I had been experiencing lower back pain for the last 5 years, I had seen other chiropractors and had no relief. Six months ago I started going to Abundant You, my lower back pain had become so intense I couldn't sit, stand, walk, or sleep without being in extreme pain. Dr. Kevin and Dr. Ali took X-rays to find the root of the problem. They have been so helpful and caring over the six months, they are genuinely concerned about your health and want the best for your spine in the long run rather than just a quick fix.

I've been a patient here since 2018. Over the course of my 30 years as a bedside ICU nurse, I saw many therapists and chiropractors for back pain related my scoliosis and to the stress and strain of working at the patient bedside. All of these providers were extremely helpful during that time for pain management, however the same issues continued to resurface over and over again.
By chance I met Dr Kevin and Dr Ali. They explained how their treatment plans included specifically designed exercises for at home, in addition to the in office therapy and spinal adjustments. Performing these exercises and treatments have not only helped correct/improve my muscle imbalance, but have also improved my pain and mobility more than I could even imagine.
This opened a door for me. I am now able to enjoy a variety of physical activities that were simply too painful for me to really enjoy before! This additional physical activity continues to strengthen my back and improve or negate so many symptoms I experienced before! The office is always upbeat, patients and staff included! There's a ton of patient education opportunities r/t healthy eating and lifestyles always available in the office.

I have had nothing but a positive experience since the first time I stepped foot in this office. Most recently, Dr. Ali has been taking care of me during my second pregnancy. The ligament stretching, along with standard chiropractic care, has been nothing short of amazing during pregnancy. She also helped me to transition my baby from a breech position, to a head down position, with gentle manipulation and knowledge transfer to provide me with additional resources to help. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for chiropractic care!

This place is Amazing! Being retired from a warehouse of 40 years i've had my share of back & neck pain. I don't have the perfect body or posture. Trying to keep the ( grandma hump) from happening. Dr. Kevin worked out a plan that was best for me and I begin seeing results right away of feeling better & had a few added BONUS surprises of being able to turn over & bend down without getting dizzy.
My breathing & hearing even changed ( got better ) I have learned so much about our frame ( skeletal ) plays a huge role of how you feel each day. Getting it aligned so your nerves & senses are in working order makes a big difference! This place takes the natural approach of doing this. I love the free video's that they play as you do your workout on healthy eating & cleansing.

Excellent service from the front desk staff. They are friendly and make scheduling, canceling or moving appointments a breeze. The chiropractors are very friendly, knowledgeable and create care as individualized as the patient they are seeing. They start all care with x-rays so patients can see their jumping off points to a healthier spine. They offer homework and different modalities to help get you to the desired spinal health. Monthly they offer classes/education on how to treat the body holistically and as a whole.

Abundant you is a very special place filled with positivity and healing. Before coming here, I had hit a brick wall on my road to health and wellness because of chronic pain. Being treated by Dr. Kevin, Dr. Ali and Dr. Mitch is hands down one if the best decisions I've made to improve the quality of my life. They have such a well thought out system. I highly recommend Abundant You Chiropractic, I have benefited from their treatment tremendously. I've been to many chiropractors over the last 15 years and these guys are the best! I appreciate the upfront xrays to evaluate your condition and the periodic checkpoints with xrays to verify if improvement is actually occurring. They are not satisfied with simply managing pain, although that is important; they are focused on healing and restoration.
And they are upfront and honest with what it takes, in my case of decades of problems takes time with dedicated therapies to correct. But, they are also encouraging and gave me hope that healing was possible. I am so fortunate that I found Abundant You!

I didn't know what to expect going to a chiropractor. Looking down constantly for my job caused major neck pain and getting a massage wasn't the fix. This place is more than a chiropractor. The Doctors know the specific need for each patient. They take xrays to show you what those needs are, then get you to where you need to be. When you see it for yourself it actually makes sense.
Even before my treatment was over my neck pain was gone. Its been over a year and I've never felt better. I will continue my care here because our spines are responsible for so much. I've learned a ton! Not to mention all the classes you get on eating healthy, and learning how to make better choices in everything you do! Working out like me this was everything. I even got my personal trainer and best friend coming. This is the best personal and preventative care I did for myself well worth every penny.

I have been to a few chiropractors before but I was looking for more than just, walk in, get adjusted, then be sent out the door. At Abundant You, they focus on you. It's what I was looking for to actually start feeling better. My neck and back have been messed up for years and they are already starting to help me feel better in a very short time.
The best I can explain it is, it's chiropractic care plus physical therapy. They show you how to stretch before adjustment, you get adjusted, then they show you stretches to do after to get the best out of it. Then they show you stretches to do at home to continue to feel better. I'm looking forward to having more time with Abundant You and feeling better every time. Im extremely happy I found them and would recommend them to anyone looking for more than just a chiropractor.

