100% Chiropractic

I was skeptic about seeing a chiropractor for knee pain. Not anymore. I'm confident after my initial appointment that they will be able to help with my knee and more. The welcome by the staff includes a tour of the facilities. The second appointment to discuss X-rays and a 1 hour massage are included in the initial cost of $49. I'll update after I start treatment.

So far awesome atmosphere very attentive staff. I can't wait till my next appointment. So went for my first massage and OMG I walked out with less of a headache and better movement of my neck. It all felt great. Looking forward to Wednesday. I'm looking forward to reaction and work on my lower back I'm so hopeful. I'll update in a couple of weeks so far 5+?rating. Terrie was awesome.

She took her time to make see we could work a mutually agreeable financial agreement. Thanks much for your patience snd perseverance to make this work.! Can't wait for Wednesday's treat!

So, I'm a very skeptical person. I've been to chiropractors before and was never wowed. I went to "the joint" and left in more pain than I started with. I walked in 100% chiropractic with low expectations and an immense amount of pain. I couldn't turn my head, I couldn't run, I couldn't move without incredible amounts of pain. I'd been to doctors and orthopedics who just wanted to cut into me without any real answers or solutions.

After the initial consultation and x-rays Dr. Austin took me aside and we talked. I was in full blown panic mode and just wanted to stop hurting. I just wanted to live my life. then he adjusted me. ok. not bad bud. I felt the blood circulating in my body. but when I sat up everything changed. I could move my neck. Ok bud. still skeptical, I signed up to come back.

Best decision I ever made. Not only is my head moving around, my body doesn't hurt. Its only been a month but I'm running and working out again. Dr. Austin, Dr. Brian, and Dr. Mandee changed everything for me. Not just with adjustments, but entire life style changes. I love walking into the office and seeing the wonderful staff and the doctors. They are truly a gift in my life. If you're hesitant to go to these angelic people, don't be. It will be the best decision you ever made, I promise.

I started coming to 100% Chiropractic - Johns Creek in December 2021. My upper back was in constant pain and turning my head side-to-side was painful. After an initial consultation I signed up for one year of service. Dr. Austin and his team are AMAZING! After a few adjustments my back pain was gone and I could turn my head side-to-side with no pain. Dr. Austin remembers everyone's name and is always good for a laugh.

There are a lot of chiropractors out there, but Dr. Austin and his staff are what make the difference. They are always smiling and wanting to make sure that you have the best experience possible. I highly recommend checking them out because I know you will not be disappointed.

I look forward to my adjustments every visit! My lifestyle is centered around sitting in a chair for the majority of the day for work and once I am winding down at home. My visits here leave me feeling very limber and loosened after a week of mindless office drone work. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend it!

A very unprofessional, not organized receptionist can mess it up your experience with this place and never wish to be back. I arrived on time for my appointment. First, the women behind the desk tried to convince me that I had called earlier to reschedule and then showed up at wrong time. Well, I had not. Then she told me that I did not fill up paperwork she sent me twice.

I have never received any paperwork. Then she told me that it was sent to the wrong phone number. Then she said I will not be able to get to the doctor because there is no paper work. And all of it without apologizing even once. It took me almost 2 hours driving in the traffic back and forward. It also was not easy for me to take time off at work. Not sure if this person has any respect, compassion or right attitude to be working with patients. For the management: I did not ask her name, but it was 03/17 at 4 pm

Dr. Austin is awesome as well as the rest of the staff. It definitely has a great vibe in the office and love it there

Dr. Kyle Knapp, D.C. 1335 E. Whitestone Blvd, #0-300 Cedar Park, TX 78613 This location literally made me cry. I felt judged and was talked to and treated very disrespectfully by the desk staff ( red head desk assistant) and the doctor(Dr. Kyle ). I was also scammed out of my money. I went into your Cedar Park location on 2/15/2022 and again on 2/2022.

I did not want x-rays because I work around radiation and was in a couple of car accidents so I have x-rays on a disk that I could give the chiropractor and I told them as much. I said I didn't want x-ray because I was concerned of being pregnant and I thought that it would be that. The rude lady at the front said that you don't get a massage on your first visit it's just x-rays but since you are concerned that you might be pregnant we will just do a posture assessment and then will schedule your massage for the next visit.then asked for payment for this visit and my upcoming visit.

I come for my next visit. They further inquired if I was pregnant I said I didn't take the test. They said I can't get a massage if they don't know. I wish they would've told me there before I drove out here for my second appointment. I told the rude lady at the front desk but I'll speak to the doctor in the back. I'm guessing the front Desk lady gave the doctor a rundown because he came in basically upset.

I told him I'm not pregnant. I just don't want x rays because of the reasons listed above but that I can give him a disk of some recent X-Rays I've taken. He responded by telling me that he doesn't trust me because I lied and it puts him in a uncomfortable position.and would not be able to get a massage today. he was so rude he rhetorically asked "I mean did you just come in for a massage?!?" I have a strong feeling he wouldn't dare ask any of his older white clients that.

