Love the staff, they are courteous and professional and remember me even after years of not coming. The doctors are great and listen to what is going on. I felt better after my first appointment. They got me in the day I called and 3 days in a row to get me walking again.

Today was my first day with Dr. Erica and Amy. I have had years of upper back pain. My husband insisted I go here for my pain. I am so glad I did! They were very friendly and caring. Their treatments helped me tremendously. I feel better already. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Don't get my review wrong these are great people that work here but everytime I come to try and get something they seem to be closed even when it says they should be open they obviously leave earlier for lunch then there posted times everyday cause multiple times I've drove all the way there for them to not be open even after I called the lady on the phone and told her I would be cutting it close but will be there before 12 well 10 minutes before 12 and they left locked the doors so another wasted trip this is literally the 4th time this has happened I guess I'll be ordering my stuff online now on

Dr Erica is the best chiropractor I have ever seen, the office is friendly and the therapy is awesome! I highly recommend to anyone! She has helped my headaches tremendously, I have suffered for years prior to seeing her! My lower back is doing much better also.

Very disappointed. The doctors are amazing, but the front staff were extremely unprofessional. Numerous smoke breaks, profanity, talking about other patients. While I was there I saw one worker yank the other worker out of the chair and the same worker forcefully grab a folder out of her hand, while throwing folders around. Needs more training.

My 2 year old got sick and because of the virus she ended up getting bellspalsey. My co worker suggested lazer treatments for her at Sussex Chiropractic and Erica greeted us and made sure my daughter was comfortable. after about 9 sessions and a month later my daughter has completely healed. I'm so grateful for such wonderful people. I tell everyone about you and your staff. you guys are amazing! Thank you

I have been seeing Dr. Erica for several years now and find her to be very professional and helpful with my chronic health and pain issues. She has even treated my kids so they can see the entire family. Holistic, natural approach to healthcare. I would highly recommend for anyone needing acute relief to maintenance therapy!

Went into have a rib set back in place. The provider 'popped' it back and 'snapped' a few other places and had me return for more readjustments. I returned as asked. The readjustments caused two of my molars in my lower jaw to die. The nerves were pulled and died from the adjustments. I've had to had them both extracted only after dealing with a massive abscess and the resulting treatment, the cost of root canals, bone grafts, and now implants have me re-considering returning to any chiropractor. I would highly suggest one greatly consider proceeding with chiropractor therapy because the result could be life altering.

The front desk staff have little to no ethics in back talking about their clients while they are in the other room. Very unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion. If you are going to have any issue with your patients, you should talk in the back NOT while you are sitting in the front area.

Dr. Erica is the best! She has the best personality and really helped my back. They are all so friendly and helpful at Sussex Chiropractic, from the front desk to the tech and to the doctors. I will only recommend Dr. Erica and Dr. Randy to all my family and friends. They are truly the best in town!
