I had terrible power back pain for 2 years prior to going to Salina Family Chiropractic. After my first visit, I noticed many changes in my health. Not only was my back pain getting better but I also noticed improvements in my digestive system and sleep. I recommend Salina Family Chiropractic to anyone who has chiropractic needs. The staff and chiropractors are all very nice, caring, and friendly.

I love this place! They are always amazing and able to get me in to be seen in a timely manner. both my pregnancies I need help with pains in my hips and back. always feel amazing after a treatment. thank you for everything!

I highly recommend this place! All of the staff are very knowledgeable and take their time to listen to get to know what treatment would be the most helpful. They truly have their patients' best interest in mind. I came here a few years ago while about 8 months pregnant and baby was breech. I know 100% that the adjustments helped baby turn and I felt very encouraged and impowered to deliver which was a big shift from the anxiety I had been having.

Let's start off with that I am a big guy, so it's difficult for me to find someone that can "move" me around. That was not the case when I went to Salina family chiropractic. Not only do they exemplify the feeling of family in the office, as everyone is extremely polite, but they are also very professional. What brought me in was having several ribs out of place for quite some time.

It got so bad that I could not sleep, because every time I took a breath pain shot through my rib cage. In the span of three months I was a new man and felt better than I had ever before. I consistently go back whenever I need an alignment.

I had substantial health issues through 2020 year. Spent a lot of money on testing with doctors and nothing ever came up as a culprit. My symptoms made normal life very difficult to carry on with, however, so I needed to do something. It was suggested that Salina's Practice might be able to help. Well over a period of 6 months (Nutrition Testing, Adjustments, Supplement Plans) my health has demonstrably improved, significantly!

As I have worked with this practice, I have realized how much I wasn't supporting my body in the past. I feel like I have gotten a huge health education and am much better equipped to continue a healthy lifestyle. For anyone who is or has been in a similar boat, I highly recommend the Salina's practice. They will get you on a better path.

Dr. Salina is AWESOME and AMAZING! He is a miracle worker! I couldn't move my neck. It was so painful! He was able to take care of one side (which felt good) and said my neck on the other side was inflamed (that side was still painful). So he had me come back the following day. I did, he did the adjustment, and my neck feels so much better! It's still a little sore, but I can move my head from left to right now.

Also his staff, Mackenzie in particular, does everything in the office. She is so nice and friendly and works with me, in regards to my L&I claim. They are so understanding. I would 100% refer them because they are AMAZING! Thank you, Dr. Salina!

From my very first adjustment I knew I had found a perfect chiropractor for my aching spine. He is very gentle but, he sure knows how to adjust my body and get rid of my pain! The whole clinic is very caring and kind. I have been seeing Dr Salina for seven years so after my grandson had a serious motor cycle accident and broke his back he started having horrible back pain.

I ask Dr Salina to just check him out and see if he could do anything. Well, after just a few adjustments my grandson had quit hurting and was able to get off of pain pills! So please give Dr Salina's clinic a try! I love that place!

Excellent chiropractor! Was visiting from out of town and had some back issues from sleeping on a pullout bed. Was able to get a couple adjustments that got me heading in the right direction before heading home. Highly recommend coming here.

The staff at Salina Family Chiropractic is SO nice and helpful. I have been seeing Dayna Turner for about a month now and I have seen a 180 degree difference in the way I feel! She has figured out issues with my gut etc I would have never dreamed of and I am already well on my way to feeling FABULOUS. I can't wait to see what the future holds!

I have found a spectacular chiro fam! In addition to the chiro, I also see Dana, functional medicine practitioner downstairs in the same office building. I see Dana for bloodwork analysis as well as Nutritional Testing. I like that she blends both. I see Dana for my thyroid/autoimmune protocol. My daughter, 6, who has the same spine issues as me, is on a 3 month chiro/myk protocol.

