Dr. John is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and professional about his craft. He will work with you and cater to whatever issues you have. I was dealing with pretty extreme lower back pain and tightness. Over the course of a few visits, Dr. John minimized the pain and made me more mobile. He worked on realigning my hips and it's worked wonders since.

As a matter of fact, I need to start seeing Dr. John more regularly again! Highly recommend Innate Concepts Chiropractic. The entire staff is amazing and the newly renovated office is beautiful!

I wholeheartedly recommend Innate Concepts Chiropractic to anyone. Dr. John has helped me so much over the past years with not only back issues but also other conditions which I had not expected a chiropractor to treat. He is endlessly resourceful and will not stop until he finds the best treatments. For example, he correctly diagnosed that pain in the lower part of my right leg was due to a herniated disk in my back. Now thanks to biweekly treatments from Dr John, he has given me my mobility and life back.

The whole staff from the doctors to the text are phenomenal! You really feel like family! Availability of appointments is fantastic! Location is great! Price point is perfect! Highly highly recommend! And after two neck surgeries, 2 shoulder surgeries and two back surgeries and a knee surgery I've seen a lot of chiropractors. This is one of the best in the area. I walked into Innate Concepts with some skepticism about how much they can actually do to help me with my back pain. Dr. John conducted my evaluation and answered all my concerns. So, despite my skepticism, I took a leap of faith and continued to visit for treatments. It has now been a month of treatments and I am glad to say Dr. John has helped me tremendously. And the great customer service from Dana and the rest of the team definitely helps too!

John & staff have for years been outstanding chiropractors. They have numerous qualities such as often hosting generous spinal adjustments throughout the year, showing you and teaching you compassionately what is out of place and how to correct it. Their heart of care and understanding is unparalleled in this field unless it's only surpassed by their wealth of knowledge and expertise. You'll be happy you gave yourself to their care.

Cannot say enough good things about Innate Concepts Chiropractic! The doctors are highly effective at diagnosing the issue(s), providing a treatment plan as well as relief. I like their approach to looking at the whole body/whole situation to provide an optimal level of care. The office itself is VERY clean! and the staff super friendly and very good at their job, keeping things running smoothly.

For starters. I am way past due with writing this review. I've been visiting Innate Concepts for the past 1.5 years for routine adjustments and have been extremely happy with their services. Dr. John and Mary Carleton are top notch chiropractors and can be counted on to provide excellent care. I greatly appreciate them being happy to make time to answer questions and offer helpful guidance/tips as needed.

I never ever feel like I'm a bother to them. I also need to give a shout out to Dana who is their amazing Office Manager - she is always a ray of sunshine to work with.
