Dr. Gilda Gilak is a Board Certified Chiropractor in California and nationwide. She graduated from Southern California University of Health and Sciences, one of the best chiropractic universities and the only university that is accredited by the Western Accreditation School and Colleges (WASC). Her undergraduate degree was in the field of cellular and molecular biology with a minor in microbiology, which fostered her understanding of the physiology of the human body. In August 2005, she organized and led a volunteer trip to Bolivia where 20 students from Southern California University of Health and Sciences treated 1000 patients for 10 days.

I called her office last minute in need of an adjustment and her office fit me right in during my lunch. Dr. Gilak was very kind, attentive, and really helped with the pain in my neck by identifying the trouble spot. She took the time to explain what was causing the time and she also gave me great advice when it comes to dealing with my frequent migraines. I look forward to recommending my friends, family, and P.I. clients to her!

Dr. Gilak is phenomenal. She's super knowledgeable and is able to assess your whole body and all your symptoms to make a diagnosis and a plan for healing. On a scale of 1 to 10 for how bad my disk herniation was, I would give it a 12. Dr. Gilak has been guiding me through every step of the healing process with her expert hands and knowledge. My progress has been nothing short of miraculous.
She's not just a back cracking chiro, it's been her unique expertise on how to work with muscles that has helped me recover so quickly. It's obvious that she has a genuine care and concern for her patients. I was so incredibly lucky to find Dr. Gilak when I did.

Dr. Gilak is not only a great chiropractor but an excellent nutionist. I first met her after being referred by my spine surgeon Dr. Binder. I later went back to her for help with my gut. She has truly been extremely helpful. She is easy to talk with and explains things well without making you feel like you are being rushed out the door. She is very well qualified.

I have a literal fear of chiropractors due to a bad experience as a young lady. However, I had a frozen shoulder and was in severe pain. I found Dr. Gilda on line and forced myself to be a "Big, Brave Dog" and went to see her. She is gentle, wise, and comforting. My treatments were so helpful that in just 4 treatments she had me restored to normal.
The treatments were efficient and non-painful and I found myself looking forward to each visit. Also, if this is of interest, she has a very lovely sense of humor. I strongly recommend Dr. Gilda. She has never pressured me to return, unlike other chiropractors that my friends have frequented who are calling or emailing them constantly to re-visit. You will love her.

Thanks to Dr Gilak, her treatment on my shoulder has been world class and her insight has been awesome. In addition, Dr. Gilak is a true professional in every sense of the word as she is competent, has a friendly demeanor and most of all, cares about helping fix the issue. I was faced with TMJ; Jaw pain, difficulty chewing, swollen jaw and worst of all I were to attend an event the next day which I thought would be impossible. I went to see Dr. Gilak. She worked on my condition for about an hour and shortly after my pain went away and the next morning the swelling was gone and I was able to attend my event. She performed a miracle. She is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, pleasant and kind. I do highly recommend her.
