I have been a patient of Dr. Williamson for over ten years. Tried multiple different therapies for sciatica and stubborn Plantar Fasciitis pain in my heel. Doctor Williamson's chiropractic treatment plans fixed both. He is currently helping rehab a knee after Meniscus surgery. I am very pleased with K-Laser therapy and results! I can highly recommend Dr. Williamson!

My wife and I had just moved into the area and I was experiencing some major trouble with my forearm and it was believed to be tennis elbow. After just a few sessions I already saw the major improvements and Dr. Williamson was such an incredible joy to deal with and has such vast knowledge of his trade. I can't recommend him enough with all your chiropractic needs. You don't see many amazing doctors like him anymore. I feel so assured having him right around the corner if I experience any other issues.

Dr. Williamson is excellentl! I have been going to him for over 10 years for back, neck, and hip pain. He consistently provides high quality services and I always feel better after an adjustment from him! He genuinely cares for his patients. He takes time to hear your concerns, and he is happy to explain what is going on with your body as well as his treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Williamson is truly wonderful. I had never been to a Chiropractor before & was incredibly nervous, but in extreme pain. He was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong from my initial injury & gently help me heal correctly. I'd never known about laser treatment & it was a game changer. I also very much appreciated that he knew when to not push things when my pain was too great. He is the best, I highly recommend him to anyone suffering back pain like I was!

Charleston chiropractic center is amazing! I had severe back pain over a holiday weekend and Dr. Williamson got back to me right away to get me in! He is always accommodating to my schedule and i always feel amazing after my visit! After a bad car accident in May of 2019, and multiple drs and different therapies, I read up on laser therapy. I did some research after speaking to Dr Williamson on the phone and him explaining to me the type of laser he had and decided to give it a go. I must say. I am SO pleased that I found him! I have had SO MUCH RELIEF from the K laser, it's AMAZING! Dr Williamson is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and really does care about his patients getting back to good health.
