Services
We've had the privilege of guiding Arkansans on incredible journeys of recovery and rehabilitation. People who had lost hope that their lifestyles could ever be restored, people who had come to believe their identity was shaped by a diagnosis. We hope you entrust us with your wellbeing, because we want to prove to you that this period of pain and ill health is not permanent.
Your neck and back hurts, and medical treatments and physical therapy alone does not seem to work. With every step, reach, twist, lift and bend the pain stops you in your tracks. Or perhaps it comes and goes. Like millions of Americans you have gone to great lengths and great expense to find relief, any relief.
Our weight loss program offers a unique approach. First, we begin with a FREE consultation. You will meet with the doctor to discuss the program and provide you with answers to any questions you may have. Our program is doctor-supervised and requires no exercise, shakes or pre-packaged meals! During the program you will be supervised by the physician and he or she will be there to help you reach your goals! Let us meet with you to discuss how we are helping other patients achieve their goals and how we can do the same for you.

I am so thankful for APMR and Dr. Steven Bennett for their services. Over the last two years, I have had numerous visits to neurologists and ophthalmologists for puzzling complaints and symptoms that lead to misdiagnoses. Dr. Steven Bennet was the light near the end of my mystery health issues. To touch on a bit of history: I must first mention that I am an ER nurse backed by years of experience in other areas; therefore, I have somewhat of an advantage in what to take note of during office visits. Still, my journey hasn't been easy.
It was sometimes difficult to describe because my symptoms were evolving and labile. I knew something odd and not so familiar was causing many of my complaints. Doctors just couldn't offer an explanation for my symptoms, nor could they direct me further when most of my diagnostics were negative. I felt as if they viewed me as anxious and overreaching.
Fast forward, I was initially diagnosed with migraines and later occipital neuralgia; I had to further research the cause on my own. My search led me to seek a digital motion x-ray (DMX) of my cervical spine. Unfortunately, I could not find a clinic around the Memphis area to get a DMX. I drove 2 1/2 hours to North Little Rock to APMR and am so glad to have made the trip. Dr. Bennett gave me the answers I needed to pursue the appropriate treatment for confirmed cervical instability. Dr. Bennett performed, immediately explained, and revealed the malalignment in my cervical spine.
His interpretation proved his level of skill and knowledge. His demonstration of malalignment, ligament damage due to evidence of prior trauma, and nerve involvement were likely the cause of many of my symptoms. I am most appreciative of Dr. Bennett recommending I undergo a thin-slice density cervical MRI for further evaluation. At that moment, I immediately knew this was an empathetic provider that wanted to fully seek answers to provide a completely accurate diagnosis.
Within just a week, I received more of an explanation for my ailments than I had over the last two years. In closing, I'd recommend seeking a provider that won't stop until every piece of the puzzle fits to provide you with a correct diagnosis for appropriate treatment. When seeking a DMX, I suggest reaching out to Dr. Bennett at APMR for his expertise.
He will not only provide you with a detailed explanation of your exam but a recommendation for treatment. It didn't take Dr. Bennett long to find someone closer to where I live that specializes in upper neck care. That is someone who goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are on the right path. That is a great physician! We are in an age where forward head posturing while using cellphones or laptops, whiplash, poor posture, and sports-related injuries are increasing tenfold, leading to cervical instability and the mystery symptoms it can present. A DMX may be very necessary, APMR may be necessary, and Dr. Steven Bennett is a must!

Best experience I've ever had! They were FRIENDLY, very personable, from the front desk, to the back. PATIENT, and detailed in their responses to my questions. Offered good advice I could benefit from, on other issues, because the Doctor, (Welby, I teased; Handsome too!), really CARES, and each one I interacted with, made me FEEL that! And they made it fun--l forgot we were discussing a PHYSICAL Above and Beyond Care, is the name, they should wear Truthfully, Paulette

Dr. Bennett is the best! He has helped me out with multiple issues, including annoying sciatic pain! The staff is always friendly and I'm able to get convenient appointment times. Even if Dr. Bennett is out of town, they find someone to cover and help with adjustments or treatments, so you're never left in pain!
