I went to CSI after being in a motor vehicle accident in 2017 through a referral from a family member. The treatments provided no relief, and eventually I chose to pursue the opinion of a doctor. They assured me when I talked to them (several times) that they would not attempt to collect until the case had been settled. Unfortunately I received a letter from a debt collection company today attempting to collect the debt.

The collection company has already hit my credit and CSI made no attempts to contact me to let me know they were sending the bill to collections. If they treat a referral customer this way, I am very concerned for walk-ins to this business. EDIT: I am disappointed the reply to this message contains PII protected under HIPAA. Another fantastic reason to avoid them.

CSI's care and treatment are second to none and the office staff is friendly and helpful. They have the knowledge and equipment to help me not only feel better but to achieve my best. I recently target CSI care toward a specific bicycle race. I used a combination of treatments from Dr. Terry and Dr. Heather, physio training from Luca, magnetic pulse therapy, decompression table therapy and some recovery in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber. I dropped approximately 30 minutes off of my race time during a 4 hour race and picked up over 20 positions as compared to last year's race. Results!

I couldn't stand up straight for longer than five minutes, before I saw Dr. Terry. He was able to relieve my lower back pain, he really finds the source of the problem and heals from there. Lisa in the office was extremely thoughtful and double checked with me about treatment plan pricing before just administering care. The billing staff was very friendly with answering all my insurance questions and checking what was and was not covered.

Dr Terry and Dr Heather have both taken great care of me and addressed every need I have as a pro athlete. I've also used the hyperbaric chamber several times for accelerated recovery.

I have been a long time patient of Dr Terry Weyman. He always has the latest and most effective techniques to treat injuries, but also treats me as a whole person, with my best interest at heart. I've also used his hyperbaric chamber where I got tremendous results in increasing the speed of healing after surgery, quicker recovery time from workouts and events, and increased my energy and flexibility. I'm sure there are more it does, but you'd have to ask Dr T yourself.

Dr Terry has taken care of me for years, any time I'm injured he's the first person I call. Him and his staff are super friendly and there to help. Not only is he a great chiro, but has some great equipment as well. The PEMF machine, and the hyperberic oxygen chamber have both been a big help in my recovery from injuries. I'd recommend anyone to try the Chiropractic Sports Institue, you won't be disappointed!

I have personally known Dr. Terry Weyman for over 25 years from being in the Health and Fitness Industry myself. I have finally had a reason to go seek his professional opinion on a nagging knee injury that has begun to hinder my Cycling. Dr. T worked on me 2 times and already I feel a huge difference when I'm climbing. I have had others work on my knee issue but I haven't received the results that I have from Dr. T. When you go in to see him, ask about the "Laser" it's truly the coolest device I've seen in a long time. It made a believer out of me!

Dr Terry is a good chiropractor, but they don't take insurance and the billing department refused to provide the treatment codes necessary for Anthem to process the claim. The head of billing is rude and uncooperative. There are plenty of good chiropractors who don't over bill and overcharge for services and who will bill insurance and take your copay.

This went on for two years and the billing manager (Dr's wife) deliberately and willfully blocked any chance of getting medical reimbursement while insisting that a collection agency get involved. This woman wanted to damage my daughters' credit and even after being paid in full, continues to not provide information for insurance to pay her. I will be filing with the BBB.
