Dr Runyan is great. Always above and beyond. His knowledge on muscle and organ issues that lead to joint and spinal misalignment really makes a difference. Have been living with fractures and bad joints for years with constant pain. Since been seeing Dr Runyan i Have been able to do things i haven't been able to do in a long time. Thanks Doc!

I heard about Dr. Clay's SpineMed disc decompression table. He suggested that he could help me because I have pretty severe degenerative disc disease between my S1, L5 & L4 vertebrae. I have been suffering from debilitating back pain for years now and assumed I was due for a back surgery to get any kind of pain relief at all. I have not been able to sleep through the night in a long long time because the pain is so bad.
I toss and turn all night. Riding in a car for anything over a half hour starts to bother me. A day trip in a car will almost cripple me for days. Standing in one spot for more than 10 minutes is almost impossible. To say the least it feels like I have an old man back. I just completed my 3rd day of treatment on the SpineMed decompression table and I already notice a significant difference.
At first I was skeptical that it would even help at all. I'm not going to lie, the first treatment was a little painful because of all the inflammation around the nerve root. But by the second day, I noticed something really good happened. I usually work out and jog every other day and it really does get painful by the end of my run and I'm walking like an old man.
This was not the case after my second treatment. I jogged and I didn't feel any of the usual pinching and pain. I couldn't believe it was actually working. Clay suggested I not jog though for obvious reasons. He said to use an elliptical instead for lower impact on those discs. Also, for the last two nights I have not woken up in writhing pain. Don't get me wrong, my back can still get sore from sitting which I'm trying to avoid as much as possible.
But honestly I cannot believe how much pressure has already been taken off of the pinched nerves. And only after 3 treatments! I can't wait to see how I feel after the full course of treatment has been completed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for someone who has any kind of disc compression problems! You are going to be a little sore because it will be tender from stretching it out. But I can promise you it will be worth it!
