I am a new patient at this office and have to say that my only regret is not having come here sooner. My initial experience started when Align came to my school and offered chair massages as part of teacher appreciation week. The session concluded with me getting a $25 initial visit voucher which included a consultation with Dr Gerstin and xrays. Needless to say, my spine was under a lot more stress than I'd like to admit but Dr. Gerstin and his team took the time to get to know me and my wants and needs and develop a treatment plan that's just right for me. After just 2 visits, my lower back already feels a lot less stiff and tight! Looking forward to continuing my treatment and seeing results. Thank you Align team!

Do not recommend. This place is racist and discriminates. I had a job interview 4/27/2022 and David, the receptionist interviewed me and asked " you won't bring any gang related problems here?". To start off I'm educated and I do not mess nor connect with "gangs".

I was in need of a chiropractor and a friend highly recommended Dr. Gerstin. I am so grateful I called. Dr. Gerstin and everyone on his team is amazing. They really care about your treatment and help you along the way. Dr. Gerstin is very thorough with his treatment plan and I am already feeling better. If you want to get the best care possible call Align Wellness Center.

They charged me after I canceled my appointment. I am happy we work it out and they are agree to refund me.

I couldn't ask for more with my chiropractic experience. Dr. Gerstin has been very thorough in my consultation, taking X-rays, planning and executing a treatment plan. The appointments are quick and efficient while still taking care to not miss anything. His office staff are kind and always call me by name. I've seen a huge improvement in how I feel in just my first 4 sessions and look forward to even more improvement. Will be sticking with this team for my chiropractic needs long term without a doubt. Highly recommend.

I recently moved here from another city where I was already getting chiropractic treatment. When I moved and switched to Align, I appreciated that Dr. Gregg made sure to gain a thorough understanding of the work I was doing at my previous center so that we could continue and build upon that work here. So far I have received excellent service, and everyone I have talked to at the center seems to really care about my heath and well-being.

Dr Gregg has been wonderful. I go in for weekly adjustments and have been seeing him throughout my pregnancy. He is super helpful and walks you through everything he is doing so you understand the "why" behind it. Highly recommend Align!

I was desperate for relief. Upon entering Align, the mood and energy was different than anywhere I had been previously. Everyone was upbeat and friendly, and I immediately felt I was at a place where the mission was focused on wellness and healing. Dr. Gregg is the best chiropractor I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. He is professional and exudes an energy of positivity that makes you feel comfortable and cared for.

I have experienced an amazing relief and can also physically see a difference in my posture. After my first few visits I was working, exercising and relaxing without chronic pain. I am sleeping better as well which is some thing I have struggled with for close to 20 years now. I couldn't be happier. I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Align Wellness Center.

The entire Team is professional, pleasant and focused on the patient. You are always greeted pleasantly upon arriving, as well as when you leave. This is a very well-run practice, one that I highly recommend. I am excited for my journey with this unbelievable team.

This is the place you want to go visit to deal with the pain or other spinal issues that are interfering with your life. I've only had a few visits and already am feeling a real lessening of the pain that have been limiting my normal daily activities. After my initial examination that included X-RAYS and consultation with Dr. Gersten where He explained the things that were an issue and what was needed to address/correct those issues, I was started on the therapy process designed to deal with my particular issues which have been quite effective.

All types of equipment are available for patients to use according to their needs along with physical alignments administered by Dr. Gersten. The staff here are very helpful and friendly seeing to your therapy needs as well. If your a Veteran let them know for an extra special experience.

I have been going to Dr. Gregg for three months now and feel so much better. I had bad Whiplash and today my posture is so much better. I'm taller now! Dr. Gregg and the rest of the team has been great! Thank you!

Dr. Gerstin is the best chiropractor. He and his entire team are absolutely delightful. Dr. Gerstin truly cares about his patients and takes the time to invest into each person's individual needs to help them become their optimal self. I highly recommend him.

I have been dealing with sciatic pain for three months and after my third visit with Dr. Gerstin the pain is about 90% better. The results are almost instant. Both the doctor and the staff are incredibly pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

The treatment they offer is great. However, when Dr Gerstin informed me that he'd like to see me three times per week for treatment, and i couldn't abide due to work and home obligations, he became rude to me. At that point, he became a bully, and shunned me and told me to go back to my old chiropractor. While i was getting my massage that day he came into the room and told the massage therapist that i was no longer allowed in their facility. This is not a good way to treat a paying customer, and i felt bullied, and uncomfortable in their office at this point.

I love Align Wellness Center. The team is fantastic. They are so caring and kind. I felt comfortable right away when I came to the office. The doctor takes his time and comes up with a plan that is specific for you. Dr. Gerstin is the best. He is an amazing adjuster and very knowledgeable about chiropractic and the body. I came here in the spring of 2019 after seeing a special they were running on Facebook so I decided to check them out. It was pretty convenient since they were located in Northbrook not far from where I was working at the time in Glenview. I'm going to be honest the introductory treatment consisted of the standard assessment of posture, x-rays, and then you came back for the results of findings.

They had me laying on a table with an ice pack for about 10 minutes which didn't really do anything. I was not surprised when I was handed a document with the charges for nearly $400 for a series of treatments according to my unique treatment plan and I felt pressured to start that day. As a patient I should be able to sleep on it. What they wanted was to pre pay for appointments I had not even scheduled yet.

I also asked the receptionist to verify insurance to see if treatment was covered. All I got was the run around. I decided that I'm going to look elsewhere because now that I was diagnosed with painful bone spurs (plantar fasciitis) in both feet I need to seek treatment without the high pressure sales tactic.

