I was having lower/middle back issues in January 2022. Hence started searching for best Chiropractor near me. I got few suggestions and did some research on these suggestions. I liked how Intero Chiropractic had their social media active with real people giving feedbacks, interviews and videos. after all the process, i picked Intero Chiropractic because they are extremely professional, courteous and kind people.

From desk team to all 3 doctors I have worked with. And after almost 3 months of therapy and I wake up pain free now : I highly recommend anyone having chiropractic needs, should surely get their therapy from Intero Chiropractic. They surely have the healing touch.

I ben whit back problems for 6-7 years n I tried few chiropractics nutting n I see this guys on Instagram n I was 50-50 I ben in treatment for one month n I see changes feel better not a 100% bt its gettn there thank u guys.

My spouse and I have major back, neck, hip issues from the military and have been to several chiropractors from the Bay area to the Valley. This office is in my top 2 of best chiropractors to be seen at. I've noticed more mobility and improvement with sleep with in 3 visits. They definitely are not cheap! However, for what they offer is worth the amount.

They do intense thorough X-rays, spend a lot of time in the consultation and each adjustment is to your bodies needs. We did a package of 3x a week for 4 months for about 3k. I know that seems like a lot but its definitely working. I would suggest this place for those who have more serious back and neck pain or if it's in your budget because the chiropractors here definitely know what they are doing.

This place advertisement on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube brought me in this "premium chiropractic" cause my back hurt and my neck was tight back in March 2022, first visit $40 + $200 X-ray, they said they don't do adjustments on the first visit, they were very busy, I asked the doctor gave me some adjustments on my back because it was hurt and I was having hard time to stand/ seat/ walk.

She said will have a long wait about 30 mins, I said no problem I could wait, then they charge $95 for the adjustments, the doctor said today was busy and can only do my back adjustments which is the pain that bothering me, she crack my back 3 times, which is about 5 mins then said you are all set, pain went away but still a bit uncomfortable, I was thinking maybe they were busy today, usually other chiropractor will do multiple point adjustments, give it one more try so I scheduled another visit for the following week. 2nd visit I'm the first appointment so I don't think they rushed to treat other patients, the doctor brought me into a room and explained to me with my X-ray, I know my spines was bad, she sell me a treatment plans with 3 months treatment and two X-ray, originally $4000, if you buy the plan paid in full only $3000, if you do installment plan $3500, I refused the treatment plan because I worked the same hours as the clinic and unable to took some time off three times per week.

Then I just paid for the adjustments $95, the doctor crack my back three times, then I asked for my neck adjustments, she move head forward and backwards for a minute then said you are all set. I was like what? Where the neck cracking you guys show on YouTube, this place is totally scam. Anyways, I'm not new to chiropractor, I paid everything out of my pocket, not insurance, I was so disappointed by their service and I paid premium price for the adjustments, not even get my neck cracked.

I went to other chiropractor after that, paid less then half the price of what they charge, every visit I got my neck and back adjusted, multiple way and location of adjustments, pre adjustments they also let you sleep on a massage bed to relax your muscles before adjustments, not rush to serve other patients, average at least 15-30 minutes of adjustments instead of Intero 5-10 mins.

Dr Hsieh was awesome. On my first adjustments, I felt the relief right away. He'adjusted my neck first. The tightness and pressure was released right after. Same to my lower back.

Well I was referred to Intero and I want to say their office is up to date really clean and the staff were all friendly and great. I gave a 1 star just because on my first visit I was never seen by a licensed professional. The very nice chiropractor assistant did my medical examination and assessment. She assessed what my problems may be. I did the X-rays and paid for the visit and was told to set up an appointment for the follow up.

All the times I've gone to the doctors office or past chiropractors office I was always seen by the doctor or the provider doing the treatment or visit. I don't think I've ever gone to a doctors office and not be seen a doctor and just seen by the ancillary staff. Well they must be too busy. but not sure how they will do the follow up visit if no notes or any assessment was done by the doctor.

This was just my experience but I'm sure they do great work. but I can't rate them high for their care when I received none from a doctor. ai believe the first visit is the important visit. So I gave them a star for their wonderful and kind staff.

Dr, Jerry and his staff are ALL so amazing! I recently just completed one year of treatment here for various issues including neck and lower back pain stemming from an auto accident. I continued to seek further treatment for frequently waking up at night to urinate and surprisingly it worked! It helped me wake up less often to use the restroom. I didn't even know chiropractic could help with these sorts of things! Dr. Jerry and his staff are truly the best around with their innovative wholistic approach. Everyone on the admin side have always been super friendly with me as well. Love the new office; super spacious, clean, and welcoming.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. They pay attention to every detail, when it comes to consultation. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a good family chiropractic team.

