He's very knowledgable and customizes his clinical practices according to what would be best for me instead of doing the same thing each visit. I have been going to East Bank Chiropractic for over eight years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is super friendly, they are very accommodating, especially during the pandemic, and I always feel like I am walking on air after a visit with Dr. Z! After one of my bicycle accidents, Dr Z came up with a regimen to help prevent any long term damage to my shoulder and quickly fixed the misalignment.

Now I have my husband joining me on visits and both of us really appreciate the work he puts into the adjustments, especially since both of our jobs require heavy lifting and being on our feet for more than eight hours a day. Would recommend to anyone looking to fix their posture, adjust their spine and those looking to prevent any long term injuries.

The staff are wonderful. They listen to my concerns and come up with a tailored plan from a holistic approach. From start to finish very professional, patient, and kind. Dr Vaid, Racie, Danielle, and Monica have help tremendously with my chronic pain issues. Sam and Eve make sure all details pertaining to my visits are handled with care. I highly recommend.

I have never been happier to leave a review for a place! I came in and met with Dr. Vaid and I was in tremendous pain. I had to go to the emergency room before I met Dr. Vaid because the pain was so bad I could not sit well, sleep well or even stand for a long period of time. After the very first visit I was feeling better. Now 3 weeks in and I'm moving so much better. I still have some way to go but I am so happy with the services and Dr. Vaid is just wonderful!

After having multiple back surgeries, a friend recommended Chiropractor Dr. John Zerlak from East Bank Club health. After only two visits so far, he was able to tell me more about my back pain and back pain management then any of my back surgeon's. Dr. Zerlak explained the source of my back and my neck. His plans sounds logical, and with his help and my cooperation I believe there will be great improvement in the weeks to come.

I went in for my fussy 2 month old daughter. She just seemed to bit latch as often and would wiggle and cry. They adjusted her back, neck, and hips. She didn't cry once! She was calm and even smiling, she has been pretty mellow the entire day. Not only did they help, but they were extremely knowledgeable about a number of things including vitamins for my wife to take to help with my daughters dry skin.

I'm very impressed with the overall care at East Bank. It's my first time visiting a chiropractor and I came in with acute pain due to a thrown out back. Sustaining an injury when you're far from home and your normal resources is always challenging. That's why I was so gratified to find that East Bank Chiropractic was able to take me without an appointment. Knowing my predicament, Sam fit me into a very busy schedule so that they could relieve my pain and I could continue to enjoy my trip to Chicago. Dr. Z. is a baby flipping master and the entire East Bank Chiropractic team is all-star! I highly recommend this practice for both regular chiropractic adjustments and especially for Webster-certified chiropractor support. At 36 weeks pregnant, I found out that my son was breech. In an effort to help the baby turn head down on his own - and ultimately to prevent a scheduled C-section delivery - my OBGYN recommended I see a chiropractor who is certified in the Webster technique.

With a week to get the job done, I immediately took to the internet to research Webster-certified practitioners located near me. After calling several providers whose voice mails are still unreturned, I finally called East Bank Chiropractic and was immediately relieved when Lexi answered the phone. I inquired if any of the chiropractic staff are Webster-certified and Lexi explained that her father, Dr. Z., is not only certified in the Webster technique, he learned it because his youngest son was also breech and he successfully helped his son turn head down. Lexi was able to fit me in the schedule for that same day and fast forward to a week later, the baby was head down and has remained in position. Dr. Zrelak is so caring and smart! He is an excellent chiropractor with great, strong hands and you will absolutely love him! He took his time to review the X-rays and came up with a plan to get my spine fixed. Only after few visits I can feel the difference in my posture. I am so grateful to have found him. The office staff is amazing, always helpful and the atmosphere in the office very pleasant. Bottom line is this is a great office and Dr. Z is by far the best chiropractor!

I was referred to Doctor Z by a colleague after throwing out my back from a workout and having severe pain. I got in within hours. The receptionist was extremely personable and warm and sincerely cared about my services. She showed me pricing, educated me that many health insurance companies (BCBS) include this in coverage, and came over to me to discuss since I was in pain.

Everyone insisted I do not carry my bags around out of care. I received several long and short term services that made me feel physically and mentally relieved. I now have a plan to prevent this from happening. Dr Z even followed up past 8 pm his time to see how I was doing and if I had questions. It's rare you get that personalized service in the city. Highly recommend, I'll be back.

I went to East Bank Chiropractic last week. The doctor performed some manipulation aligning my pelvis. My walking has improved. I was very happy with the results. Everyone in the office was very professional, friendly and attentive. The doctor had a good bedside manner. I plan to return tomorrow for my second appointment. What a pleasure it is to find a skilled Chiropractor who knows how to adjust me. Dr. Zrelak is very thorough and I’m no youngster and I avoided avoided back surgery 35 years ago with Chiropractic care so I’m not an easy patient. The result of my exam and X-Rays made my need for help very clear and even with a my multiple issues I received some great traction and the best adjustment I’ve had in years.

The office staff are all friendly, welcoming and helpful which I think reflects the character of practice and enhances the treatment. This is not a McChiro franchise; East Bank Chiropractic is the real deal.

Doctors and staff are great to work with. Appointments are flexible and it isn't difficult to get one same or next day. Appointments are also pretty quick as well, so you don't spend hours in the office. Message Therapists here are also very good.

