Love coming here. Herniated a disc in my lower back and the staff was kind and supportive the whole time. Assisted to get an MRI. I also love that I can come during hours I'm available. The MedX machines are very helpful to balance out my muscles. They made a clear plan for my care and explained all my questions. Got back to work quickly and pain is noticeably less. I can trust them to take care of me.

Dr. V and Dr. Clark are both dedicated to your well-being and care! I came for the first time three years ago after a car crash, then again about a year ago when I was 8 months pregnant and now because I have a few vertebrae out of place. Every time they have helped me get better through adjustment, physical therapy and massage. Their technology is state of the art and their staff is great! 10/10 would recommend.

Cannot, in good conscience, recommend these guys. Look elsewhere. I went in for a thrown back a couple of months ago. After the doctor did something or other with his machine and gave me some electrotherapy, I felt better for a day. Within the week, I was flat on my back again, barely able to move. The office was also really chaotic during my two visits, and I got the impression they were more interested in selling me stuff and sending me out the door than in actually taking care of me.
They reminded me at least three times every visit that they're the only place in Utah that has all four types of some special hospital grade spinal treatment machine. Which neat and all, but I just wanted to have my back adjusted. The techs were really pushy about getting me to accept expensive and lengthy treatments for what was essentially a two week problem.
I had to tell them multiple times that $120 per week for a minimum of 6 months isn't exactly in the cards for me. I get it, a thrown back isn't anything to laugh at, but I'm only 27 and in relatively good shape; no need to treat it like it's terminal. I ended up visiting my wife's old chiropractor and he took much better care of me, and without sales pitches left and right.

Great experience! Today I had my first visit at Alpine Spinal rehab. Although it was very busy they took care of me right away, after signing a million papers, an assistant gave me a tour of the office (something a healthcare place has never done for me before!) Took some x-rays then met Dr. Mike Vanchiere. He was super friendly, easy to talk to and helped me understand what my back needs to feel better.
He kinda looks like Joe Rogan and his tennis shoes were rad. Then they did some E-stim on my back and scheduled my return appointment for this week. I got all these things for a SUPER great price! I would definitely recommend this place!

I've been searching for a new Chiropractor for a bit. I really like my last one as a person, but I just wasn't getting results. One of my clients swore that Alpine was the best she had ever used, and she live in Florida and in Provo, so that carried more weight for me. I put off calling for a bit, but finally was in to much pain to wait any longer.
When I first called I explained my feelings, the young lady was very friendly, and scheduled me for the following day. I was so impressed on my first visit, not just with an Awesome staff, but how quickly they all work. I've now been going for almost two weeks, I feel much better, and love that they don't just adjust you, but work to correct the whole issue. Did I mention I love the staff?
This is a great team of people, and I would love to name them all so the get personally recognized, but I'm afraid I would miss someone. When my client said they are the best, that was so true! I am officially a client for life! Thanks Doctors, and your amazing team! It should also be noted, my son is now coming and he also loves it, and I'm pushing my wife to go in.

You only know what you know. I knew I had neck pain and carried stress there and in my shoulders. I never knew I had muscle strength disproportionate on each side causing my spine in between my shoulders to be pulled to one side. I'm grateful for lower back pain that motivated me to get help and thereby address my full spine and muscle issues. This was my first experience with Chiropractic care. Alpine Spinal Rehab does an incredible job accurately assessing the spine, adjusting it as needed and adding specific muscle exercise in office to strengthen and prevent spinal issues. Glad I came!

Overall, I would highly recommend Alpine Spinal Rehab. All three chiropractors are really nice. Dr. V and Dr. Ryan usually remembered things about my life, and I enjoyed talking to them. My biggest complaints are that 1) they increased the price per visit twice without notifying me beforehand (the student price is about $40/visit); and 2) when I asked for advice on how to choose a new chiropractor after moving, the front desk said I would be contacted by one of the doctors but I never heard from them other than through the generalized "We miss you" spam.
On my first visit, the front office person explained my x-rays to me. At first I was confused as to why a doctor wasn't going over my results with me, but it seemed normal to them. I really value their method: first, you get adjusted both with manual adjustments and with the pro-adjuster (I never saw an activator tool there); and then you help your muscles sustain your spine's new position by working on 1 of 4 machines meant to isolate particular muscles that surround the problem areas in your spine.
The students who run the machines are great and very caring. The proadjuster pinpoints problem areass in your spine and uses high frequency to loosen your muscles and restraighten your spine. They also have a tens unit, inversion table, and lots of bio-freeze.

