I have been a client of Dr Jon for over 4 years now and Realm Chiropractic since its inception. I started visiting because of an ankle injury which turned out to be a mixture of back problems and mild sciatica. With Dr Jon's treatment and expert care, the problem is now under control. He goes above and beyond and I trust Dr Jon implicitly. His front of house team, led by Wendy, are friendly and professional and I could not recommend him and his practice highly enough.

I have been a client of Dr Jon ever since he established Realm Chiropractic. Before getting treatment, I had a sore back, it twinged, it ached, it was uncomfortable to sit for long periods of time and I struggled to sleep. Dr Jon explained the importance of not just getting my body back to where it should be, but also keeping it at that level by having regular sessions.

I have had regular appointments ever since and maintained good health, not just in my back but Dr Jon has also helped me in other areas too, like with my digestive system. Dr Jon offers practical advice and encouragement into how to live a better healthier lifestyle. During the first lockdown, Realm chiropractic stayed open for essential services and as a non essential worker, I stayed away to ensure front line health workers could be seen.

During this time, my spinal pain gradually returned and reaffirmed what I already knew, chiropractic care from Dr Jon keeps me healthy! I honestly can't recommend this service enough for anyone who suffers with back pain. The whole team at realm chiropractic are helpful, attentive, welcoming and kind. I teach yoga at Realm and started chiropractic treatment because of a shoulder injury. Little did I know how squint I was and though I had consulted chiropractors and physiotherapists all my life it was only ever to treat my horses. After the first adjustment I felt a real difference in how I walk. Over the following weeks I felt so much more spacious through my spine in particular in the neck.

I started treatment when experiencing the first wave of allergies. I have suffered for years from swollen eyes each spring which I had to treat with cortisone but not this year. Through treatment my sense of balance changed as well. Oh yes and the shoulder is also pretty much pain-free now. I would recommend Realm Chiropractic, Dr Jon and all his staff very highly. They all know what they do! Oh, and last but not least my horses certainly appreciate my changed self!

I approached Realm Chiropractic in October 2021 with several issues with my spine. Dr John developed a treatment programme which I followed for 6 months. The treatment has made a huge difference in my back pain and other symptoms associated with a spinal disorder. The clinic were very professional throughout my treatment with excellent covid safe practices. Staff were very friendly.

I have had trouble with my back and neck on and off over the years but more acutely recently. What impressed me particularly was that Dr. Jon was not just interested in getting me over this initial pain, but also looking at the overall problems with my spine and working to reduce the risk of on-going issues. Also, Dr Jon and his staff are always so friendly, helpful, welcoming and caring. It's a pleasure to attend.

Having a sore back I wanted to know what was wrong with it. I had an x ray at Realm and saw the problem. Treatment followed with continual monitoring. My back is better but so is my general health. The team, led by Doctor John are all very professional and very caring I cannot recommend Realm highly enough.

I asked for an initial assessment due to unbearable pain from an injured shoulder. From my first appointment I felt very confident in the course of treatment set by Dr Jon and an improvement was evident from the first session. I have now been his patient for almost 5 months and my progress is incredible! As well as being able to complete all of the activities I had found impossible since my shoulder injury, I no longer have the debilitating headaches I suffered for years and I am standing more upright. I recommend anyone who is experiencing pain and difficulty with movement to try Chiropractic therapy at this practice. For myself it has been a life changing experience.

A year ago I was struggling to get anything done due to my left arm being in constant pain. So having used a chiropractor a decade ago, I felt it was time to revisit. Wendy's smile is a great start, Then Dr Jon put me through some tests and took two X-rays. Followed by a results meeting which was a eye opener. It turns out that a trapped nerve was the issue, and with a period of manipulation by Dr Jon, and some deep tissue massage from the supporting massage team, I find myself very much back where I need to be. I can't say enough about the doctors at Realm chiropractic. They are attentive, thorough and their expertise is unparalleled. The office staff is efficient and friendly & accommodating to schedule changes & getting a last minute appointment. They are all around great people! I was hesitant to come to a local chiropractor due to a severe neck injury that my daughter experienced several years ago.

I've been visiting with Dr. Tim now for over a year and I'm not sure why I waited as long as I did to consult and start with treatments. This was one of the best decisions I've made to start with Realm and Dr. Tim. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating to work around my schedule for my appointments. I am an athlete so I get banged up with bumps and bruises constantly, but all of my issues are relieved as soon as I see someone at realm. I had an issue with my lower back when I first started to see them, and within 1-2 checkups I had no more pain!

Staff & Doctor Tim are always so positive and nice to talk to, I've only had two appointments with Dr. Tim and I am already noticing a difference in the way my neck feels! Dr Tim provided me with a lot of information on how he would fix a reverse curve in my neck in a realistic and understandable manner. After realising the benefits of Chiropractors, over the years I've been to several different ones as I've moved around the UK. Without doubt this is the BEST practice I've experienced. From the in-depth initial consultation (with x-rays) this was a different level of treatment to any of the others. Why have generic treatment when you can have specific treatment? My wife had been a patient of Dr. DelMedico's for a while so in June of 2012 I decided to start care. I suffered with high blood pressure and wanted to reduce the number of blood pressure meds that I had to take. I also had difficulty with swallowing. These problems caused me to have anxiety issues which affected my ability to partake in family activities.

Since I began my regular adjustments, I no longer have problems with eating and swallowing and I have indeed reduced my blood pressure medications!