The people here are super nice but sadly incompetent. The lack of communication and follow through at every step and point of interaction became too much to tolerate and I asked for my money back and stopped coming. Also, the only doctor that could actually do any sort of adjustment was Dr. Jerry. I could crack my own spine better than the other doctors who would spend 5 seconds poking my neck, be too timid to actually do an adjustment properly but pretend they did it, told me I did a great job and left.

I didn't drive an hour to come to this place for you to pretend to do adjustments on me and see me for less than 2 minutes. They spent more time tinkering with their computer system than they did actually helping me. They also blasted, in my opinion, inappropriate Christian praise music in the whole office.

My daughter has been bracing and simultaneously received 12 weeks of treatment from Intero Chiropractic addressing her scoliosis issue. After 3 months with Intero Chiropractic, the x-ray showed 5 degrees improvement in her spine. This was an amazing result! Thank you to all the great people at Intero Chiropractic and their excellent services.

I was going on my seventh week of pain. I couldn't walk properly, or lay down. I was sleeping sitting down since the first day my pain was present. I thought it was my sciatic nerve because the chiropractor I was visiting before Intero mentioned it was that. My body was telling me otherwise. I knew I had to find something or someone else for help.

I feel that i am morally obligated to amend my review. so after my initial review i received call from owner of the business (Dr. Jerry), he asked me about my experience with Intero chiro, the reasons behind my review, he listened to them patiently and extended his apologies for the discomforts that i may have faced upon visiting Intero Chiro. Being an owner, i dont think Dr. Jerry has to give me a call and apologize for the inconvenience caused (anyways i am just one customer among thousands of others), but he felt that he was morally responsible to give me a call and understand my side of story.

I really wish if Dr. Jerry was my doctor, i wouldn't have faced those inconveniences. anyways better late than never, i will definitely re-visit Intero Chiro for any of my future Chiro services. Thank you Dr. Jerry for being such a nice person and offer me a refund for my services (and i must say that he insisted that i all my fees would be refunded since i was not happy with their services, despite me saying that i don't want any refunds).

This is the best chiropractic office I've been to. From the initial consultation up to now, they have listened to me and have asked how my body is doing. They did x-rays which I have not had done at other chiropractic offices. I have been going a little over a month and feel that I am already 50% better. Initially I thought they were expensive but I can say without a doubt that they are worth every penny. The doctors are very knowledgeable and the staff at the front is amazing and welcoming. If you are suffering severe pains, this is the place to go

I have not seen anyone there yet but I am giving it a 4 because the doctor seemed very knowledgeable over the phone. They were able to work around my schedule to give me an appointment. Dr. Gary took his time to explain the procedure and payment plan for my visit beforehand. I am looking forward to my visit and hoping to feel better as I have been having issues with my back for a very long time.

For the past 30 years, I was experiencing neck and back pain. I tried different methods like going to different chiropractors, acupuncture, massage therapists, and physical therapy. I have struggled with back pain issues for over 13 years. I reached out to numerous " chiropractors " around the east bay and bay area. But found no lasting results. I became so frustrated I began to believe that all chiropractors were fake. I turned to my Doctor and he sent me to " therapy " they basically told to keep stretching and drink lots of fluids.

After a while I got fed up and quit looking. Of course after a few years the pain got worse so I was prescribed 800mg ibuprofen and muscle relaxers, which I started to take on a regular basis, but had an adverse effect on my health. I began to do some research and started reading about Intero. At first glance it sounded to good to be true, but after watching a video I could see that this was not your normal Chiropractic office.

So I reached out to them and made an appt. Within the first few minutes I was blown away! They actually listened to me. By the time i had finished my appt I was in tears. I had found my hope again. I'm in my third week of adjustments and have not felt this normal in years, I am so amazed that such a " simple " technique can be so effective. I have been to other chiropractic place, but I have not seen so much positive results like what Intero Chiropractic has given me. They got my life back and I'm very happy with my progress. I was exposed to a lot of environmental stress and my body suffered a lot especially my back. The providers was able to explain to me in detail what's going on with my spine and it's misalignment.

The nerve interference it had caused and how it affected my health and everyday pain. In addition, it's still very important for me to be responsible for my own health. I still do my daily stretches, weekly yoga and monthly massages. I also practice intermittent fasting to activate autophagy and lessen any inflammation I have. Having the chiropractic care on top of my body works keep my health in line.