I enjoyed coming to Alpine Spinal Rehab. They are very nice and accommodating. The way it generally works in my experience is that the first few visits are to get me out of pain. Usually an adjustment and ultrasound our stem. The visits after that consisted of an adjustment and strength assessment on three different machines. The machines include neck rotation, neck extension and flexion, hip extension and core rotation. Usually, they assessed one per day to assess your strengths in all four movements.
After that, they train you with one set of 21 on two different machines per visit. I felt that this was helpful and I learned some things about myself and where I need to improve. I don't know if this is the best approach for everyone but it worked for me. The staff is friendly and the chiropractors were helpful and willing to answer all my questions.
They also seem very flexible and worked me in when I had an emergency. They are fast and I was not waiting around a lot. They also were kind with working with me and my insurance.

I have had lower back pain for many many years, pretty much right out of high school. And during high school my back would tire easily. I've gone to chiropractors before with complaints of back pain, and adjustments did offer some relief but nothing long lasting. It wasn't until about a month ago, when I started getting headaches daily, did I go to a chiropractor and have them look at my neck.
At Alpine Spinal Rehab they take x-rays before you start doing adjustments to make sure that they know exactly what they're getting into. And what do you know, they found out that I have congenital block formation in my neck. Basically a natural spinal fusion that happened when I was in my momma's belly. Those vertebrae just decided they didn't want to split.
Due to this fusion I have limited mobility and a reverse curve in my neck. My body compensated for this with an excessive back arch, causing more pressure, strain, and pain in that area. It also makes me more prone to misalignments, as you can see in my x-rays my spine leans a little to my left, and my hips tend to be misaligned. I've been religious about trying to ease my back pain (rolling and stretching my hip flexors, focusing on strengthening my core and glutes, constantly monitoring my posture and struggling to maintain the proper pelvic tilt). It's been a battle to say the least, but I am hopeful that with the help of Alpine Spinal Rehab I will be able to relieve some lower back pain and maintain better alignment in my spine.
If you are looking for a thorough chiropractor then look no further. They are not an in and out kind of place. They make sure to look into all the details, and provide some guidance for physical therapy as well. They want to make sure the adjustments they do last by addressing the muscle imbalances surrounding those joints. ***Update: I've been coming in 2x a week for about a month now. I still get the occasional headache and back pain, but no where near as often or as intense.

I've been trying to resolve an insurance payment matter with Alpine Spinal Rehab (ASR) for over 2 1/2 years. They have been paid by the insurance company. They want more money, so are trying to get it from me. Now they're threatening to send me to collections. In the past 3 weeks alone, I've called 4 times and keep being promised I will get called back, and it never happens.
My advice- don't let ASR talk you into going through your insurance company. Just pay them upfront at each appointment and it will cost you a lot less! And no hassle with them or the insurance company. I like Dr. Clark and his methods and he has definitely helped my back and neck over the years. I just don't know about their shady dealings when you go through insurance.

I came in to get an adjustment, I was a little surprised when they tried to up sale me with products. Then, I get spoke to about why it's so important to come in a few times a week to get adjustments. To me it was all about the money. I was told that prices went up and now it's $47 for an adjustment. They said the prices go up yearly. So next year it will be $48, just FYI.
I was given a neck adjustment, even though I was told how bad the rest of my back was. Here's my problem. Instead of getting to know my history my back and neck problems most of the conversation stemmed from payment. Then, my neck was the only thing he adjusted. I'm sorry, $47 payment for just my neck? How is that right? Treat the whole body not just one area. I would not recommend Alpine Spinal Rehab. There are much better chiropractors that will focus more on the whole problem.

Great service! I've been to other chiropractors and the difference betweeen Alpine Spinal Rehab and other chiropractors is so noticeable. ASR really took their time getting to know my body and my concerns. Their program focuses on long term results instead of quick fixes and their staff is very personable. Most of all, I love how transparent they are about the treatment you'll be receiving.