Our employees really enjoyed the massages and the feeling of being pampered as part of our employee appreciation week. Our 'munchies and massages' event was very well received, thanks to the Sonia and Dr. Gregg. Thank you for coming to our office!

Dr. G and his staff are wonderful. He has helped my neck and back pains so much. I have also had a big improvement in my posture which my neurologist recommended I worked on. Thanks Dr. G!

You can tell that everyone at Align Wellness Center has a passion for helping people feel better. Dr. Gregg did an excellent job explaining and illustrating what was causing issues that I deal with on a daily basis. He truly cares about your ability to enjoy life without having to put up with discomfort.

I am very pleased with the service and care that I have received from Dr. Gerstin. My pain is diminishing with each and every visit and I feel that I will make a complete recovery following four years of chronic pain.

I Purchased a Groupon for an X-ray, and Report of findings, as well as a 25 minute massage. That is exactly what I recieved. Dr. Gerstin is very thorough and competent. I was well informed when Dr. Gerstin was evaluating my condition. Today I came in for the massage from the Masseuse. I Could not ask for a better massage! I only wish It was longer.

Legitimately made an account just to leave this review. I was bed ridden for two days because I couldn't even get up. made my way over to align.and the first thing they do is take x-rays and a picture to show me how bad my posture was. (First red flag) Keep in mind, I could barely walk, couldn't put pressure on my left leg, couldn't bend down, and couldn't even stand upright.

No S*** my posture was horrible. Then I got the schpeel that they aren't about the money, blah blah blah (second red flag).Went 2 times in all, and all they did was hand me an icepack for 20 min and told me to lay down. As if the "service" wasn't bad enough, I'm still getting random bills even though I had already paid for the x-rays and 2 visits (so much for not being about the money, am I right?).

Last time I spoke to them, I cancelled all future appointments and paid off the balance. I brought the folder they gave me at Align to my next Chiro- as reference thinking it would be a good idea to share whatever info I already had.when they saw the "treatment plan" and the cost associated with everything, they all started laughing and told me Align was charging more than 3x. Pretty much became a running joke at that office.says a lot doesn't it? So yeah, all around horrible- if it was possible, I'd leave a 0 stars.

I have been long overdue to see a chiropractor. When they paid us a visit at my job, they were offering free 5 minute massages. And those who were interested were able to get a free evaluation at their office. I decided to go see what was wrong with my back since I've been having back pain and tingling and numbess in my legs and arms when I wake up almost every morning.

After I scheduled an appointment to see them, I got an email from them asking if I want to fill out the paperwork before arriving for my appointment to save time for both of us. A very convenient option I must say. After going for my evaluation appointments, I was glad to find out that they were able to help me with the pain and overall health. After the first couple of weeks of adjustments, I was no longer feeling tingling and numbness in my legs or arms.

As the weeks passed, I no longer felt the need to 'crack my back.' My continued visits have been improving my overall health. But sadly, I have not been able to make any appointments for the last month because of an overload of work. But with my work situation now improving, I'm hoping to go back in the next week or so. I can't wait!

I cannot thank Dr. Greg and his team enough for the quality of care and compassion they show each and every time I have an appointment. I used to sleep curled up in a fetal position, but due to the work that has been done I am now no longer scrunched up in a ball. I'm laying straighter, standing taller, and feeling better. Two thumbs up from me.

I was in from out of town and I was in a lot of pain. The front desk manager Gloria was very sympathetic and understanding of my situation and got me in right away. I would recommend this chiropractor to any of my family or friends.

I was a patient a number of years ago and still have bad memories of my experience. It seemed like Dr. Gerstein practiced voodoo as opposed to providing a legitimate medical service. He made me hold some supplements and due to the supposed strength it gave me, he diagnosed me with a hiatal hernia and sold me a really expensive bottle of hydrochloric acid.

The acid tore my stomach up, and I ended up getting an upper endoscopy done only to find out that I did not have a hiatal hernia, but just plain old GERD. Through my own research I found that Digestive Enzymes were far easier on the gut and produced far better results than anything Dr. G sold me. Hell, I even got worse under his care as evidenced by his "spine scanner"

Dr. Gerstin does a very thorough job explaining his care plan for you and makes sure to answer all of your questions even the quirky ones. His office staff is professional and very courteous. I drive all the way from Chicago up to Northbrook for the care at Align Wellness for my lower back pain. I am a runner and I didn't know how much proper Chiropractic care was important to my overall well-being. Dr. Gerstin and his staff go above and beyond to provide great affordable care. I highly recommend them!

I saw Dr. Gerstein regarding a lower back issue. At the time I was uninsured. He told me that the care I would receive there would be affordable. The first visit was. I saw him one more time after that. I then had to go back home (another state). My invoice for a a normally $50 treatment was $130. I was charged an exorbitant amount. One of those charges was $15 dollars for laying an ice pack on my back for ten minutes.

I did not buy the ice pack just used it. His other charges were also out of line. I have seen many doctors in the past and never had an issue like this. I would not trust this Doctor. This is the second negative review I have ever written.

I went to see Dr. Gerstin after a slip & fall injury in which I hurt my shoulder. He was extremely thorough and gentle. He did a comprehensive examination, and developed an excellent treatment plan. He performed some therapy right away, which brought immediate relief. They were also very willing to work with insurance. Dr. Gerstin is a great listener, extremely knowledgeable and gentle. I would definitely recommend his practice.
