Services
Consultation: After reviewing your health history, Dr. Kathy will meet with you to determine if chiropractic care may be beneficial. If your condition is one which chiropractic may help, an initial examination will be performed. Physical exam: After the consultation, she will perform a physical exam which may include a postural evaluation, neurological and orthopedic testing, and range of motion measurements.
A chiropractic spinal adjustment is a gentle and specific force delivered to spinal vertebrae to correct misalignment and relieve nerve interference. Chiropractors use a variety of adjusting techniques. The most common technique is performed with the chiropractor's hands delivering a quick pressure.
Chiropractic is based on the scientific fact that your body is a self-regulating, self-healing organism controlled by the brain, spinal cord and nerves. The 24 bones of the spine, or vertebrae, surround and protect the spinal cord and nerves. When misaligned, or subluxated, the vertebrae can interfere with the nervous system, causing pain and dysfunction.
While receiving regular chiropractic care is a great way to create good health and wellness, other important aspects include adequate rest, exercise, positive state of mind, and proper nutrition. Dr. Kathy can assist you with creating a wellness plan including nutritional consultation and offers recommendations through Fullscript, an online supplement dispensary with over 20,000 products in stock.

I couldn't even see Kathryn because the woman on the phone was so rude - I had to hang up. She was giving me attitude and was so focused on filling out her 'new patient questionnaire' that she was annoyed answering any questions that I had about the doctor. I'm not a new patient yet, and you don't have to collect all of my information until I've decided to see the doctor! It was maddening.
