult like! As a new patient I came in with a pinched nerve issue and they immediately made me get X-rays without any discussion of price or why I needed them.

When I asked, I was given very brief answers saying they'd like me know the price on my next visit? WHAT? After my X-rays I was told I needed to come back in 2 days and that I really needed to prioritize and come back within 2 days and made an appointment at 6:45am (my only availability in 2 days). I pushed to have the appointment the following week and they declined.

When they reviewed my condition it's was automatically "the worst they've ever seen" type of sales and marketing and that I needed to pay the $3K out of pocket (I have insurance!). Are you insane? I ended up finding another chiropractor who worked on my pinched nerve and saw no other chiropractic issues for me. This place is definitely conning you for money. And the bill I received for the X-rays was very pricey and I would've never agreed to them if they would've talked pricing prior. Don't fall for it!

I did not like this Chiropractor. He hardly talked to me each time I went. He acted like he really didn't care about my injury. I actually felt worse after treatment so I quit going. My advice find a different doctor. There are plenty out there.

I don't live in Seattle anymore but I have to finally review this place because they are amazing. Originally I saw a chiropractor closer to my home (when I lived in West Seattle) and he referred me to Dr. Collins. He said, "I could help you maintain where you're at or you could go see this guy that could really help you get better", so I did. If you are searching for a chiropractor near Seattle or the surrounding area, you MUST go see Dr. Collins.

First of all, their whole set up is very inviting and welcoming. They are very kid friendly, you can get adjusted while your kids play in the front room and the staff will keep an eye on them or hold your babies. Don't worry if you're kids are loud, you won't get mean glares from the staff and let me tell you, they are phenomenal. They are helpful and friendly and truly care about you.

Last but most importantly the Doctors are incredible! They don't just want your money, they actually CARE about you and proof is that I haven't been there in over two years (since I moved to MI) but Dr. Collins still calls me on my birthday and leaves me a nice message! I'm not even his patient anymore! These people truly care about you and your whole family.

They also care about their employee's and that is evident in the way the practice is run, you can tell they actually enjoy working there and are respected. It's clear that they really work as a team. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is seriously one of the best practices I've ever been to and had the privilege of being a patient of. GO THERE!

This is a top level business in every way. I sure picked the right place to begin my healing journey! Not only do I get top notch care from Doctor Aaron and Doctor Pat, but this crack team of assistants, from the traction team to front desk employees are completely amazing! I'm able to work my healing journey in an environment of love and caring beyond anything I've ever experienced in this type of setting.

I highly recommend this chiropractic office. The staff is exceptional and I've been very blessed to know them! My x-rays were very comprehensive and explained thoroughly. My progress is regularly tracked. There has been an outstanding level of communication from day one. I've been going since August 2017, so this review is long overdue!

My son received the best care here by Dr. Collins. So carrying and attentive to his needs. Very professional. Completely impressed with this office overall.

I was referred by one of my neighbors. I have 13 year old girl with special needs. When I first got into his office I was nervous because my daughter was very hyper. The staff was very great they were welcoming. The office was a safe place. And just talking to Dr. Collin for the 20 minutes he seems to be a very great doctor, very caring and patient. My daughters nurse was very patient even though my daughter was moving around a lot while taking the x-ray. I definitely recommend this place.

The people in the office are super kind. They have a real sense of community. The chiropractic work is top notch, but the people there heal in more ways than can be put in a review. If you decide to go here you won't be disappointed.

If you are looking for a chiropractic clinic that is friendly AND helpful, I would definitely recommend Collins Chiropractic! I have been going to Collins Chiropractic for a couple weeks now and I cannot emphasize enough how much I enjoy and love this clinic! They have an awesome system going on which will cut your wait time down to (at most): 15 minutes, and each visit will be no longer than one hour.

Everyone takes the time to listen and get to know you, and more importantly they make your health and comfort their first priority. The team is also very transparent with you - they will go through your treatment plan with you and answer any and every question you have. In addition, if you were involved in an accident, their team will work their best with your insurance to get you the aid you need!

I have just started my healing process at Collins Chiropractic and I am already impressed with everyone I have encountered there. They are very helpful, friendly and caring. I have hope to living a productive life again. I definitely recommend trying them out if you are looking to heal.

I've been to over a dozen chiropractors and have found a couple that I loved. Collins is by far the best service and care I've ever received. After injuring her neck, my wife has begun to see Collins too. She's in charge of quality of care for the largest rehab provider in the Pacific Northwest, overseeing dozens of clinics and hundreds of clinicians, and she's wildly distrusting of chiropractors and their work. And, she's going to Collins. I never saw that happening. I've written a more lengthy Yelp review. Unfortunately (or fortunately) google has a shorter limit on length.

