I was recommended by a friend to come here. Best decision was for me to give them a try. Highly recommend Carolina Chiropractic to anyone. Knowledgeable doctors and staff that take the time to get to know you and develop a treatment plan around you and your needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great place! Great at helping keep appointments and awesome team when you walk in the door from start to finish. Great care and therapy from everyone, I think they have a treatment/ solution for anything. Very personal, not just a number. never dread an appointment, once completely healed( almost there) I'll definitely keep goin back for tune ups

Carolina Chiropractic treats you like family. Every technician, doctor, and receptionist knows your name. They will not only make you feel welcome but will make you want to come back. I have had way to many bad experiences with doctors and other chiropractors not listening to my needs and Dr. Brad, Dr. Tracy, and Dr. Dylan listen to me EVERY TIME.

They will create a special treatment plan just for you with adjustments and different types of therapies that best fit your body and your needs. I started seeing them about six months ago with the issue of tmj. My mouth couldn't even open an inch and now my jaw is fully functioning. Before I came to CCP I went to chiropractor, after physical therapist, after oral surgeon, after chiropractor, all over and over again. None of them cared for me the way Carolina Chiropractic Plus does. Special shout-out to the receptionists and technicians because you guys deserve the world

Carolina Chiropractic Plus in Shelby, NC has changed my life. From working to cure my migraines to working through frequent stress-related pain each team member has made the experience wonderful. Dr. Brad truly listened to my concerns and eased my anxieties of receiving treatment. Something else that makes this place very unique is the community and kindness that is felt when you walk through the doors! Great staff. Very knowledgeable. As a competitive runner they have helped me with a lot faster pace, faster recovery and no pain. Especially love the Live O2 Oxygen Therapy Treatment on the bike. It not only improved my athletic performance but cured my bad circulation in my feet that are no longer cold in just one session. Oxygen Therapy is a win-win for your overall health. Chiropractic Plus Rocks!

I absolutely love everyone here! Not only has my pain and discomfort levels significantly dropped - but I have gained so many amazing friends in the staff here. They truly care about each person and all of their issues. I came in the first time with debilitating carpel tunnel, I could barely use my hands. Now I am able to work and go about life with very little pain. So thankful for Dr. Brad and his team!

I started here in 2017 with piriformis issues in my back. Recently, I have returned as I was having severe back pain and nothing I was doing was giving me any relief. I scheduled an appointment and came in for initial exam and X-rays to show some issues with my SI joint. My treatment plan is 12 visits including therapy in their office. Today was my 6th treatment and while I have some pain still I can walk and not want to cry.

I chose coming here because IT WORKS. I could have went to my primary doctor and nothing would have been done other then possibly some anti inflammatory medicine or muscle relaxers which would just mask the pain. My insurance unfortunately covers no chiropractic care so I pay this out of pocket and it is worth every penny. They will also work with you financially to get you the care you need when insurance doesn't cover so you can heal.

These doctors and the entire staff from front desk to assistants are so polite, professional, caring and very down to earth. After my first day of treatment they called me that evening just to make sure I was doing ok. I would highly recommend this place for your health needs.

I have been going here for 18 years on a regular basis. My husband and i drive sn 18 wheeler cross country; so our body really takes a beating. So for us our adjustments are a necessity to keep us healthy and moving. These are great doctors and staff they are there to help you live a healthy pain free life. They have no problem answering questions or giving advice.

I have been sick with a cold or virus and called to cancel; they told me to come in any way because adjustments help your immune system. I recently had major surgery and a few very careful adjustments helped me to heal and getback to work a little quicker. I wish they had a family plan because if they did i would have everybody from my youngest grandson to my oldest kid going on a regular basis.

Every single person here is absolutely amazing! It is hands down one of the most organized businesses. Everyone there actually takes the time to get to know you. They tolerate my 2 crazy children running around like they are rabid animals. They know you by name. And they make you feel amazing!

