What can I say? They are simply the best! They have a client for life. Dr Hannon really helped my back. Monique is a gem very knowledgeable on clean eating amongst other things. I know I can text her with questions at any time and she will answer. They are both very kind, and educated in thier field. Thier staff is also great! Side note- their standard process supplements have helped me tremendously! They also helped me get hair back after severe covid hair loss.

Started care here for my back 8 months ago. Have always left feeling better and well taken care of. I love Dr. Brads conversation and help with my fitness goals. I am especially grateful for this place due to my experience with Monique, the health coach. I inquired about supplements after seeing them advertised and was offered to set up a health coaching appt.
The appt was great Monique is so knowledgeable and recommended some supplements to take to help me with my current situations. I felt so good on the supplements! Monique wanted me to get some blood work done and it took me awhile but I finally did it and it came back with information I was not expecting. I am so grateful to know exactly what I'm going through now and what's even better is that Monique is there to help me along the way. She is so awesome and I'm so grateful! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have know what was going on with me.

I went in with severe lower back pain. I waited a good twenty minutes past my appointment listening to the "Dr" talk to another person in the next room over about random things. It cost me $30 extra for an "assessment" which consisted of me standing up straight and the chiropractor telling me something like "we'll get you straightened out". Took about 1 minute.
He performed 3 chiropractic maneuvers on me and that was it. Probably spent a total o 5 minutes with me on the first visit. I waited many times that after my appt time to be seen. Rushed. Compared to the place I went later that week it was night and day. This place talked to me and explained my condition, took x-rays and gave me a therapidic electrode therapy on my lower back. All for about the same price. If this place was a high end department store Hannon Chiropractic is the Dollar Tree. Except they charge you just as much.

Wait time was bad over booked people worst part is while your waiting on them their having personal conversations, staff doesn't now how to move patients quickly, you still have to pay for waiting there "exam" if that's what they want to call it, didn't get no work done came for back problems left with them, even worse because I had to sit around and wait (which makes it worse) i ended up leaving because of wait time, and instead of them trying to keep you "like we will be right with you or sorry give us 5 min." They just asked for their money. was expecting great service since that what these reviews said.

First appointment I got the royal treatment as I was paying $70. But when I told them I was going in for a colonoscopy the chiropractor and mother said all these horror stories a man had heart attack on table another had to have his colon removed from doing it. So they scared me into backing out. I figure they do this as they want to sell their natural pills which I spent a ton on and did nothing for me.
By my third treatment I am stuck in their waiting room for 45 minutes then they bring me in just to put me out again no room. When I finally get in the room they forget about me and I finally tell them I am in the room then chiropractor comes in and barely says a word to me then just an abrubt statement from him make the appointment longer in between and says a day of the week and walks out.
Very bad service and a waste of alot of money on pills that DON'T WORK! Very disappointed at the first appointment I thought they were really good and then I get the bad treatment when the bill is $40

The staff is amazing I always have great conversations with them. The doctor is good and he also gives me good advice on whatever question I ask or comment I have to say. I'm usually in and out within a few minutes then I can go on with my life to disturb other doctors. But I don't find many offices in the high desert that the staff actually makes you feel welcomed. So Thank you for having such an outstanding crew.
