Dr. Leavitt has taken care of tiny babies to seniors to athletes. He has successfully treated hundreds of patients.

Money, money, money is the priority here. They want you to get stem cells. "Get the money and do the injection now, if they go home and research it themselves they'll never come back" according to Dr Leavitt. Also, did he tell his staff to "play down" the chiropractic portion of the clinic? Yep he sure did. With every patient, the goal is maximize all billable services on a patient's insurance regardless of the patient's actual needs. "What's your issue?
It's gonna require 36 visits / 3 visits a week 1 hour sessions each. You sign a long contract before beginning care, and clients requests to cancel treatment or even just adjust their schedule were simply ignored. It is distressing to see patients treated this way. The schedule gets "padded" so that the doctor won't bother the front desk, resulting in confused calls from patients "but I didn't schedule an appointment for today". - also, they get to charge late fees at their discretion. DO NOT EXPECT AN ADJUSTMENT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT- this is something that every employee is instructed to not answer directly. "get them in the door or they'll just call the next place" - they didn't tell us to lie, but we certainly weren't allowed to be truthful.
The truth is, it's possible to get adjusted on your first visit, but it is a rare occurrence. Read carefully before signing with these folks, and don't rely on them for a straight answer, they will say ANYTHING to get your money. I'm glad that there are so many other options in Knoxville, people deserve honesty from doctors and care managers, and you won't find that here.

I cannot recommend West Knoxville Medical and Chiropractic enough! Dr. Leavitt and everyone here is very professional and friendly. The medical team has done an excellent job easing my lower back pain. After just 4 weeks of treatment, my sciatica symptoms are almost gone, and I can start to enjoy my daily life again. Thank you for all you do! Highly recommended!

They are good at chiropractic services; however, they are horrible with finances. I would not recommend going here if you can't afford the pricing and have to pay using Care Credit. I chose this option and paid for the plan they had for me, but I stopped it within a few weeks because I didn't like how expensive it was. I told them I couldn't come anymore in December, and they said they would refund what I didn't use back to my Care Credit account.
It is March and it still hasn't been refunded. I have called them so many times and they also say it should be fixed and that I will get a confirmation email, but I never do. Every time I call them, they say they are going to work on it, but I have honestly lost all faith in the company. To take almost 3 months to refund over $1600 is bad business.
I couldn't even afford the minimum payment last month because it's so high, and it's so high because they still haven't refunded the money. In summary: great chiropractic service, bad financial service.

The team did an excellent job at truly diagnosing the issue through X-ray and physical assessment. The entire team met to discuss the specifics of the results and establish a plan of action. Everything was throughly explained in a kind and caring way. Every person is super friendly and has genuine care are concern. Highly recommend.

I struggle with back issues and neuropathy in my hands. I called to make an appointment to get adjusted and was able to get in very quickly. The office is immaculate and modern and also very easy to find. Dr Nathan Leavitt and his entire team were awesome, professional but yet friendly. Dr Leavitt was extremely thorough in my overall exam and got right to the source of my problem. I would highly recommend West Knoxville Medical Chiropractic for your chiropractic needs.

I've been to chiropractors where you're just a time slot to crack your neck/back and then be sent on your way, this place is definitely not like that. They spend so much one on one time with you, working on your areas of concern to really help strengthen and improve your health. They target the cause of the issue, not just the symptoms, and are really looking to improve your quality of life. Would highly recommend this place!

The services that I receive from this office are excellent. Dr. Leavitt and staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. Within a week of my original call to set an appointment, I had x-rays and a treatment plan ready to go. It's only been a month and I already feel relief from my back pain! Dylan and Simon make rehab go by quickly with their friendly conversations.
The nurse practitioner, Valerie, is always a joy to talk to and has really aided in my pain relief. The front desk girls are always welcoming and have a smile on their face! I cant recommend this practice enough!

I absolutely love this office! I've been to a different chiropractor before and did not receive half of the service and kindness that Dr. Leavitt's office has! This office is so much more than just a regular chiropractor office. Every single staff member goes above and beyond for their patients. I love this place so much I brought my mom to be treated as well. 100% recommended.

Dr. Leavitt took care of my left hip sciatica pain and adjusted my stiff neck so I could sleep comfortably!
