I had only been to a chiropractor one other time, decades ago. I had physical therapy and OMT before the pandemic, but a recent exercise mistake made me reconsider chiropractic care. I found TLC Chiropractic on Google and was impressed with the many amazing reviews. So, I called them. The receptionist was gentle and caring and assured me that mask wearing is required, which was a huge positive for me.

I was also able to get in right away! The intake process was thorough, and I felt very respected by everyone. Dr. O was patient with me. He explained that I had a sacroiliac joint sprain. His knowledge and sense of humor really helped me to trust that I was (literally) in good hands! I went in two days later, as recommended, for a follow up treatment, and met another super nice front office person. Dr O said I could come back one more time, if needed, but that I'm good to go, basically, with some exercise restrictions. I honestly did not know what to expect, but I had such a good experience there. I recommend this office highly, and will definitely go back, if need be.

I have been going here for years (on/off depending on my needs). Even though this place does not accept my insurance, I STILL go here. That says a lot. I love the doctor and he is very kind. The owner is very friendly too. I wouldn't let just anyone crack my neck and back regularly lol.

Have been to many many many Chiropractic offices all over California in my lifetime (unfortunately). I decided to come here a couple times after speaking with the owner and wanting to give the office a shot. The first visit I was met with total apathy it did not feel like the office or DC really cared about my health or well being at all. I usually don't judge a business by just one experience and I also contacted the owner to let him know of my experience unfortunately upon the second visit things did not change too much.

I was greeted by a woman named Lisa who I will say does but the L in TLC she's a very nice and sweet woman who does her best to be attentive and present. I did see the Dr again and he seemed to care a bit more than 0% but that's not really saying much. He did the bare minimum and checked off some mental check boxes in his head to show he was doing his job.

Would not recommend this experience to anyone. I did find another chiropractor shortly after who has been astounding but will not mention in this review. Happy to answer any messages though.

I got into a major car accident and was sent here by my attorney. So far best Chiropractor experience I've had. Doctor O. And Doctor Lee are so friendly and took very good care of me and answered all my questions. They have got me back to my almost 100% slowly but surely. They know exactly what to do to get you on the right track to feeling better.

Front desk staff Laura, Lupe and Linda have been awesome and helped me out through this process. so grateful for them! They all are definitely are an asset to the company! Thank you guys for your amazing dedicated hard work! Will miss coming here once I'm done. recommend this place to everyone, you will be happy you came here!

Dr. Kent and his staff are so wonderful and kind. I was in a car accident and completed my treatment at TLC Chiropractic. Everyone made me feel very safe and welcomed. The staff was always super accommodating and attentive to any questions or concerns I had.

The front desk staff here is wonderful. They are very attentive and friendly. And the quality of care here is outstanding. The doctors (Dr. Kent, Dr. O, Dr. Peter and Dr. Daniel) truly care and answer all of my questions regarding my injury from a terrible car accident! Highly recommended.

I was seen here twice while visiting from out of the area and my adjustments were great! They were able to get me in at short notice which was really convenient since I was in an extreme amount of pain. I would absolutely come back here if I was in the area.

First of all the entire staff is amazing and very helpful! Amazing receptionist and both doctors (Dr O and Dr Daniel). Very attentive and gentle when it came to my concerns and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this chiropractor practice to get your adjustments done.

They charged me and my insurance after I told them I was not supposed to pay a copay. I called about a month ago for my refund and the doctor still has not given my refund even though they already confirmed they messed up

Where to begin. Nothing but a pleasant experience at TLC. Dr. O a magician with the adjustment. The front desk Staff is great super helpful & friendly when you got questions. 10 out of 10!

Dr. O and the staff are AMAZING! Laura was so helpful when I initially called because I was involved in a car accident. She made me feel really comfortable talking to her, and Dr. O is simply the best. He became more like my therapist/chiropractor lol. I'm saying that because when I was there, I would get adjusted, but also spill out my life issues to him, and he never once rushed me out of there. He sat and listened to everything I had to vent about each time I saw him and I can't thank him enough for listening to me. Thank you Dr. O and staff!

Went in to ask what type of insurance they take and the bitch in the front desk RUDELY answer with a snotty remark of "mainly ppo" and gave me the dirtiest look.fuck this place!

Great service! Went to get a full adjustment and ended up going back the following week to treat my shoulder that has been hurting me for quite some months. It is totally worth every penny. 10/10 recommended! You walk in with stress, and you walk out walking on clouds feeling amazing!

After trying Chiropractic with two other unprofessional and very creepy guys, I was thankful to have found Dr. O. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and fully understands that women often struggle to have their pain addressed timely and with appropriate treatment protocols.

DR. JORGE, DR. JORGE, DR. JORGE! It was my first time ever getting an alignment and I am so glad I came in! I work long hours on the computer so I just really needed some stiffness and tension relieved! He really genuine cares about the overall well-being of your body. He doesn't just adjust your back or neck, but helps with your pelvic and hamstrings.

He was easy to talk to and was very knowledge! I felt no judgement and had a great experience! A million THANK YOUS! My body really needed this visit! I look forward to coming regularly and telling everyone about it! Also, Dr. Kent was very accommodating and quick to reply via Yelp to schedule an appt! I greatly appreciate it today! I've been to 5-6 Chiropractic offices, TLC is head and shoulders above the rest! Great doctors and great staff. Very impressed!

Great experience at this chiropractor from beginning to end. I had messaged several chiropractors trying to secure an appointment before the end of the year. Despite being closed at the time I messaged them, TLC responded to me instantly and scheduled me for the next day. During the visit, Linda was very attentive and took detailed notes on my neck and shoulder problems. Spoke with Dr. Andrew next for an assessment, who was also very helpful in explaining possible causes for my problem. Dr. Tommy did my adjustment, which not only fixed my neck but also made me smarter. My adjustment flew by as Dr. Tommy shared a ton of knowledge ranging from karl marx, the bolshevik revolution, and monsanto. Amazing staff here, highly recommended.

Noticed pain in my neck/traps area it was causing a lot of pain on my neck and create headaches for a couple of days prior to me coming here. Dr. Kent response back very promptly to my message and helped me set up a same day appointment. Front desk ladies was great. Dr. Tommy Chau gave me an adjustment, he was quick and know exactly where the source of my pain comes from, he also give me stretches to do daily. Definitely coming back! Thank you guys!

Slipped in shower! Being new to t he area I decided to try TLC Chiropractic because of the great reviews. My back is so glad I did! The entire staff if friendly, knowledgeable and they make you feel at home. They dont push treatments down your throats, and are very thorough when explaining your condition. So happy I have a new chiropractic center I can depend on!

Been going to TLC Chiropractic since 2000 and we'll. do I need to say anymore. Yes I do. I have not had a bad visit with the fine group of staff that helps me feel better. All I can say is don't wait to long to be adjusted to help prevent future issues. Great work you are all doing at TLC and keep up the good work helping people.

I started coming to this practice 11/2017 for back pain that I have been experiencing for many years. I had been very hesitant coming to a chiropractor but after coming here I wish I had come earlier. I look forward to my visits and seeing Dr. Boyd. The girls at the front desk always welcome me with a smile and make me feel welcome. I highly recommend if you're having back pain give them a call, you won't regret it.

I appreciate the work that they do. I have been coming years for work. They do a great job aligning my back and neck. They are professional and have great customer service skills.

Dr. Kent is amazing; he is very passionate at what he does! I have known Dr. Kent for about 19 years always very professional. If you are looking for a place to be adjusted don't waste your time going to other places visit TLC and you will be glad you did!