Awesome practice with a great group of doctors! You could tell they really care about their patients, and always take their time explaining any questions or concern you have. This practice even hosts patient orientations and they are open late, which is always a plus if you want to come after work. My boyfriend has been coming here for various back pains and is seeing some great results!

Friendly staff, and good results so far! I've been coming here for 1 month and I have been seeing noticeable results with my lower back. Before visiting Intero, I felt a lot of pains in my lower back area, especially in the mornings. Now, I notice my posture is straighter and my lower back feels slightly stronger. I love how they educate me about the process, and even hold workshops to teach people more about spinal health. Definitely would recommend this chiropractic!

*update* The manager David did call me back and apologized. He let me know that the team and him went over it and the person who answered the phone was talked to, I appreciate him taking initiative and checking up, speaking to me about the matter at hand. Now that is customer service and professionalism. Called to speak to the manager, a gentleman answered the phone and for some strange reason would not transfer the phone over to him?

He kept repeating himself and just continuously asked for my personnel information. Completely unprofessional. For someone whose worked in the medical field for over 10+ years. Not the type of employees I would want representing a practice.

My wife found Intero for me after doing extensive research. I was in a lot of lower, mid back and neck pain it was getting hard to lift, sleep and work. basically they are amazing from the Dr's to the front desk! I am no longer in pain. I am able to go through my day without being miserable also I have been sleeping a lot better! I would recommend them to anyone having circulation, sleep and pain issues.

DOES NOT ACCEPT insurance copay. Ask how much before you start your first visit. Estimate first visit ($40-$190) out of pocket. I visit this office for the first time today and was looking forward to getting treatment today but only to find out that this office does not take insurance. I have a high premium insurance plans that covers chiropractor service with a co pay.

My first impression of the office was that I was a clean and busy office. Within the hour I waited in the waiting room, I think at least 10 patients came and go. I thought this Dr might be the one I have been looking for to treat my neck and shoulder pain. However, after discussion w the office worker who showed me around the office and lead me to a room telling me that every first visit the patient would need to get a nerve scan and with Yelp it's $40 instead of $100.

Then after the scan, the Dr would take a look and tell me if an X-ray $150 would be necessary. I asked if any of these would be covered from my insurance and she said she doesn't know because someone else from the backend would handle that. She told me that typically none of the insurance would cover it $40+$150= $190( so note this is the minimum for the first visit fee) though to give me a heads up.

I understand that because I have had xrays before with an Orthopedic Dr and I need to pay them out of pocket so I thought it is reasonable. Also, it wouldn't be until your second visit that the Dr would actually treat you. First visit is scan and consultation only. Following I asked what about the treatments thereafter? Walking in thinking this is a chiropractor office, and I would be paying my $15co pay per visit so I was concerned.

She say she doesn't know so she went out to ask someone. She came back and told me that for adjustment treatment is about $75 per visit but they have some plan that you can buy with discounts. This doesn't sound right to me. A doctor's office with percentage discounts. I cannot rate the Dr whom I have not met so I am leaving this office with a 1 star. Giving this rating because the office cannot check my insurance plan to giving me an approximate out of pocket cost before my "first treatment" makes me uneasy.

I don't want to pay more than my copay for a chiropractor treatment and worry that the treatment plan might cost more than I can afford then I would have wasted my $40-$190 out of pocket cost for those scans. I have had to numerous chiropractor dr offices before which accept insurance charging my co pay/deductible only. I wasted an hour there but relief that because I kept asking questions, I was able to get out in time.

The office staff were friendly and I kindly declined that I would not be able to afford expensive treatment without insurance coverage so this office is not right for me. I think this office might be right for those who don't have insurance.

They are saving my life one visit at a time. I love how they do business. It has been a process but one worth working at! Intero and this amazing team has literally saved my life and my six month old. My spine was tilted along with hips and after a year of care I am moving great and my siatic pain through pregnancy was lifted! My gassy newborn was also cured of the bubbles because of a few very small adjustments!

I have been coming to Intero Chiropractic for treatment for a couple of months. I initially came due to a fall I had while at home and had been with low back pain which radiated down my left leg for months. I used to work at a chiropractor before so I was very familiar with the typical chiropractor treatment since I myself would treat the patients with the traction table, ultra sound, tens unit and massage.