So because he is uncomfortable working on me I ask for a refund he says no. Even though no services were rendered. They didn't do any X rays adjustment, massages or anything. When we get the the front he acts nicer and says that they can try to reschedule me but I don't trust a man who was rude and angry and who cut me off multiple times during speaking to heal me or to adjust my body.

I asked for a refund but they would not give me one. I said I would be willing to go to another location but they wouldn't let me do That. I would like a refund or the option to redeem my services at another location.

I love this place. It is full of positive vibes, which helps my healing process. The doctors are very knowledgeable and passionate about healing and the health of their patients. I am happy with my healing results so far and feeling like myself more and more every visit.

First-time customer. I booked my appointment online (I chose the date and time) and called on a Friday with my phone number and information per the process. SUSPECT, but okay. I showed up at my scheduled time, but no record of my appointment. I was told that I could rebook for at least a week out. I said no. I was not happy with the process or the disrespect of my time.

I received a phone call when I return to my car and the female stated we tried to call you, but your phone says it was disconnected per the notes on my file. They had no record of me, then they found me and placed a call. My phone was disconnected earlier, but we had a conversation on the same number. This place deflected at every moment with excuses and no accountability.

I was told the freeze had them out of the office on Friday when I booked. The freeze, but they had Monday and the first part of Tuesday. I stated that I choose NOT to do business with a company with bad processes and the lack of accountability. This place is NOT worth the trouble. Per an earlier post, no one was wearing masks or supporting any guidelines of accomodating a level of safety in a healthcare office.

Derrick is an awesome massage therapist! Dr. Mandee and Dr. Austin do a great job. The front desk staff create a very welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mandee and Dr. Austin are absolutely wonderful! Three years and two car accidents later I'm here in better shape health wise than I was a few years ago!

Dr Austin is the best! The crew is awesome and we have a great time cutting up on every visit! My back is soooo much better and no more pain!

These guys are incredible! Their quality of service and thorough, personal analysis to make a customized plan for your adjustments is phenomenal. They are great to work with on financing and looking at options to meet you budget. Go and get life changed with these guys!

Friendly staff. I would've become a permanent customer, but none of the staff were wearing masks during a global pandemic. The chiropractor obviously has to get close while they adjust you, so I really feel like they should be abiding by the mandate. Disappointed for sure.

I am a chiropractor in Miami and thought I would stop by for an adjustment since I have been traveling. They brought me in like family and I felt so much better after getting adjusted. This place is 100% awesome! They care to explain every step in your diagnosis and treatment. I left feeling extremely informed about my diagnosis, treatment, and options. They value your opinion and goals. I feel like for the first time in a very long time, I left an office with no unanswered questions or concerns. They truly want to help correct long term and not just slap a band aid on the probelm.

Staffs are amazingly friendly and personable! Dr. Sarah has great bedside manners and is very knowledgeable! Consider this place if you're having pain anywhere in your body. I thought I had tennis elbow and it turns out I don't. Couldn't be happier!

Showed up hurting, late for my appointment due to a fender bender and very flustered. Staff was so sweet and understanding. Got me calmed down a d helped me with xrays, discussions about what to do to help with pain and now have been here for my third visit and Dr Sarah and staff has been awesome. Pain is slowly starting to minimize and I'm learning new things to help keep my pain minimized. I highly recommend this chiropractic center. I had my follow up appointment to go over x-rays and get an adjustment. My appointment was for 10am, I spoke with the front desk days before letting them know I won't be able to make the appointment until 10:15 and she said she'd get back to me. She never got back with me so I called the morning of before 10am reminding them I'd be there later.

On my way there was a car accident on Lakeline which caused me to be 5 minutes later. I called and told them to be courteous and she told be I'd have to reschedule. I changed my whole day to make this appointment (which was a long appointment) to be told to reschedule. I requested my x-ray and will find someplace else that is more understanding. Replying: I'm currently waiting to be seen at Williams Wellness (same day). They were happy to get me in, I'm glad to go somewhere I feel wanted and who isn't petty.

Gotta check out 100%! Feeling better with every visit! They are spoiling me rotten with the one on one attention, atmosphere, and most importantly, the magic hands of Dr. Sarah Linder!

Doctor Austin and Doctor Mandee do amazing work here. I came in feeling defeated with constant headaches and shoulder pain. I have been headache free for about six months. They take the time to educate you about how chiropractic Care can help you. They do not claim to heal all that ails you, but they do believe in a holistic approach through diet, exercise, chiropractic adjustments, and possibly supplements.