I have been going to Carolina Chiropractic on and off for around 9 years and Dr. Rich has always been the best ever. The staff and Doctors are great and today and yesterday I had the opportunity to be treated by their newest Doctor on their team. I walked out like I was walking on clouds after my hip adjustment. He followed Dr Brad while he started my treatment plan and the so good Lady Dr (sorry I forget names sometimes) but he paid close attention to the treatment from the other Doctors and he did a great job I was like WOW when I walked to my car. Dr Brad let him do my treatment from his guidance last week and I've never felt better. They care about their clients and I highly recommend Dr Rich and all of his Doctors and staff. Best chiropractor in Shelby. I have been seeing this office for over 20 years and they have always taken great care of me.

My wife and I had an accident several years ago. We were both beat up pretty bad. Just doing simple activities were painful. Dr Rich and his staff helped give us back our mobility and quality of life. We are now on a monthly maintenance schedule that insures we maintain this quality of life. Haven't felt this good in 20 years.

These are some of the best people I have had the pleasure knowing. I came in here with back pain from 1993, and neuropathy in both feet. In the 2 months that I have been coming here Kallie has done a fantastic job with all my treatments, on my feet to where I have to say I am at 90% pain free in my feet. My back is getting there probably around 80% pain free after coming here.

The staff and Drs treat you like family, and explain things that can be understood by anyone, they are very informed and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Again Kallie has done a remarkable job, and I thank her for all she has done.

I have been going to Carolina Chiropractic Plus for over 10 years, When I started going I was having back pain. Ibuprofen wasn't helping, Doctors x-ray did not show anything, yet I was in severe pain. So I started going to Chiropractic plus. At first I had to go everyday for several weeks, then just once a month. I continue to go once a month for routine maintenance. I find that if I do this my back stays in alignment and pain free. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the people who work here and the services they provide. My quality of life has improved tremendously thanks to the treatments for my neuropathy. My feet are 100% better and my balance has improved. They have also helped shoulder and neck pain I suffered with for years.

I was a skeptic at first. Could hardly walk because of my left foot. Made an appt. Went for my first visit. Needless to say i was extremely pleased with the people who work there. So friendly so caring so professional. They told me what was wrong and how we could treat it. Now 6 visits later i can walk with little pain. I've got a ways to go but with their care and support I'll get there. I just love everyone there and look forward to a long relationship. My highest praise to everyone there. I daily recommend them to people that i meet and people i know.

What a great group of professionals. They give their best in making a difference in your life. I had some issues with my knee. It was very painful. Treatments were started and what a difference in my knee. Pain had decreased and the movement in my knee was much better. By the end my knee felt wonderful! I am so thankful for the care and service they offer to their patients. They are a team with great customer service!

Love the staff!! I have had trouble with headaches and knee pain and going through treatments and adjustments I am pain free. I feel my quality of life has changed dramatically and I have more energy and don’t get sick like I use too. I am now doing maintenance adjustments and still have no knee pain and hardly have any headaches. I have even brought both my kids to get adjusted. They feel much better and are very active in sports.

My experience with Carolina Chiropractic Plus has been amazing! I came in after having suffered for almost 2 years with shoulder pain. I thought it was something that would need surgery, and frankly, I was terrified of that. Dr. David and the staff, here, have made me feel at home every time I come in. After only about two and a half weeks of some muscle therapy (ultrasound) and getting regular adjustments, I am no longer suffering from shoulder pain. If I would have known how easy of a fix it would be, I would have visited much sooner! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

This is a great place to solve your problems. They work on your whole body as a system to get you back in action. I have experienced quick results to take my pains away. I would recommend everyone visit at least once to see what it is like.

After going to another chiropractor for years, I decided it was time for change. I had new X-rays taken of my spine and neck and couldn't believe what I saw. Dr. Brad and the staff set me up a weekly plan to get me back to "normal". I have been going for a few weeks now and could tell a difference after the first 2 visits.
