Dr. McEntire holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah. While there, he was active in the school government earning the Most Outstanding Senator Award in 2001, and upon graduation achieved the prestigious status of Service Learning Scholar by providing over 600 hours of community service to the Salt Lake community. He created an activity program for cancer patients at the Huntsman Cancer Institute to keep the patients minds off pain, depression, and nausea.