The Collins team is amazing! They truly value the well being of the patient and even have help with little ones while their parents get adjusted :! I felt welcome and comfortable from my first visit and over the past several months have seen my son get over his ear infection, my neck and back healed post car accident, and I can practice yoga again without any pain.

Have been to a half dozen chiropractors over the years and these people have been the best by far. They are open 6 days a week so it's very convenient to get an adjustment.

I LOVE Collins Chiropractic! Being pregnant Chiropractic is a must and just a blessing. Every time I walk through that door I am greeted with a huge smile and amazing service. I have been nauseous for weeks now and I find relief when I am in the presence of those who have empathy and show true care. Today in particular I felt the love form the staff, I was offered an apple just at the right time and conversation with a fellow pregnant woman that made me feel "normal" and like I was not alone. Dr. C you always now how to deliver a solid adjustment that connects me back to my body and the power within. My baby thanks all of you as well! If you are pregnant and on the fence jump over to the Chiropractic side I promise you will not regret it!

I have been seeing Aaron (Dr. Collins) for the past 4 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. He has helped us through a lot, my husband was rear ended and Aaron helped him so he could move his neck with out being in pain. Every time we walk in we are greeted by a great staff and they are always willing to help. It may not be set up like a normal office, there are private rooms for consulting, but you are adjusted with everyone else.

There are things that set this office out from the others, he has a kids area, just for them, he does a new patient orientation to give everyone back ground on why he does what he does, and unlike every other doctor I have been too, he cares. He will give you a call on your birthday to say happy birthday, I have had him call me at 7 pm after an adjustment to make sure I was still doing okay. He will also work with you for co-pays and payments after insurance is used.

If you want quality, go to Collins Chiropractic! Most places don't have this, but they provide the best of everything in a combination. The kindness they provide here is like no other establishment! They Always remember everyones name and they give you quality conversation every time you walk in! Its insane! They also provide you with very accurate knowledge about how Chiropractic really works and why people need it.

The whole place is also decorated with information! I first came here years ago and I came in basically barely able to walk. My neck was stuck turned, my shoulder was upwards, just looked terrible. Worst pain of my life! In a couple seconds Dr. Collins would make the pain go away. It was a process, but a worthwhile process. I came in several times a week and he also made my posture better which was a huge bonus! Gotta look good in public ya know!

Every time i had an injury it was fixed at Collins. I do a lot of dangerous stunts and spinning on my head so I know pain and I know this place knows their practice! If you want to be a more enhanced person, try out chiropractic! So much extra benefits than just having the pain go away.

I love this place! Everyone that works here is so friendly - great atmosphere almost feel like im at home : dr. Collins and dr. Balckburn are amazing! My posture and well being have become so much better after coming here consistantly! I would highly recommend this place :D

Im pretty convinced that the people that work here dont ever have a bad day. Somehow everyone there knows my name, is always smiling and asking me how Im doing! I had back surgery 3 years ago and on my own, my back wasnt doing so well. After seeing Dr Collins regularly, this is the closest Ive ever been to getting my back feeling like it did pre-surgery. I have and will continue to recommend Dr Collins Chiropractic to all of my friends and family!

This chiropractic has one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Dr Collins and Dr Blackburn, always take care of my back/neck everytime I walk in. Its always a life saver every time I injure myself! Quality people and quality practice down there! Compared other chiropractors I have tried they literally get the job done.

Dr. Collins and Dr. Blackburn are A-mazing! I was suffering from horrible migraines for close to 7 years and with a simple X-ray they were immediately able to tell what was causing the pain. Within a week, years of pain went away and I felt like a completely different person. I have several more weeks to go but I couldn't be happier with my doctors :D

Excellent care from a wonderful group of people! I'm very picky about my health care professionals, and I love this place. They're very informative, and treat each individual according to their needs.

When I visited Dr. Collins, I had seen a few physical therapists and 2 chiropractors to relieve the pain I was in. I had a tear in the annular of my C5-C6 disc and a 9mm x 9mm x 7mm herniation in my C6-C7 disc. I couldn't lie down at all. I was on about 30 mg of oxycontin a day and was truly miserable. This had gone on for about 1 month and it started to really depress me because I couldn't escape the pain and didn't know what the answer was.

It was hell; I wouldn't wish what I was going through on any one. Within 3 weeks, I was completely off of the pain meds. I continued treatment for another few months to get completely healthy and have been fine ever since. That was 3 years ago and I haven't thought about my neck ever since. Everything works great.
