At Clear Chiropractic Redmond we use assessments that help us determine what aches and pains are part of the problem and which are part of the healing process. We are all human, and that means sometimes we hurt. We can hurt when we injure ourselves and sometimes we can hurt when we start healing old injuries. Our chiropractors are trained to know when to adjust and when to let your body heal. Over adjusting and treating every ache and pain can slow recovery because sometimes those pains are completely healthy. For example, when you get a cold, are the sniffles or fever bad? No. They are simply your body's way of fighting the germs. So sometimes pain is ok and we need to let it pass as we heal. I highly recommend this chiropractor clinic to anyone! Very caring and really pays attention to the patient's needs. was in pain and couldn't sleep for 2 nights because of a pinched nerve in my neck. Dr. Zepeda has done excellent work. I can't emphasize enough how effective his treatments are. He is very good at what he does. Dr Zepeda and his team were professional and helpful. I visited during COVID times and I felt safe and secure. All staff and patients were wearing masks, surfaces were sanitized frequently. My back felt better after the adjustment and continued to feel better during the next few days. I love the relaxing table massage and music at the end of treatment.;

As a fitness instructor I put my body under a lot of work & stress. I was experiencing a lot of back and neck pain and tightness. Since starting chiropractic treatment with Dr. Zepeda my pain is gone! I am no longer so tight in the back/neck/shoulders, and just generally feel better. Upon relocating to the area, I sought Dr. Zepeda out as one of few in the Seattle area who practices this technique. He's helped dramatically reduce my migraines as well as back and hip pain. I've now had a massage and 2 chiro appointments at Clear and I'm definitely a loyal patient. The massage with Cassandra was relaxing, with great pressure and got right to the roots of my tissue/muscle pain. Dr. Z does an evaluation and xrays before he makes any adjustments and really explains your back adjustments, pain causes and results well. This is not a snap, crackle, pop kind of chiro like previous experiences I've had, and it is the best adjustment I've had. Definitely recommend

All the practitioners and staff at Clear Chiropractic are very friendly and helpful. The massage therapist, Jason, is great! I always feel like a new person afterwards and he has great suggestions on stretches to do to help maintain the benefits. Ashley at the front desk is one of those amazing folks who is actually able to navigate health insurance but, even without insurance coverage, the prices seem quite reasonable. The chiropractic adjustments are fairly gentle (I've seen both the chiropractors and they are both super nice). An all around great place for keeping your back happy!

I am so lucky to have been referred to this clinic to deal with my work injury! I have never had to deal with a work injury before and L&I definitely doesn't make things easy. The staff at Clear Chiropractic, however, made me feel at ease both with the legal side and my care side. The entire staff has made this entire sticky process manageable and I feel optimistic for my full recovery that's still in process.

Clear Chiropractic charged my insurance company for PT (I have unlimited chiro visits; limited PT) without telling me. I am very careful with my budget, and kept track of the number of PT visits, timing them throughout the year to ensure I did not go over my limit. So you can imagine my surprise when I found that I owed over $600 to my PT! Upon investigation, I learned what had happened; my insurance company recommended having Dr. Zepeda change the code to a chiro code, which the office rejected as "unethical." Evidently it is totally ethical to screw someone out of a crap load of money however.
I asked how much the rolling bed (which results in the PT charge, so be forewarned!) would cost if I paid out of pocket. $15. Ok, still unethical, but doable. Nope, not doable - again refused. I sincerely regret every penny I gave to them for the years i was a patient. Medical care is a huge expense without taking advantage of people who have treated you well and with good faith.

I really enjoy coming to Clear Chiropractic, and have experienced some great improvements. After just a few weeks, the frequency and intensity of my headaches and back pain decreased. I have been going for a few months now, and have tapered down to one visit every six weeks, which is just enough to keep my neck aligned and my body happy. I definitely recommend Clear Chiro - Ashley at the front desk is super friendly, and Dr. Zepeda does a great job taking care of my neck and back. I also took advantage of one of their massage specials, and OMG Jason has magic hands.

Dr. Z was recommended by a good friend after I had strained myself horse-back riding a couple of weeks prior. I was stiff from neck to glutes and hadn’t been sleeping a decent full night for days so I was happy to get a quick appointment to see Dr. Ben Zepeda. Jason has been life saver for my arthritis pain with back and other joints. He is very talented and perfectly understands the body anatomy, along with patients health condition and how to address the ongoing pain. With his massage I am able to get relief from pain, and be functional for several days.
