This place takes incredibly good care of their patients and the facility itself is very clean and well taken care of. The staff are friendly and attentive and Dr. Kaurich is great! If you need chiropractic care look no further!

I was in severe pain for months. The staff at Kaurich Chiropractic and wellness center is absolutely amazing. From check in till I walk out the door after therapy. Very courteous and the doctors are awesome! I have been going for 3 weeks and I am already seeing amazing results that I didn't even think was possible again. I always look forward to my appointments. Very thankful I started coming for therapy.

I fell in love with this place the very first time I walked in. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. This was my first experience with chiropractic care and I'm so glad I chose this place. I am very grateful to be in the hands of great doctors and staff that truly care about their patient's well-being and want to help you get to the root cause of your issues instead of just treating symptoms. Highly recommend!

The girls in the office are very welcoming. Dr. Williams was more than willing to work with my schedule and work out payment plan for me. Such a relief to find Chiropractic care like I received in Texas. Y'all are a blessing!

I was there for my initial appointment, and I was beyond pleased with the experience. Dr. Kaurich did a very thorough evaluation, including x-rays, to learn the history of my injury, and determine a course of treatment. The staff there is absolutely amazing! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I began my treatment, and am looking forward to continued treatment for recovery from my injury, and relief from pain. Definitely a well deserved 5 stars!

They are all very polite but they hide their pricing. I had to pay $210 for the initial visit because I have insurance. Both the initial visit and the follow up visit to discuss the results of the tests/x-rays we're included in that cost. But absolutely no adjustment was done. They also have no option to simply pay for a single visit unless you are willing to essentially take out a small loan and do installment payments.

Shop around, other places do a new patient visit for under $30, including consulting and assessment. Then you can just pay for individual sessions. They advertise something similar on their site, but it's only for those without insurance. I was never given the option to just pay out of pocket and use the non insurance route.

I'm so happy I came here the very first day I came I got a lot of relief! Now I bring my kids and my fiance goes and iv seen a lot of improvement in all of them: the people here are so friendly and have very good bedside manner! Dr Zac Williams is a amazing chiropractor he is super nice and friendly! He realized I get super nervous when it comes to my neck getting cracked and he will tlk to me tell me little stories to ease my mind! He is wonderful with my kids ages 12,4,1 all around a wonderful, nice, friendly place! I wish I would of came a long time ago!

It was an unfortunate situation. I had one visit and won't be back. It was all over a insurance billing situation. There was a major flaw in how they treated me and communicated with me. I didn't feel listened to. I felt talked down to. I felt ignored. I felt pushed aside. I never felt that they went above and beyond. I paid $200 for my initial visit.

I never owed them money (so, that's not what this review is about), but they inconvenienced me for nearly two months over allowing me to be reimbursed through my health savings account (HSA), always having an excuse and a reason, and never once trying to understand my side or understand my inconvenience. I felt like a number, not a person. They say they are pro-patient, and maybe they are to many, but I happened to be the one their excellent service didn't reach.

Like I said, sometimes there are unfortunate situations where all parties fail to click. I hope they learn from this situation. Even if they won't change their policy, at least learn to talk to patients with more compassion and understanding. I kept having to deal with the same office supervisor. Not until nearly two months into this mess did I get to speak to a higher up, despite me asking several times along the way.

In my experience in customer service, from the company side, communication is key. If a customer and an employee just can't seem to get on the same page you move on to someone else who might be more successful. I had to deal with the same person who made me feel unimportant over and over again. Again, unfortunate, but a reality. They lost a patient for the way they treated me and the unnecessary amount of inconvenience.

The chiropractor I saw on my first visit and his assistant were kind and deserve praise, but the office supervisor is the reason for this review. The office was clean. The check-in process was efficient. My experience with the office supervisor was unfortunate and unnecessary. It didn't have to end like this.

This place is phenomenal! Since becoming a patient I already feel SO much relief. I came in with multiple chief complaint areas along with wanting to make sure I was doing my do diligence to help manage my diabetes! From the moment you walk through the door you can feel the passion the entire staff has in ensuring you're getting the best care! Both doctors take the time to answer any and all questions you'll have and do an amazing job explaining the benefits that chiropractic can offer!

They offered me a care plan fit for me specifically with a breakdown of what I can expect throughout my care! I would recommend this facility to everyone who is searching for chiropractic care!

In January of 2021, I slipped on the ice while I was opening our garage door. I immediately developed sciatica on one leg. I finally made an appointment and went to Kaurich Chiropractic in May. My sciatica pain went away after the first adjustment by Dr. Williams. I have appreciated all the treatments I have received from Kaurich Chiropractic.

I'm new to the chiropractor experience and procedures I feel that they are Very professional and very friendly atmosphere. They answered all my questions and made the whole process comfortable as possible I'd recommend to anyone not even in constant pain very educational experience as well

Great service. The staff is very friendly. They had several options to make care affordable. They worked with me and offered various levels of care as well. I'm only half way through my treatment plan but I feel so much better!

Been going here for a little while and it's been great! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the doctor is quite thorough and seems quite invested in the treatment and improvement of your spine health. They also combine other treatments and supplements in addition to the adjustments.

I would recommend everything, this pace is very cozy and friendly. I've been coming for a month and a half and I see the results already. I didn't think I would come to a chiropractor because I was scared of the neck cracking but I enjoy every it of it and the staff is very wonderful. I love this place; everyone is so freaking awesome and friendly. I went in with back and neck pains and unable to do basic movements. After 3 visits I am able to move better than i did when I went in. The Dr. is knowledgeable and the front staff is really friendly. I give them 5 stars and would recommend anyone here. Thank you for making a old guy feel young and move again.

I have received the best chiropractic care available here. I truly appreciate the care and professional approach to my needs. The staff is wonderful and very courteous. As a veteran under VA care, the care I received was outstanding. This clinic works closely with the VA to help veterans. Well done.
