At Coastal Chiropractic Clinic, we take great pride in providing the finest chiropractic wellness care to our patients. Below is a sampling of the different services we offer in our Savannah office. We teach our patients exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem.
Chiropractors understand that one of the main causes of pain and disease is the misalignment and abnormal motion of the vertebrae in the spinal column called a subluxation. Chiropractic works by removing these subluxations in the spine, thereby relieving pressure and irritation on the nerves, restoring joint mobility, and returning the body back to a state of normal function.
Chiropractic doctors practice natural, drugless, non-invasive health care and rely on the body's ability to self-heal. Sounds ideal, but just how does it work? Like other health-care providers, we follow a standard routine to gain information about the patient. We consult, review the case history, conduct a physical examination, and we may request laboratory analyses and/or x-rays.

Dr Goldberg is a gem. So fortunate to have found him many years ago. He has the gift of healing. I am still amazed at how he can just look at me and identify exactly what is wrong. Caring, personable and quite funny. My visits not only support my physical health but also a great mental lift. Thank you for all you’ve done for me Dr Goldberg, more than you know.

Today was my initial consult. I didn't know what to expect (although I have been to a chiropractor before, they all tend to have a little different approach) so I just kept an open mind and was curious to his take on my pain/issues. He is a peculiar gentleman (I don't mean that in a negative way AT ALL) He's VERY thorough and finds a way to explain it in a way that it relates to YOUR SPECIFIC situation.
I can appreciate that... It let's you know that you aren't getting "Blanket Care" but care that is mapped out and chosen for YOUR SPECIFIC needs/issues... My issues MAINLY affect me at work but also shook over into my day to day life and activities outside of work. His approach is explained in detail as he shows you with the pictures and models in the exam room and that information is very much appreciated.
You can tell... He WANTS TO HELP. Help you feel better and regain mobility. He wants you to be...the best you... That You Can Be.. The office manager was "wearing multiple hats" today and she was just as helpful and answered all of my questions. Look forward to my follow ups and the help I will get from him and his staff.

I'd never really trusted chiropractors until I met Dr Goldberg. Suffering from bad back and neck pain, a colleague recommended him to me several years ago. He immediately resolved the issues and I've continued going back to him the minute I have a problem. He is extraordinary; he seems to be able to do what others cannot, and I trust him implicitly.