After years of back pain, and familiar with the chiropractic practice, I came to a point where I needed to find out why I was in constant pain, however, my chiropractor was booked solid for the following 5 weeks. I couldn't wait due to the pain level, which was seeming to become worse and worse as the years went by for me. On a simple Google Search, I visited Abundant You Chiropractic due to their quick availability and rapid scheduling process.
The initial "new patient" experience was so streamlined and yet didn't feel rushed as the staff truly wanted to understand what the issues were as to be able to build a customized treatment plan based on the concerns and body condition I was in. From questions, to xrays, to treatment plan, the staff really takes the time to tailor to what each patient needs to regain proper posture again.
What impresses me the most is that with my back being on the verge of scoliosis, the staff did not just target one specific area. They provided a full body adjustment as the body tends to conpensate for out of align areas, which then throws the compensation out of alignment. I can not emphasize this enough.the staff truly "tunes into" you, even with a streamlined practice approach for the adjustment sessions.
What to expect: Initial consultation with xrays. In a day or so after xray review, the staff will present the findings and a treatment plan. Then if you continue, the scheduling is very streamlined on a tapered approach. Half way through your treatment plan you have a 2nd Xray to track progress and adjust approach if need be. Then your final Xray at the end of the treatment plan. Speaking on behalf of myself alone, my treatment plan was set for 6 months.
I began feeling improvements on a life long painful back within a few weeks (4-5 treatment sessions) and could finally feel relief. Results definitely will vary by person and condition. My wife saw my progress and she signed up for a treatment plan. Family members saw our improvement in a short duration, and they signed up for a treatment plan. All results of all people listed above improved very quickly on their specific treatment programs.
Bottom line is that if you are tired of the bone pains and muscle pains, take a chance on Abundant You Chiropractic. Abundant You Chiropractic is an amazing place to get adjusted, not only do they fix the issue at hand but they come up with a treatment plan and walk you through how to get better. It is a wonderful experience and my hip and back are finally getting better and most importantly I have a plan moving forward on how to strengthen weak areas and get the root cause of the issue fixed.

I have been seeing Dr.Kevin and Dr.Ali for years and have always had a fantastic experience. They definitely know what they are doing, i had grown up going to other places and no where compared to Abundant you. Hilliard residents - Need a chiropractor closer to home? Hubby found Dr. Kevin a few months ago and has been going to him since. Try Dr. Kevin - he is real enthusiastic in teaching his classes. Makes me work hard at exercises. With repeating exercises you can do what you were not able to do before. September 1 - started taking dog for a walk again. No time for long walk, at least take her for short walk. Good for both of us. Dr. Kevin wants to help you.

When I came to Dr. Kevin I was having daily headaches with a lot of those being migraines. I also had thrown out my back. I have been taking over the counter pain meds daily since I can't remember when for the headaches. I am now on my 2nd month of chiropractic care and no longer have daily headaches! I might take over the counter pain medication once a week, if that.
Not only is Dr. Kevin a fantastic chiropractor but he is also like a health and wellness cheerleader. He gives you tips and lessons on how to take better care of your mind and body. Dr Kevin and Dr Ali are great. I was having knee pain and Dr Ali found something out of place and adjusted it. It immediately felt better. Dr Kevin promotes overall health. He has classes on nutrition and challenges us to be healthy. I have taken the Nutrition 101 and 102 classes and I'm currently in a 10 day detox challenge.

I came to see Dr Ali while 38 weeks pregnant and my baby flipped into transverse position. My doctor wanted to do a Csection but let me have a week to see if baby would flip back into head down position. Dr Ali did Webster technique sometimes twice a day even opening her office during off hours. And my baby flipped head down the day before my csection!
Thank you Dr Ali for all your help! Later on she also adjusted my fussy/colicky baby right after birth and at 3 weeks old and he became less fussy right after adjustment so we will be going back for more adjustments!

Dr. Kevin is awesome! I had never been to a chiropractor before this and wasn't really sure what to expect. Dr. Kevin really gets to know his patients and puts together personalized plans for everyone. He not only adjusts your spine, but also provides free health classes and is super knowledgeable about so many aspects of living a healthy life. Let me just start off saying that I have never met a more educated and passionate chiropractor than Dr. Kevin. I have been on a journey for almost three years now to try and cure my migraines. When I say I have tried it all...I have! I have tried hormone therapy, acupuncture, myofascial release, massage therapy, OMT therapy, physical therapy, yoga, supplements, acupressure, herbs, diet changes, and the list goes on.
I have tried other chiropractors as well. Although some of these therapies did offer temporary relief, my symptoms always returned. Dr. Kevin found some obvious structural issues upon my first visit and evaluation. The biggest difference with his treatment plan is that I do not just go in for adjustments and leave. I went in for a 10 day detox class and ended up signing up for a 6 month treatment plan! I am only 24 and my back pain is so bad I can’t walk around the zoo or mall with my kids for more than an hour or two without being in extreme pain and I was taking Advil 2 times a day every day and spending every night on my heating pad just to be able to move the next day!

Wish I could give ten stars. Compared to another chiro I had went to recently, the experience is night and day. It’s like the difference between fast food and fine dining. I was educated very thoroughly and adjusted and felt great upon leaving. This is more than just a normal chiropractor.
X rays were taken and looked at immediately, I was able to see what’s going on, and my next appointment will go more in depth regarding the x rays and explain more, which I look forward to get an even deeper understanding of what’s going on with my back and the roadmap for the future.