Dr. Z and his stuff are amazing. I used to go there all the time. He really cared about my health and always responded all my concerns. He even called me personally to check how I was going with my back pain when I was pregnant. Never charged me for my last time cancellations and very flexible to reschedule them. He would even recommend products at other places if he doesn't have them or can't be very helpful with your specific problem.

I love one machine that he has I don't remember the name( it is like a scan) but if you have a temporary muscular pain this machine will disappear all the pain in 2 days! And you can use it for free after your adjustment! Thank you Dr. Z! I will miss you a lot! And I will try to travel until there whenever I can! But for sure Eric will still go there!

Dr. Zrelak and his team has helped me so much in the last two months. I came in with severe vertigo and back after a bad fall, and was struggling to get through the day with the dizziness. He immediately assessed my problem and started targeted therapy on me and within three weeks of treatment my vertigo was gone! I'm so grateful to Dr. Zrelak for pinpointing the root of the problem and giving me back my life again. Taking care of yourself is always important. I had a few changes in my life and had to stop going to the chiropractic care at East Bank Chiropratic. I headed back and have been improving my health since then. I have a hard time fitting time in, but they have hours during lunch and after work, so I can make it in. when I have a tight schedule they work with me so I can get treated and get back to work or go home.

My back was getting out of alignment and I was getting numbness. but now I'm feeling better and I see a difference in my Xrays. I recommend going here to improve your health!

Dr. Zrelak and Dr Curry are the best, I wish I could give 10 stars. I felt I needed to write this review to get their name out there and help others in the same situation. They are excellent and will help you. My husband had an injury of herniated discs to his back. On a scale of 1-10 pain, he was a 10. He couldn't walk, eat, sleep etc. Every MD; spine specialist, surgeon, Pain specialist we went to for 7 grueling months couldn't find the solution or fix his pain, nor did they care. Dr Zrelak and Dr Curry gave us hope, they understood what we were going through and really care to find the long term solution. And they did. They have helped his pain and have showed solid results and he is finally recovering in less than a month in their care. I can't recommend them enough!

I have never been to a chiropractor but after 26 years, I decided whyyyy not. I have *awesome* health insurance that even covers chiropractic treatments. So that might have triggered me to make an appointment. Anywhoots- I first walked into what seemed to be a small office but it's a decent size once you get past the reception area. Then, you wait again in a different waiting area, closer to all the doctors office.

This is where you blankly stare at all the Chicago athletes and actors that Dr. Zrelak have as patients. I really didnt know who i was going to see but.lucky me. I met with Dr. Zrelak first. He took down all my info, pain areas, complaints and gave me wonderful pointers about which vitamins to take. Then I had to take X-rays and all that good stuff and met Dr. Curry.

He was just as nice and very helpful. I never felt rushed meeting with both of the doctors. The office staff is accommodating and so sweet! I forgot one of the medical assistant's name but she was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. The location is convenient if you live in the downtown area. It's walking distance from my home so that's why I wanted to check it out. There's street parking and a parking lot for those who drive. This review is for my first visit to this office. I must say, my first visit to a chiropractor's office was overall a good experience.

I had great experiences here with all their doctors and staff, and I'd highly recommend. They take appointments on short notice and do the job right. I just wish they would stay open a little later because I no longer work right in the neighborhood and I just can't get there before they close anymore.

Getting older sucks. But it doesn't have to suck as bad, when you have a most excellent chiropractor keeping the aches and pains at a minimum. Insert East Bank Chiro and Dr. Curry. While I think all of their doctors are equally good at what they do, I've been seeing Dr. Curry for a little more than a month, and I've been thoroughly impressed with his dedication to not only help me fix what's wrong (aka, massive lower back pain), but teaching me how to unlearn bad habits (slouching and leg crossing = bad news bears, apparently) while learning how to remain pain-free and healthy into the future.

All of the staff here are super friendly, professional, and incredibly flexible with scheduling appointments. Only a month in, and I've already noticed reduced pain - I can't help but be a fan of that and the people who have helped me get there.

This chiropractic practice is excellent! The staff and doctors in the office are all very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was extremely easy for me to make an appointment there. Additionally, they verify your insurance benefits before you receive treatment and you are well aware of what you will owe out of pocket. They offer discounts for one time payments and they also have payment plans available.

I have only been here twice, but I haven't had any complaints so far! I'm well on my way to having a healthy spine again! One last note: if you are skeptical about chiropractors, you shouldn't worry about these doctors. They have a long list of professional athletes and celebrity as their clients (as evident by the photos in the hallways).

I found out about East Bank Chiropractic at a health fair. I'd never been to a chiro before, so I was a little unsure about the whole process and what they do. Can they really help? Short answer: yes. I've got a curve in my lower spine, which causes some discomfort since I sit all day at the office. I also get pretty bad headaches (borderline migraines). Dr. Curry took ALL of this into account, and developed a treatment plan that would alleviate the pressure on my lower back (and ultimately reduce the frequency of my headaches - yay!) and help bring my spine closer into alignment (as best as it can, given the massive curve).

Everyone you encounter at EBC is great and very friendly. They do their part to educate you on the many benefits of chiropractic medicine, and how it's all connected to your overall health. I've also had the other chiropractors do my adjustments, and they've all done a fab job. They're willing to work out a payment plan with you, which is great, especially if you didn't factor that into your flex spending budget for the year.
