I would absolutely recommend Dallas Chiropractic services. Dr Dallas fixed an issue that I had 20yrs ago that my regular doctor couldn't and now he is helping me with a tailbone issue. He is absolutely amazing and has a friendly and compassionate staff. You can't go wrong by choosing his office.

I was very uncomfortable and suffering from back pain. Dr. Dallas has made a dramatic improvement in how I feel. He listenend to me and explained in great detail what was going on with my body. I really appreciated the time he took to do a thorough consultation. I always look forward to my weekly Monday morning appointments! I really like the office. Dr. Dallas and his entire staff is amazing. Talk about family atmosphere. I genuinely feel cared about and care for everyone in this practice. This isn't the crack and go typical chiropractor. I've been having spinal issues since I was a teenager in the 80s. My grandma told me about Dr. Dallas when I was in my mid-twenties. I had been to a few chiropractors previously and I noticed how the level of care Dr. Dallas provides seemed to be superior. But over the last few decades, as circumstances have changed etc, I've gone to several other chiropractors in the Lansing area.

I always circle back around to Dr. Dallas because he is hands down the best chiropractor in the Lansing area and maybe even the nation. I've been to some very well reviewed chiropractors over the years and they're not bad at all. It's just that compared to Dr. Dallas, I would consider them to be average. I get the same results in one visit with him that takes weeks to achieve with other chiropractors.

I've been to so many chiropractors in my life that I feel 100% confident in saying that Dr. Dallas is superior in every way. In addition to his excellent skill, it never mattered how many years I've waited in between visits, he always recognizes me and remembers what was going on in my life the last time he saw me. Coming back to Dr. Dallas is always like returning to loving family.

I trust him with my life. If you choose to come to him, you can be confident that you are in the very best hands you can possibly be in. I wish I could give him 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you for everything!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful every time. Doctor Dallas is a top notch chiropractor. He doesn't just man handle your spine and send you in your way. He evaluates the situation and adjusts his technique accordingly.

I've always had back pain but was afraid to see a chiropractor. After years of pain, I finally decided to check out Dallas Chiropractic Relief Center and was very pleased. This facility has great staff and they get you in and out really quick! Highly recommended!

After experiencing sports related whiplash, I visited this clinic to get neck relief. Unfortunately, I didn't find any comfort here. I'm a skeptic about chiropractic treatment but was assured that this location also offered sports medicine therapy. The clinic is dated with old charts and bad carpet. The walls are very thin so I could hear other people's conversations.

I liked the muscle stimulation machines but was less than impressed with the "skeletal manipulation" which was just Dr. Dallas making strange noise while pushing me. My visit was socially uncomfortable and physically underwhelming.

He takes me from being a cripple to being able to backpack with a 100lb bag on my back. Keep up the great work!
