Before coming to Evolve Chiropractic in Gilberts I could not play the guitar. Well, I still can't play the guitar, but my body feels great! Dr. Zaid has done amazing work relieving me of persistent back pain through Chiropractic care and stretching exercises. Nicole has been awesome with addressing stiffness in my neck with massage therapy. Overall, the staff is very friendly and all about the wellness of their patients. I love coming to this chiropractor so much! Rose and Rebecca are so helpful and kind. They always say hello to everyone who walks in. They always try to remember names and treat everyone like a friend. They always remember my schedule. They also keep the office really clean! Dr. Zaid is very cooperative and will work with my schedule accordingly. My physical health has improved a lot coming to this chiropractor!

I'm a full time working mom of littles with hardly any time to spare. My car is also my office and I drive 150 miles on a good day. When I couldn't take the lower back pain and headaches anymore, I reluctantly made an appointment with Dr. Z. One week in and my headaches disappeared. Two weeks in and I wasn't sleeping on a heating pad anymore. He listens, is super supportive, caring, and EFFICIENT.

He makes it possible to fit time in for my health. I'm SO glad I clicked on that FB ad many months ago. Now I'm pain free in maintenance mode and bring the kids with me. My 1 yo sleeps so much better! Oh! We can't forget about Nicole! What an amazing MT! She is so sweet and comforting, takes her time, and has magic hands. Wish I could go for a massage everyday! I'm so glad I found this chiropractor after moving to the area. I was in so much pain after working from home during Covid and sitting at my computer for hours on end. My extensive treatment plan was a deal breaker. I'm so glad I signed up for it and now I'm on a regular maintenance regimen. I started having lower back pain. It's started to get in the way of me doing my normal day to day activities. So I started looking around and going over reviews for different chiropractors. I found this place and I don't regret choosing them. The staff are amazing. Place is very clean and covid friendly. Now I barely have back pain after a few months of treatments. I still go to help adjust my back a couple days a week.

After being diagnosed with frozen shoulder in May & getting the options of cortisone injections + physical therapy or surgery, I chose to try the chiropractor fist. I'm glad I did. After 10 weeks with Dr. Zaid I have gone from 35% movement to 70%! It's probably not the fastest route I could've chosen but by far the healthiest. Saw my orthopedic this morning & he doesn't even need to see me for another follow up, "keep doing what you're doing. Your making great progress". Rose at the desk is super helpful & the massage therapists are amazing!

Proof that chiropractic adjustments work! I have been seeing Dr. Zaid this past year for neck and headache issues, but this particular incident was amazing. My son had kicked me in the ribs on accident rough housing. At the time I didnt think it was a problem until I was experiencing sharp pain even to breath making sleeping miserable. I happen to go see Dr. Zaid for one of my appointments and mentioned how much pain I was in that I didnt think he could do my regular adjustment.

He told me he could help me with rib and by that night I was sleeping without pain! In few days it was not feeling as tender anymore. If I had gone to the ER, they would have prescribed a ton of pain relievers. Proof!

Dr Z is amazing! He implemented multiple forms of treatment for my back and neck pain, such as chiropractic adjustments, stretching and traction. My massage therapist, Nichole, is also amazing! She works wonders with her magic hands. Amanda is always so upbeat and helpful at the front desk. This crew is a joy to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Evolve has helped me extensively with my with my back and neck issues. They use an approach that I have never experienced. Yes they do adjustments like other chiropractors, but they go way above that. They use X-rays to evaluate what might be the causes for your neck and back pain. They use the X-ray to evaluate the curve of your neck and back, and then graphically diagram it using red and green lines.

The red line is where your current neck curvature is and then the green line show you where your neck curve should be. From this information they plan a course of action for treatment. These treatments include adjustments, electric stimulus, manual massage, acupuncture, or vibration traction. They go above and beyond what any chiropractor I have ever seen. It is worth checking out and going here.

I came to this chiropractor only for what I thought was going to be a simple check up in October of 2020. Well I got adjusted and came back the next day to my X-ray results and let me just say. My back and neck were not good. I’m a 23 year old female, and Dr.Stephanie described to me that my X-ray looked as if my bones were a middle aged womans!

I was shocked and knew I needed to make some life changes and better my body and mind! First I would started with an amazing massage from Harrison, a very gentle, kind guy that will make you feel welcomed during your massage! This was my first time ever having a professional massage done and it’s life changing! Thank you for always getting the knots out of my super tense shoulders!

Then we go Dr.Stephanie who can really give some good laughs and awesome fitness advice! She loves her lulu-lemon and spends even her breaks working out! She knows exactly how to adjust any part of the body and I always leave her room feeling rejuvenated! Of course, there is Dr. J.J! He will teach you everything you need to know about helping your body heal! He’ll teach you exercises so simple that you can even do them at work!

He will always give you a good laugh and ask you what’s for dinner! Ask him about his new plant collection!
Let’s not forget Faith! She is a super down to earth person and gives great advice on working out and where to get the best fashionable scrubs or work out gear! She’ll brighten the whole room with her doodles and games in the office! And how can I not mention Dr. Lloyd! He’ll wander though the office(or on Halloween, even gallop) making sure you’re keeping up with your exercises and do everything he can to make you feel comfortable and safe!

He loves to talk coffee and all about his dog! I spoil him with bags of unique coffee:)
Over all the staff at Evolve knows how to handle people of all ages, treat the body the way it needs to be treated. Not to mention they run a very clean and up to date office. Your body is your temple! So be kind to it and treat it right and you will live a better life! Dr. Fielder is the best. Great adjustments, very knowledgeable and engaging conversation. I highly recommend this location. As far as massages, they are equally as wonderful. Sammi takes great care of you and educates you at the same time. Amazing experience every time I go in there.

Dr. Lloyd does a great job adjusting my back and takes time to find out how things are going With my exercises at home. I have used him for 15 years with great results whenever I have problems.

Really glad to see Evolve opened up an office in Schaumburg. I've been going to another location for years and the chiros are all fantastic.
