I spent 40 years practicing chiropractic so I know chiropractic. Dr. Neal is very knowledgeable and the care is excellent. He uses a gentle specific instruments to make Corrections. He has thermal imaging equipment that measures the activity of the nervous system. Plus surface EMG and on site x-ray. Making this a one stop site for Quality Healthcare.
There's a lot of good choices for chiropractors in Dubuque but I don't think you'll find one better. I'm thrilled that I'm able to get my care here. I've been helped tremendously.

I have found my experiences to be phenomenal. Dr. Neal is very knowledgeable and professional. His staff are the same to patients. The office environment is warm and inviting. I do not have enough positive feedback about Fullness of Life Chiropractic. I highly recommend Dr. Neal to anyone, from infant to geriatric age for wellness and a better quality of life

I am soooooo glad that Dr. Neil was recommended to me! From the first time I called and talked to him explaining my situation to him, he listen, he explained! He always does the best job explaining everything so you full understand! He did exactly what we set out to do, get my life back! I never thought I would be doing the things I'm doing now! After a neurosurgeon, orthopedic doctor, orthopedic specialist and the pain doctor told me there was nothing to get my life back! I can't explain how wonder the staff is as well! When I walk into fullness of Life Chiropractic I can feel the warm. Maggie's smile is always there to greet everyone. Dr. Neal has an amazing gift for helping people and you feel it with with every adjustment. Dr. Neal is always open to answer any questions you may have on your care. Dr. Neal and Maggie make you feel like you're a member of their family! Not only do they care for your health, but also, they genuinely care about you as a person. My husband and I first saw Dr. Neal for issues related to minor aches and pains. We continued care because of the health benefits we experienced from regular visits. We are in our late 20s and our visits added extra energy and significantly reduced the severity of seasonal illnesses we would normally encounter, like sinus infections.
I also saw Dr. Neal through my entire pregnancy and I delivered a healthy baby boy in June! Dr. Neal really worked with our schedule to make sure we could receive care. We highly recommend this business!

The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. You can tell Dr. Neal truly cares about his patients' well being and will go the extra mile to help them feel better and improve their overall help. The clinic is family friendly, which has been helpful when I've needed to bring a little along with me to an appointment. I also appreciate the optional payment plan and text message appointment reminders.

Within just a few visits, I'm already feeling great! They have orientations, and explain everything fairly well. They let you know exactly what they are doing. They also have a lovely variety of pamphlets. I highly urge anyone with back pain, neck pain, or any pain at all to come in. Even if you think nothing is wrong, and you feel no pain, your nervous system could be badly damaged.
