I had my first appointment today and was very satisfied overall. The staff were very warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Chad was very professional, easy going and confident. My pain lessened right away, although it didn't completely go away. He gave me good advice in regards to aftercare and advised me on several stretches to do. At the end they sat me in a massage chair and did electric muscle stimulation for 10 minutes. I had a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Chad is wonderful! He truly cares for his patients. He made me feel at ease during my adjustment, since I was a bit nervous due to this is my first adjustment since I have had back surgery. The only thing I regret is that I wish I would have seen him sooner! My body actually feels good enough to go enjoy this beautiful day! Thanks again Doc. & Staff!

Very quick and professional. Called and got a same day appointment. Sherri reviewed my insurance information while I was still there. Dr. Chad was very personable and his adjustment immediately helped my shoulder pain. The office has a cute design and is a very nice atmosphere. There were a lot of patients each time I visited, but hardly a wait at all. You can tell that they are loyal return patients who are happy with their care. I highly recommend checking them out.

I found discover chiropractic by chance. I was desperate for relief from neck pain. I called the office, and they immediately fit me in. I don't know that I've ever experienced customer service of this caliber anywhere! I would recommend this office to ANYONE wanting to better their health and wellness.

I went in for my son yesterday. The service was very nice and my son liked the chiropractor a lot. My issue is with the set up of the "waiting room." All of the waiting patients can hear all of your confidential business. When I went to pay for services the lady told me my insurance was terminated and that she had both called the insurance. company as well as looked online and both said terminated.
Of course I knew this couldn't be true. I later went home and called my insurance company myself and was told everything was fine with my insurance. The issue was that Discover Chiropractic was out of network and therefore not able to accept my insurance. It would have been nice to be given factual information especially in front of a crowd of patients sitting there listening to them tell me that my insurance was supposedly "terminated." Although I should have done my own due diligence to verify they were in network, they did ask for my insurance the day prior and told me they were going to look into my benefits and apparently never did.

Dr. Anderson and her staff are amazing! I've had back issues for years. I started going to her about 5 years ago. Without her, I would be in constant pain. The staff is kind, courteous, and caring. I even take my kids to be adjusted by Dr. Anderson. She is a highly knowledgeable and competent chiropractor.

I have been going to Dr. Vanessa Anderson since she worked at Moline Chiropractic. I appreciated her adjustments so much that I continued going to her after she opened Discover Chiropractic. I have never failed to receive the best possible treatment. Her staff is professional and very likeable. I do not hesitate to recommend Discover Chiropractic to anyone seeking the best. I am near 69 and attribute her care to my continued good health and ability to walk long distances and participate in Yoga classes and practice.

I have been going to Dr. Anderson for a number of years now and am very pleased every time with the results. Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and experienced which provides a strong sense of comfort with the patients. Everybody who works within Discover Chiropractic is very friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Anderson also keeps an excellent massage therapist working within her office. I would highly recommend Discover Chiropractic to anybody needing care.
