I started seeing Dr. Marghella back when he was doing his internship for school. I've seen him through the years anytime my regular chiropractor was on vacation or otherwise unavailable & now that he has retired, Dr. Marghella is my go-to for chiropractic care. He really cares for his patients & incorporates different modalities to ensure that his patients get what they need in order to achieve their wellness goals.
All members of the support team show genuine care & compassion while ensuring that clients are well-cared for. I always feel physically better after getting a chiropractic adjustment by Dr. Marghella & also feel encouraged, uplifted, & sometimes entertained (LOL) after interacting with everyone in the office.

This place! This doctor! The staff! AMAZING. Over the top amazing. The absolute best of the best. I was not even looking for a chiropractor to be honest. I responded to a Facebook ad for a special that was being offered. It was for laser lipo. I did not expect it to work but thought for the price of the introductory offer, it would at least be a new experience.
I was completely skeptical. But, I went and after one session, my husband said he noticed a major improvement. I continued to go back and experienced improvement with every session. I am not someone who had much to lose in the way of inches to begin with but after 6 sessions, I lost 6 inches from my mid-section. Through the process, I met Dr. Frank.
Let me be clear. I don't mean he popped his head in the room hurriedly and rushed. He took his time listening and explaining. He is the most real doctor I have EVER been to. He cares. He listens. He talks. He smiles. He hugs. He checks in. It is NOT all about the bottom line at this clinic. It is about the client. It is about wellness. It is about respect and relationships.
I had been having some pain and balance issues for months but after experiencing them for so long, I accepted them as my normal because they were common to me. So, I no longer considered pain to be a problem but rather just how my body was. One. yes ONE visit and the pain that I had no idea was draining my energy was GONE! I have never felt better. Additionally, his staff- they are kind, caring, professional and REAL.
Every single one of them. The office is clean and equipped with quality equipment. I cannot convey the impact that finding Ideal Health has had on my day to day life. I now visit here routinely. Dr. Frank is truly an amazing chiropractor-the best! After you are treated by him, you will never want to go anyplace else! He also gives you a detailed holistic plan for your body and thinks about your care long term! To add to that - he has the kindest most compassionate staff ever! Dr. Frank at Ideal Health and Wellness is AMAZING! I did a boxing workout for the first time which lead to mid-back pain. I thought the workout was new and the pain would pass. 6 months later the pain was still present. It ached just to lay down certain ways. It ached to sit or stand for too long. I could no longer do certain exercises due to the pain it caused.
I've only been going for adjustments about a month now and the difference is night and day. I can now lay down however I want. I can sit for longer amounts of time before any aches creep in. I now can even do certain exercises that had been off limits due to too much pain. I am beyond thankful for Dr. Frank and his stellar team. Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to. My husband and kids now come as well! Stop just dealing with aches and pains like I did. You gotta come see Dr. Frank!

Made a visit to Dr. Frank to inquire on Laser Lipo as well address headaches and neck pain. After x-rays and an assessment, adjustments were obviously in order. I wish I had visited sooner! I have also seen results with the first few sessions in my waist using Laser Lipo! Patient care is excellent, and the entire staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend if your looking for a chiropractor in the area!

First visit was highly informative. Staff are exceptionally helpful, well-informed, and just fun people. A well conceived plan was presented for treatment and scheduling was convenient. What an amazing place! I decided to try laser lipo here- which worked fantastically! Lost several inches! But, even better, I have a chronic digestive disorder, gastroparesis, which can flare pretty terribly and for long periods of time. It I also gives me chronic abdominal pain. The laser for the laser lipo actually improved my digestive disorder!
It made my abdominal pain go away and helps keep my flares away! I recommend their laser lipo to those have digestive conditions, especially with inflammation, as this made me feel so much better! And you lose inches!

I found Dr. Marghella after suffering from a terrible accident in which my lower spine was rotated an inch and a half out of place. I can not say enough good things about not only his excellent chiropractic care, but also his "table side" manner. When I started visiting him, I could hardly walk, even with the assistance of a cane. Walking from the car to the table was a long and grueling process. Dr. Marghella remained positive, genuinely caring, and supportive of my individual needs. Last week, after a couple of years of adjustments and therapy with him, I ran three miles. Frank Marghella gave me my life back.
