Dr Hancock is empathetic, thorough, and has been treating my issues effectively. He's always on time but he also takes the time to talk with patients. His staff are friendly and efficient. There's a parking lot on site (free on the weekends) but there's street parking nearby as well.

Dr Hancock is both skilled and compassionate. The office operates very efficiently. There is minimal waiting time for appointments, even for early arrivals. My back has not felt this relieved in decades, which is a significant improvement.
