I've been getting adjustments from them for almost 2 years now and I have improved my backpains so much since. I used to see a traditional chiropractor before but with the same amount of time spent, this is definitely a much better option for me. No cracking of bones but it sure does make a lot of improvement on your overall health. Doctors and staff are very friendly, approachable.just amazing.

Before I came to Balance Chiropractic, I was almost in tears daily from my neck and shoulder pain. I had headaches and back spasms often. I felt the need to crack my neck and back constantly to relieve the pain. Though, that was just a temporary fix. After being in the care of Balance Chiropractic, I feel like a new woman. My wife has been seeing balanced for several years now and always raves about them and has had good outcomes. I've always done traditional chiropractic care because I travel for work and traditional is located everywhere. Well I now have several disc injuries from my job that has put me out of work so I decided to try balance because traditional was causing me more pain and I was worried about getting more damage to my discs.

Balance was able to get me in right away and start care that day. When I first came to balance, I was very upset about my injuries. Max has made me feel empowered over my care and body. He gave me exercises and stretches to do at home. I was taught proper body mechanics when doing anything so I don't continue to aggravate my injuries. The new machines they have for decompression therapy are amazing and I'm already seeing improvement in my pain.

The Nucca adjustments are much more gentle than traditional adjustments and I don't feel pain afterwards. I'm super happy I switched over to Balanced chiropractic and am excited to finally have a solution that works so I can get better and back to work.

Great experience. Over the past 20 years, I've had extreme issues with sleeping, migraines, and vertigo. Balance Chiropractic has provided me support in sleeping better, getting rid of migraines and has also helped my vertigo.

I was airborne in the Army which had some negative impact on my back which led me to have a constant back pain for many years. I can proudly say with the help of Balance Chiropractic I do not have that pain anymore. My head also no longer tilts nearly as much as it use to (still a work in progress). I highly recommend Balance Chiropractic to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain, neurological issues, and/or post-concussion symptoms, and is looking to improve their quality of life. After 3 MONTHS of the non-traditional chiropractic care at Balance, I experienced a dramatic decrease in daily neck pain and debilitating neurological symptoms-allowing me to participate in activities that I hadn't enjoyed in YEARS!

My symptoms began after a whiplash injury in 2010 and worsened after a concussion (mTBI) in 2018. I had seen many specialists and tried numerous treatments and therapies, with little resolve-including traditional chiropractic for 10 years! The care I have received at Balance Chiropractic has surpassed all my expectations! I only wish I had found them sooner.

My experience has been great! The appointments are quick, yet effective. I have already shifted in my healing in less than a month of treatments and the doctors are very well informed about my progress at every visit. The care is felt and the attentiveness to my specific conditions is assuring.

I was really skeptical at first or for better terms scared. I don't have the best of luck with chiro's but this team has given me hope, movement, life without pain back and I'm even able to stretch and do yoga poses that I have not been able to do in over 12 years. The entire staff is amazing and welcoming and I'm so glad I gave it a try.

I was hit on my bike while crossing an intersection by Garden of the Gods. Fortunately, I didn't break anything, but it definitely traumatized my body on numerous levels. I initially saw a "traditional" chiropractor who popped, cracked, twisted the spine and neck, etc., and these methods were useless to what my body was experiencing. I was fortunate to meet Dr. Ernesto Fernandez at a business networking group.

After listening to his weekly presentations, I decided to visit Balance for a consultation. I quickly learned the science and logic of their methods and began the treatment. Although I had a hiatus in the treatment, the first adjustment made the hip on to which I had fallen in the accident immediately better. I have now been seeing them consistently for a month, and this is the best I have felt since the accident, hands down.

These people take the time to listen, educate, and they understand that chiropractic care is not a one-size-fits all treatment. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is feeling pain; especially to those who find the "traditional" methods ineffective.

Before I came to Balance Chiropractic, I had been suffering from chest pain, shortness of breath and dizziness. After a visit to the ER and six months of physical therapy, I had made little progress. Dr. Max identified several issues, and after a few weeks I saw major improvements. Thanks to this place, we were able to identify the source of my symptoms, And I can get through my day to day activities without issue again!

I started feeling better almost immediately. There are some weird pains as the adjustments take affect but overall there is a feeling of better health. Dr. Scott and Dr. Max are fantastic with a real caring attitude towards all patients. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I highly recommend Dr Max Pohl I saw him when he was first getting started in the St Louis Area. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to his patients to understand what the patient is experiencing. My husband is very skeptical when it comes to chiropractors he first met Dr Pohl at a running expo he was attending with me and they totally hit it off and became a patient along with our 14 year old son.

All of us were very sad to hear he was going to be relocating. If you are considering him for you chiropractic needs he is your guy. I have seen several chiropractors the last 5 years since I started running and he simply is hands down the best out there. He is very understanding and patient with his patients when they are trying to explain there problem.

Dr. Max and his team are amazing. He truely cares about each individual patient and getting them back to who they are ment to be. Each person has a different case and Dr. Max makes sure to spend the time to personalize there care to made them better. My husband and I can't imagine where our health would be without them.

I have been going to Balance now for almost 2 months. I have noticed a difference in my pain level since starting. I have a long ways to go since I have dealt with my pain for many years. Working with Dr. Pohl has been a great experience. I look forward to continuing to work with him and to see the results we are both working on. Absolutely a great environment with amazing people. Originally went to Dr. Pohl for dizziness and migraines at the end of December. I must admit I was very sceptical at first, he is not the typical crack and pop type guy, but whatever he is doing I think its working! I've only had 2 migraines since we started and before it was 6 to 8 a month! I was considering giving them a 4 star but that would only because of the hours they offer not because of the service.

I've been going to Dr. Max for three months, with remarkable results in helping me address health/stamina/brain fog issues I've struggled with for decades. I'd never "connected the dots" between various neck and head injuries I've experienced in my life with my chronic issues -- and for which traditional medicine hasn't been able to help. I feel like I'm being awakened from many years of a groggy, half alive state, a sort of "un-wilting" from years of drought...I can't wait for the full effect after I finish the course! Dr. Max and his staff are all wonderful people!