I loved the fact that they take the time X-RAY your neck and back. They take the time to show you any areas they can improve. They even implement acupuncture points and show you how to take care of things like a stuffy nose on your own. There are so many great things to say about 100% Chiropractic. They really do care about their patients.

I bought a groupon deal because they had great reviews. It's been a few weeks now. They don't answer the phones, return messages, respond to appointment online requests, or answer emails.

I love these ladies! They have been so personable, yet so professional since the first day I walked in. Dr. Kadee explains everything so I can understand it and has an incredible story as to how she got into this profession. I look forward to coming to their office multiple times a week.

I started seeing Dr. Kadee and her team at 100% Chiropractic several months ago after an experience at another chiropractic office left me feeling like "just a number". -Never in a million years would I have expected to have such a life changing experience like I've had under Dr. Kadee's care. She seems to know me better than I do! She never rushes anyone, and meticulously goes over every inch of my spine while explaining things in detail.

My little girls see her as well, and have now overcome their whiplash from the accident we were in. They adore the people at 100% Chiropractic, and love going! The in-house massage therapist is a Registered Nurse, and truly loves what she does. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, and makes the experience warm and inviting. Dr. Kaddee Miles is both a great chiropractor but also a very caring person. She takes the time needed to be sure you get the best treatment. She has worked wonders on my back and neck.

Dr. Kadee is absolutely amazing! I have been suffering from back pain for years, all stemming from a car accident years ago. Recently it had gotten worse to the point I had to take time off work and it made sleeping almost impossible some nights. I had come across an introductory deal which was too hard to pass up and I felt it was a sign to take a deeper look in chiropractic care.

Upon my first visit to the office, I got a great sense that this was what was in order to get me feeling like a normal person again. Dr Kadee took some x-rays of my back and neck and gave some recommendations as to what corrective steps would be needed. I had my first adjustment and upon returning to work, I had never felt that good in an extremely long time.

I was able to move around with ease and sit at my chair for the rest of the day without any aches. Since starting in July, I have seen a great progression in my overall health, posture, have no more heartburn which I had felt constantly for months. You are in good hands here with Dr Kadee, so give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed!

I went in to Dr. Bonnie after my back went out (spasm and could not walk) after a long plane trip. Her advice on using "pool noodles" to adjust my sleeping and sitting posture helped tremendously and I was able to walk with much less pain within one day.

I discovered 100% Chiropractic on Facebook late one night. I was aimlessly scrolling around, and then saw an ad for a really great introductory deal that included a massage! I was all about it. I immediately signed up, and I couldn't wait to get started. My first experience, just walking in the front door, was a positive one. There was fresh lemon water to drink, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful.

She was the one who led me through the first 30 minutes of my appointment, then I met Dr. Bonnie. I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. I had a wonderful chiropractor who helped me through some intense postpartum pelvic pain about 7 years ago. That doctor moved her practice to Kyle. I live in NW Austin, so driving to Kyle was not going to work for me.

I had avoided seeing another chiropractor because I didn't trust that anyone else could be as good as the doctor I had left. Dr. Bonnie is at least that good. She might be better. We shall see. I still have another 11 month left on my treatment plan. I really hope to see a better X-ray after a year. I have faith that I will. Thank you, Dr. Bonnie!

From the moment I walked through the door, Elizabeth greeted me with a warm welcome and a wonderful smile. She explained the practice to me, took me on the tour and even performed my posture test. She took my backstory of issues and never once made me feel like I had to many issues or like I was taking up to much of her time. Then I met Dr. Bonnie Fuller who promised me they could fix my issues.

From my back pain, neck pain, restless sleep, no energy, lack of mobility and pain with movement, she said she could fix it. With everything I had been though and waking up with 9-10 pain on the pain scale every morningI didn't want to hear it, I just wanted her to prove it. And Prove it she did. 1 week later and I am waking up with no pain. Throughout the day my pain might hit a 3 or a 4, but that is so much better than a 9-10.

I also met a wonderful massage therapist named Karen and after my massage from her, she had my muscles feeling like pudding. She even took the time afterwards to show me stretches that I could do to lesson my muscle pain and spasms. With all this being conquered in my first week, I should be feeling like a teenager before long. I would highly recommend 100% Chiropractic to anyone experiencing pain issues, sleeping issues, etc. and a big Kudos to the staff at 100% Chiropractic for providing such an amazing experience time and time again.

Dr. Bonnie is the best chiropractor in Cedar Park. The atmosphere is amazing. Very family oriented. Dr. Bonnie doesn't just adjust you and walk away, she knows every patient and looks at all the underlying issues. It is a very personalized experience. I feel 100% better after seeing Dr. Bonnie at 100%.

Wonderful people. Unlike most chiropractors today it's not about just cracking your back & sending you on your way. Dr. Duvi takes the time to listen and research your issues & do everything she can to make your life easier.

Hands down the BEST first impression I’ve EVER had.
