I've been to chiropractors before and i did not like them. But this Doctor actually helped me. I have arthritis in my neck and i felt relief afterwards. I will give this man a 20 star review. Im hoping the VA will give me a referral so i can continue to go to him.

BY FAR: THE BEST CHIROPRACTIC I have ever encountered. Been to many. I was in SOOOO much pain. Now, I wish my mountain bike light was working because I could easily do 9 miles. The receptionist LADIES are EQUALLY as GREAT. Thank you ALL so much

I've been having pain in my groin/hip area and felt like I wasn't aligned right. Went to my Primary Dr.'s and took an X-ray and he didn't see anything going on and suggested I try to build muscle. I have a Personal Trainer who would have me do stretches for my back and hips to try and open my hips more and it was still painful. I looked into Chiropractic because I was talking with people about similar issues and so I decided to try it.

I received a list of Chiropractor's and I'm big on Yelp Reviews and Reviews/Referrals in general. I started googling the reviews on Dr. Michael Kastrup Ranch Del Oro Chiropractic and seen the feedback so I had to make an appointment plus it was close to home. Well, off top he made me feel so comfortable. he was funny, extremely knowledgeable and providing me with information at the same time.

Very professional. He accessed me initially and really was genuine in trying to see what was wrong. The next thing I knew I felt absolutely AMAZING! WOW! Hands downs I'm excited I found an awesome Chiropractor who cares. He even took an extra step at giving me his number in case I had questions about my treatment/appointment. Also, followed up with a phone call before he left the office to see how I was doing.

He went above and beyond for me and I'm thankful. I'm excited for my husband to see him! AMAZING! This was just yesterday and all done the same day! So thankful and grateful. we need more humans like this.

Dr. Kastrup and his staff are top notch! I have getting chiropractic care for 15 yrs from various doctors and Dr. Kastrup is one of the best I have ever been to! He really takes his time to address all of your issues, not just the one causing the most pain today. He is gentle in manipulating and always makes fits me in when I'm in urgent need. So grateful I found such a great doctor out here! Pricing is reasonable too, even without insurance.

Dr. Kastrup and his office is amazing. I had a stiff neck and lower back pain from working construction, i found Dr. Kastrup in our company insurance plan. He is always willing to make last minute appointments for my urgent need. He always has a positive vibe and happy to see you. The whole office makes you feel like family when you walk in. I won't go to another chiropractor even after moving 45miles away.

I've been waiting for the right time to write a review for Rancho Del Oro Chiropractic, but I've been coming here to have Dr. Kastrup treat me and I'm thoroughly impressed with the service. For the past month I've been coming here to get my back and my hip treated by Dr. Kastrup and the service here is top notch! Making appointments are easy and the staff here are friendly and more than accommodating.

I like them at they engage in conversation and take a personal interest in my well-being. Any conflict in schedule can easily be fixed over-the-phone and they are very understanding. Dr. Kastrup, himself, has given me some of the most attentive service I've ever received and made extra attempts to address issues to my injuries that weren't originally diagnosed.

He believes that healing patients can sometimes be a complex process because of our injuries and he doesn't believe in healing just one aspect of pain, without addressing all the others. What an insightful perspective to healing and shows that he genuinely cares about his patients and that we are more than just "numbers". I highly recommend choosing Rancho Del Oro Chiropractic as your physicians to help you back on the road to recovery.

If you're looking for true wellness your search is over. This chiropractor is amazing. I was always a little nervous about getting adjustments but Dr. Kastrup's way is so simple and easy, I was in and out in no time and am feeling like a new person. I strongly recommend him!

I've had severe neck pain and tightness for years. I found rancho del oro chiropractic through yelp. They were highly rated and their prices were very reasonable. Dr. KASTRUP is awesome, he spent a lot of time with me, and gave me immediate relief. He called me later that day to ask how I was doing, offered me his cell # in case I needed it, and told me to call him if I got worse and he would arrange to adjust me over the weekend.

I don't know many Doctors that would do that. Anytime I call for an appt the fit me in quickly. Dr. Kastrup allows you to decide how often you are seen. He doesn't require you come in 2 or 3 times each week. I feel very fortunate to have found their office, and recommend him to friends often.
