Dr. Aaron Casselman commenced his education with a BS in Biology from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY. He then attended Cambridge, Massachusetts Muscular Therapy Institute, where he acquired a 1,200-hour muscular therapy certificate. Dr. Casselman worked as a massage therapist prior to his realization of wanting to become a chiropractor. Before working as a Highlands Ranch CO chiropractor, Dr. Casselman joined Hayward, CA's Chiropractic College West, where he received multiple honors throughout his training and graduated as his class salutatorian.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Casselman and Pinnacle Chiropractic for the last few months while doing some physical therapy. This was one of the best experiences I have had. Dr. Casselman was so knowledgeable and really helped my get back to feeling better. The staff was always so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend anyone and everyone see Pinnacle Chiropractic. I will be coming back for routine adjustments.

Dr. Casselman and his stuff are absolutely wonderful, caring, and so kind! I was having pain in my back and neck which was causing horrible migraine. Dr. Casselman met with me and we discussed my treatment plan, he let me know up front what everything would cost. He is very knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I've been in a few car accidents over the last 4 years and had such bad back and neck pain it would bring me to tears. I tried to see other physical therapist and chiropractors but none seemed to really care for finding the actual problem. With Pinnacle chiropractor I'm actually getting results from my treatments, I can't believe how much better I feel from day to day.
This Doctor actually cares about his patients. The staff there is welcoming and encouraging which leads to such a relaxed and inviting atmosphere I actually look forward to seeing all of them every visit! They also have a small play area for kids as well so no matter the situation they've got you covered!

I have been a patient of Pinnacle off and on for a number of years. My profession requires sitting in a chair for hours on end for multiple days in a row. After a while the neck issues, back issues, arm issues start to creep back in. I make a call to Dr. C, and he knows immediately what the issue is and sets a treatment plan in motion. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. C gets me back to a good place to be able to continue working again. I am grateful for the office. They keep me going! Thanks ACDC and crew!

Walking into Pinnacle is like walking into the Cheers bar - it's where everybody knows your name, and you're always glad you came. Staff is exceptionally friendly - I'm regularly greeted (by name) in the office by staff I've never actually interacted with. Dr Cassleman does a fantastic job with treatment plans and monitoring progress, making adjustments to his adjustment plan, and managing expectations.
Of course, the success of your treatment plan is based on a team effort. and the patient is a part of that team (which Pinnacle wholly embraces). Coming in with feedback, detailed notes, and a general awareness of how your body is responding to each session makes a world of difference

Dr. C and his staff are the Best! I was very skeptical about going, but Dr. C has done wonders with my neck and back! Very helpful in diagnosing an issue with my neck and head that my primary care physician had overlooked. They are also very family friendly. My three kids spend the time playing with their legos! Great staff! Great Doc!

I started going to Pinnacle a year ago. My life has changed so dramatically in that amount of time. Dr. Casselman is super knowledgeable about general health as well as chiropractic care. I moved to CO in 2014 and needed a new chiropractor. My husband saw Dr. Casselman's practice listed and recommended I contact him. Since I come from a background of traditional chiropractic, I didn't think I needed X-rays, but three years later I had issues that needed a look via X-rays. Dr. Casselman and I have had a few good laughs over this, but I can admit he was right and I am thankful that he worked with me in spite of my resistance.

My lower back was in bad condition with scoliosis causing sciatica prior to having treatment here. I was scheduled an effective plan that had a wide range of methods and treatments. The methods and treatments included, decompression of spine, having the chiropractor make spinal adjustments, use electronic device to stimulate the process of healing, exercise, massage, etc. Very effective treatment and feeling much better

Dr. Casselman did a great job of explaining the diagnosis and setting up a treatment plan for relieving my neck pain and hand numbness. The treatments were successful in relieving these symptoms. He reviewed the results including improvements in range of motion and set up a long- term AT HOME maintenance program. I would highly recommend Dr. Casseman for anyone with chronic neck or back pain.
