Met with Dr. Sam Wagg today and was throughly impressed with him and everything Fix had to offer. It's like nothing I have ever been to before. It's not just a quick adjustment and you are on your way, but more of a "let's see how we can correct the problem so it doesn't flare up again". Not only did I get adjusted, but we went through multiple movements and exercises as well to find out where the issues are and what could be causing them. I highly recommend Dr. Wagg and Fix! They will help you get back to your best self!

Just received my 2nd run with Alan and I'm feeling really good, healthy and more energy than before. I'm optimistic that I'll continue to feel an increased energy flow in all aspects of life with the help and guidance of the crew here!

The guys were So nice! Sam really took the time to help me understand the process! I had PRP + micro needling to my hairline. The Dr who administered treatment was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. It's an uncomfortable treatment in general but they made it both enjoyable and fearless.

I have a horrendous fear of needles and had to get an injection at my recent appointment. Alan was a rockstar not only did we succeed in giving me my injections but we got through it with no tears. Alan understood my fears and made me feel as much at ease as he could.

I'd never had chiropractic work done before and cracking things in body definitely freak me out, but Dr. Sam was very informative, very patient, and truly showed expertise and passion for what he does. The place is clean and welcoming. Had no fears going there during COVID because all precautions were taken. Love this place!

The Fix body group and Dr Wagg are amazing. A one stop shop to help with all of your physical needs. I have seen many PT's, chiro's and massage therapists and they are always different companies and don't communicate well with each other. when all of these services are under one brand the results are much more noticeable and quicker!

Wow! I saw Dr. Mike Jerez of Fix Body Group in Palm Desert for the first time last week for an initial 1 hour consultation and I have to say that he completely changed my mind about chiropractors. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was also incredibly thorough and patient, explaining exactly what was going on with my body and why I was in pain where I was in pain.

I walked out of that initial session feeling relief for the first time in a long time. I just saw him again yesterday and he was just as great as the first session. I’m hopeful that by working with him, we’ll be able to reverse all the negative stuff going on with my body.

Dr Michael from the Palm Desert office, is an incredibly talented man. I took my daughter (14 year old athlete) to him after she had a collusion with another player at a soccer game, she was complaining of pain in her arm and back. Not only he spent about an hour with her working on her injuries HE REALIZED SHE HAD A CONCUSSION. He told me to follow up with her doctor as he was concerned.

We did, and he was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT, she had a concussion and had to skip school and practice for at least a week. Without his thorough assessment and quick call to action, who knows what would have happened. THANK YOU DR MICHAEL. You are AMAZING

Michael is super knowledgeable. Not only did he snap me in places I didn’t know I could snap. But he educated me on what was happening in my body and why I was struggling for so many years with the pain I’ve had. He really took his time with me and for that I am very grateful. I’m a client for life now.

I mostly go to Fix for training, but I’ve also tried chiro and massages there. I’m a fan of all of their services that specifically meet my needs. Everyone is friendly and eager to support me. Thank you to Chris Hunt and Fix Body Group, who without him, I doubt I could have gotten into the best shape of my life just going to the gym on my own. Personal training with Chris was both challenging and equally enjoyable. He tailored the routines to my goals and created exercises that would challenge my mind, coordination, and target several different muscle groups at the same time, making for some tough and effective workouts.

His instruction was impeccable for proper form and technique to target the specific areas of focus and to avoid injury. Within a few months I shed off 40lbs, I'm now the leanest I've ever been and still continue to build up more muscle mass. I can not say enough how wonderful it was to work out with Chris!

Although I live in North County, I love to make the drive down to get treated by Dr. Pat because I always feel amazing after I leave and I can't get the same kind of care in my area. Fix is super unique in its atmosphere, personalized care programs, and integrated treatment approaches. I would like to thank Sam Wagg with Fix Body Group. Sam has been treating me for severe pain in my neck shoulder and upper back area due to rheumatoid arthritis! I've been suffering for six yrs with a torn and now calcified Achilles' tendon the pain has gotten so bad was painful to walk or stand, and I'm on my feet for a living, the podiatrist. Recommended shot of Cortizone it did nothing! I happen to be telling dr Robeck when I was in for an adjustment, he told me that we should laser it, I thought he was nuts but I was desperate so I gave it a try, from the first time I had relief from the pain! Now after several visits my pain is almost gone!

I use to think that all a chiropractor did was adjustments. boy was I wrong! I had been dealing with chronic headaches and was referred to see Dr. Sam Wagg. Initially walking into a gym feels a little weird but I was greeted by the Fix Body group front desk staff who were so helpful, professional and kind! During my appointment I expressed to Dr. Wagg that I was nervous to have my neck adjusted.

He was very kind and understood but filled the entire initial hour with figuring out the root of the problem and doing numerous different modalities of treatment including A.R.T. (Active release technique) and even cupping with stim. That night was the first night I didn't have a debilitating headache in months. After a few more visits I felt comfortable to trust Dr. Wagg with adjusting my neck, I was amazed at how great it actually feels (even though the sound is a little intimidating at first). I see him regularly now and will never stop. My headaches almost never exist and I didn't have to take a single drug!

Dr. Sam is extremely intelligent and friendly. His thorough knowledge and expertise astounds me and I'm very fortunate to have found this location near my residence. I have been going here over 1 month and their staff is top notch. Jessica and Briana are so sweet. All of them are Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgeable. I have had Chiro and Active Release Therapy (ART) from Sam. I also have had massages both by Danielle and Jules and both are awesome. It has been so hard for me to find a good massage therapist but their therapists are amazing. They focus on what you really need instead of a memorized routine of massage. You have to go inside Sweathaus Health and Fitness to get to these guys but its so worth it.

With increasing tension headaches and migraines over the past couple of years, I decided to give them a try to see if they could help. What I found unique about their approach was the combination of therapies which included Active Release Technique, acupuncture, cupping, and massage. I was hesitant with acupuncture and cupping at first, but with the results, I'm glad I went through with it.

For the last couple of years, I developed a knot at the top of one of my shoulders that was so bad it appeared visibly raised. By the evening of my first acupuncture treatment, it was significantly reduced and visibly gone. Over the next three months of treatment, the frequency and intensity of my tension headaches and migraines were significantly reduced. On top of that, the staff is very personable as well as professional.

I have worked with Leah on stretching me for 6 sessions and I will say - SHE IS THE BEST! She took the time to find out where my challenge areas were and really worked on them. She located the points in my muscles that need attention and focused on them. She explained what she was doing and provided additional advice on what stretching exercises I should do to alleviate my pains. She is very natural and has a great attitude. If you have any injuries, need an adjustment, or need a good stretch GO SEE LEAH!

I've worked with Jonathan at Fit several times now, and have always had an incredible experience. His detective work in identifying the cause for pain is second only to his detailed explanation of long term effects, and possible solutions. If I wasn't moving out of town, I would be seeing him weekly.

Trainers here are knowledgable, and very friendly. Best Xmas gift ever? I think so! Also chiropractor Patrick fixed my bad knee like in no time!

Went to this awesome group about a year ago to prove my knee strength. This staff is very professional, knowledgable and taught me about proper running form (and a lot of hard work) and my knee got significantly better! I haven't been in for treatment in 8 months, but plan on returning soon. By the way, ran my first half marathon this morning! Something I wouldn't have been able to do without their guidance.