Let me tell you that Intero is not your typical chiropractor. Instead of them wasting your time with the hot/cold compresses or tens unit which you can do at home on your own. They like to focus on the area that needs treatment and adjustments. I like the fact that they are different than your traditional chiropractor and very flexible with the times available. The team is very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

I have been receiving care from Intero for about a month now and was skeptical at first. When I first walked through the doors I was in so much back pain that I was willing to try anything. Prior to attending sessions with INTERO Chiropractic to see what they could do to relieve pain in my back, I had appointments with 2 other chiropractic doctors without success. After several sessions with them, I began to feel results. I had to interrupt my visits because of the distance from my home to their PLEASANTON office. I intend to restart my treatments as soon as I am able to secure adequate transportation to drive myself to their office.

I’ve been to other chiropractors before but haven’t had any improvements until I started going to Dr Jerry. The quality of care from the entire team is amazing and I’m pain free in my neck for the first time since I can’t even remember. They are super great with kids as well. I took my 4-year-old twins there after a car accident and they were as professional with them as with me if not more. Everything about this office is a blessing. I first came in with severe hip pain and it only took a few weeks to feel amazing and immediate results. I've been hip pain free since then and I continue to go there to improve and keep my scoliosis in check. As for the staff, they are all so friendly and wonderful. They make you feel welcome and at home every time you step into the office, and are so quick to form a warm relationship with you.

And I also appreciate their willingness to be thorough and informative with every visit to ensure that any problems have been addressed or any questions have been answered. They did a lot more for me in a week than my old chiropractor did in the spans of months. Choosing Intero was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm looking forward to achieving even more results with their help.

Great Staff. It is over a year. Graduated from seeing twice a week to once every 2 weeks. Less pain on my back. And resuming my exercise and no more Flexiril! Yay! Dr. Jerry and his staffs are awesome all the time.

My experience with Intero has been really good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is up to date and clean. I love that they are kid friendly, so I don't have to find childcare every time I come to the office. They are very tech heavy on assessing your current condition and monitoring your progress. My adjustments performed by Dr. Jerry have been very professional and fairly quick.

Prior to starting treatment my back would go out due to a bulging disc about 1-2 times a year for a couple of weeks at a time. Since starting treatment 6 months ago, my back has yet to go out and I rarely have aches and pains.

I first got under care with Dr. Jerry because my brother was getting great results with him, so I decided to give it a shot. As soon as you walk in the door everyone is nice and friendly. Doctors are too! Love the music they play. I have been going for about 4 months now I think, I was waking up with numbness and tingling pain through my arms and fingers and after some adjustments it’s gone. My regular dr was going to do a scan but I figured to try a chiropractor and see. Glad I made the choice so now I am helping my spine and other areas too. I have been going to Intero chiropractic since January after a car accident that left me with back pains. Dr. Jerry has been both professional and kind. My back pains are gone after 5 months of care and he has also diagnosed other causes of pain (scoliosis, thank goodness he told me!) I'm thankful to have met Dr. Jerry. From a person who is typically skeptical of doctors and would prefer to deal with the pain, I do not regret visiting Intero Chiropractic and is really thankful to have been so thoroughly cared for.

I was invited into Intero Chiropractic after seeing them at an event my wife and I attended. I was impressed right away with how thorough the doctors were and how well they helped me understand their approach to healthcare. Dr. Jerry exposed me to the wonders of structural chiropractic care, and after understanding and experiencing it first hand and with my family, I cannot recommend it highly enough, not just for back pain but for the entire body. I initially saw Dr. Jerry for a running/foot related injury, but I also struggled with acute sinus headaches and intense menstrual cramps for many years.

After undergoing chiropractic care, these "non-back" issues were incredibly improved after proper adjustment. Now in my third trimester, I attribute my smooth pregnancy, with no major aches/pains/sicknesses, to regular care!

I started seeing Dr jerry about 2 weeks ago. I have been to countless chiropractors and doctors appts to try to fix the unbearable pain in my lower back/hip area. He and his team are very meticulous when it comes to getting to know you and your bodies symptoms. I hurt myself back in February and no chiropractor, masseuse or doctor has found the source of the problem.

After the first week, we were adjusting the lower back but it was hurting a bit worse, so he knew to try something different and examined my X-rays and came to the conclusion that it was my pelvic bone! I've had 3 adjustments on it and the future looks promising! He told me he is not a magician, but so far, he is my magician! Thanks dr. Jerry and staff!

I've been seeing Dr. Jerry for just over a year now. I came in because I have constant back pain due to scoliosis. Although the scoliosis can not be fixed, the pain is far less now. My migraines have also been reduced in duration and intensity. Intero doesn't only care about their patients, but also helping the world.