I like the unlimited care for the number of weeks deal. I was sad when my insurance ended bc it was such a stress relief to go mult times a week for adjustments. I've been dealing with stiff neck since I was a young child. Chiro care has helped me tremendously for overall pain relief. I previously went to an upper cervical chiro but I like the full body because after childbirth my hips were very crooked and upper cervical did not help with my hips at all.

They are very family friendly and even have a "family room" with books and toys to entertain little ones while I'm adjusted. My son (3 yrs) looks forward to going bc he loves the book collection. They accept our BlueCross insurance as a plus.

I would highly recommend Salina Family Chiropractic. The staff and Dr Salina are very friendly and professional. I was only able to have 9 treatments, but in that time my sciatic nerve pain was reduced. The only reason I stopped my treatments there was because I moved out of the area.

Great and friendly staff. I went there with a neck issue. I happened to mention that I've been dealing with a shoulder issue too.one that I've seen specialists for numerous times, had MRIs for, cortisone shots for and never got any relief. ONE SESSION with Dr. Salina and some simple massage technique from one of his staff and my shoulder pain was 75% gone! Go figure. Two birds with one stone! I'm sold and won't go to anyone else now.

This place is amazing. I was traveling for work and only in town for a day and hurt my back. They got me in, no wait time when I arrived, and the staff here is wonderful. Dr. Salina was so thorough and understanding and did everything he could in one visit (he knew I had to hit the road the same day) to help me feel better. My pain level was a 9 when I walked in and a 5 when I walked out.

Throughout the rest of the day it went down to about a 2-3. That is impressive after only one visit! I am so grateful they are here since I travel to Spokane regularly for work. I highly recommend.

I was able to get relief just after two appointments, and felt so much better! Thank you to the great staff. However I was taken back 20 min after my original appointment time for both times. Something that I'm not a fan of, especially with busy days at work or just life!

Our newborn had a rough go her first several weeks. My lactation consultant recommended chiropractic care so we decided to give it a try. After only a few visits, our baby went from failure to thrive to gaining 18 ounces in two weeks. She started creating her own curve and we were able to keep her 100% on mama's milk! I wish I had this knowledge early on, if I could do it over again I would have both my babies get adjusted right after birth! I took my 4 week old in to get checked out. Breastfeeding for him & I was very painful. He wasn't able to latch properly & was just causing so me much pain. Before bringing him in, I saw 6 lactation nurses & even took him to the dentist to look for a tongue & lip tie. I was ready to give up on breastfeeding. Finally my last lactation nurse I saw suggested we see a chiropractor.

Immediately after his first visit his latch was better. I wish I would have taken him in sooner, it would have saved a lot of tears & emotional distress. I highly recommend them, especially to you mamma's out there who are struggling with nursing.

Dr. Hailey Descoteaux is WONDERFUL! I don't say that lightly. I have always been hesitant when it comes to chiropractors and especially during pregnancy. I went in to see Dr. Hailey at 37 weeks pregnant and finished out my pregnancy seeing her. she did adjustments which helped tremendously and also gave my simple things I could do at home to help.

I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Hailey during any part of pregnancy. she knows her stuff and I feel very confident recommending her to any expectant mom who is having hip or back pain of any kind! Thank you Dr. Descoteaux!

Ok so about 2 weeks ago just sitting in my chair at work my back starts hurting so bad that within a couple minutes I am laying on the floor in my home office. I crawl my way to the couch and spent the rest of the day either laying on it or trying to get on it. Wife takes me to urgent care I get some muscle relaxers which helps enough that I can sit up for about 5 minutes at a time as long as I am leaning back but at least I can walk a little.

Next day to my primary care who says well maybe bulging disc here is some steroid and pain pills to go with your muscle relaxers and lose weight. Feels good enough on drugs to sit for a few hours at a time. Then I run out of steroids a couple days later it happens to be Christmas and my back starts hurting again but at least I can walk sort of. Desperate I start looking for a Chiropractor thinking maybe just maybe I can get a little relief.

Not having much faith in them. I got into see Dr. Salina and I sorta walked in got the initial examination he tells me what he thinks is going on off to the other side of the office for some X-Rays then back to the Dr. Salina. He gives me an adjustment and within a couple minutes I am up and walking normally almost pain free. He has been treating me for almost a week and the Chronic Shoulder pain I have had since surgery 10 years ago is gone and my back feels 15 years younger. My primary care said lose weight and I agree with him I need to and am. However, Dr. Salina was able to give me back function not just a prescription.

I brought my husband and kids in to see Dr. Salina and he was a tremendous help. The facility is great and very kid friendly. The staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Salina did an amazing job making the kids feel comfortable and addressing everyones' issues. We were very pleased and will be back.

Hi, I'm Sue and I've been a patient with Dr. Salina for almost a year now and am really impressed with him. When I first came in, my left arm was numb from the shoulder down to my fingers and half my left hand didn't have full feeling. I thought I would just see him a few times and maybe get well enough to somewhat function, but never get back to some of the activities I had previously enjoyed.

I had no idea that chiropractors could actually retrain your body to function better if you worked with them over time. So I began a journey I didn't even know existed. During these months, I have begun to feel so much better. I was very limited in what I could physically do when I started with Dr. Salina but within a few months I began to start doing activities that I had always enjoyed years before -- bicycle riding, walking 4 to 6 miles, and kayaking.

Not only could I now do these activities but my body was strong enough for me to confidently make plans and know that I would be able to show up and not have to cancel due to pain. Prior to Dr. Salina my only experience with a chiropractor was a few different thirty-minute appointments to "fix" whatever back issue I had at that particular time. Dr. Salina is a very skilled Chiropractor, his adjusting techniques are as good as it gets. I'm very happy to have found him while on vacation and finding myself in need of an emergency adjustment on my shoulder & clavicle from a recent injury. Salina Family Chiropractic is amazing! I came to the practice several months after a very rough and high risk pregnancy which cause my son to be born at 32 weeks. I was not in good health. I had low back pain, was over weight, suffered from headaches, was addicted to sugar and had high blood pressure. After only 3 months of care of from Dr. Salina of adjusting and supplements, my health has improved by leaps and bounds.

I have lost weight, I am no longer addicted to sugar, I don't get headaches and my blood pressure has improved significantly. I feel so much healthier. UPDATE****I went back to Salina to get another adjustment, and i really like him. He is super nice, and the adjustment was really good. I would recommend him. he is a family guy, and you can tell he is. for those who care to read the original post i wrote, here it is: I have had a history of neck pain because i tend to carry all my stress in my neck.

I am from seattle, and have been to same chiropractor in seattle, whom i loved and went to for a couple of years. however, since moving to spokane for school, i started feeling neck pain again. i decided to check Salina Family Chiropractic out, and i got adjusted by him once, just recently. he seems really nice, and very professional. i liked the front desk girl as well. once i walked in, they were very warm and welcome. after my adjustment, i felt much better. my neck made so much noise when it got adjusted! i must have really needed it :) i scheduled another appointment with him, so i will see how that goes. i am going to rate him again once i go a few more times. but for now, i thought my experience was pleasant, and my adjustment was good :)

I’ve got to thank Joshua Salina for the amazing job he does. A few years back I had a rib out, which is as miserable as it sounds. They got to the point where I could not breathe without wincing in pain. Josh got my back straightened, my rib back in, and me back to feeling normal. Now I only have to see him when I do something stupid like last Friday. That’s a big guy, it is important I have somebody that can move things around, and Josh is that guy. When I First came to Dr. Salina I had sharp stabbing pains on the mid-right side of my back. I had thought that my back pain was something I just had to deal with because my doctor didn't offer me any solutions other than taking pain-killers. The pain didn't go away right at first but i stuck to it, and over the course of a couple months, Dr. Salinas' Chiropractic/physical therapy method pretty much wiped out my sharp pains.

I feel a lot more active, I can play with my kids now, and i'm now able to do daily menial tasks without worrying about sharp pains. I highly recommend letting him help you on your "journey to good health.
