Landgrebe Chiropractic PC

I'm 70 and still working for the US Government. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance for my primary insurance. Landgrebe Chiropractic refuse to bill my insurance and wanted me to pay cash, even tho a representative from Blue Cross Blue Shield called their office and told them that I'm covered. She even told them that because medicare doesn't cover Chiropractic, they just send the bill to BCBS and it would be covered. I couldn't believe that they treat seniors this way.

Since I started going to Alexis my life has changed for the better. She is so welcoming and so knowledgeable. What I really appreciate is that she recommends natural medicines and vitamins when possible. I highly recommend her to anyone.

When I first started coming for care I was walking in a bent over position and was in so much pain in my mid and lower back, I wanted to cry all the time. Now, I am walking upright and with less pain. I even started running again! I never thought that I would enjoy going to a doctors office. I thank god for dedicated doctors!

I really am glad I found them! Very lovely family practice who really cares about their patients. They helped me with my back pain and I feel so much better. I highly recommend them and I have seen many Chiros in my past. They are very good at what they do.

I woke up with horrible neck pain a couple days ago, I knew I needed to have it looked at. My husband has been coming to Landgrebe Chiropractor for the past two years and always raves about them, so I knew exactly where to go. I made my appointment to see Dr. Alexis. The receptionist was very friendly when I arrived in the office. I went back with Dr. Alexis, we talked about my neck not functioning properly and horrible constant back pain. Dr. Alexis worked her magic on my neck and lower back!

She was wonderful! When I left the office, I felt like I should be singing and running across the mountain top, like Julia Andrew's in the Sound of Music. After struggling and in pain for over a year with Achilles and heel pain and being told by 2 doctors that I needed surgery which would put me out of commission for 3 months, a friend suggested Alexis. She called her "A healer" and that is exactly what she is. After several months of treatment, I am completely pain free and can resume all normal activities. Would I recommend Alexis? Highly recommend. Great and caring, family-oriented practice. Friendly staff. When I needed evening appointments I saw Dr. Charlie and he was extremely knowledgeable and provided great relief to some significant pain that I was experiencing. Sadly I didn't keep up on maintenance visits and the pain has returned, but I am now seeing Dr. Alexis and she is just the sweetest person. After our first session I am already starting to feel some relief.

I have an ongoing significant lower back problem that I went to physical therapy for that didn't help me. I then went and got injections to try and help with pain relief that lasted about an hour then the unbearable pain would return. It gets so bad to the point where I can't walk at all. I finally decided to go see a chiropractor and I was blessed to finally get some relief from Dr. Alexis.

She is a miracle worker. Her elbows should be registered as lethal weapons. Highly recommend this place for anybody with chronic back problems especially for people that feel there is no hope like I did.

I've seen Dr. Alexis twice and I have already had huge relief with my back pain. The office staff are very nice. I was able to get in a timely matter, very pleased so far.

I have significant issues with my lower back, but a bout of Sciatica on my "good" side had me in agony. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but the Landgrebes came highly recommended by a student of mine, and, with extreme skepticism but desperate for relief, I came to Dr. Charlie. He was a miracle worker! His healing hands found the "hot spots" on my nerve and I experienced relief after my first appointment. It's amazing what simple pressure applied at the right places will do. The office staff is friendly, and it's easy to make an appointment. I am a firm believer in chiropractic services based on my experience here.

I had the unique experience of having a migraine headache (aura) start right in the middle of my initial consultation appointment with Dr. Charlie, which is what I was planning to see these guys for in the first place. I've struggled with chronic migraine for most of my life, and was very interested to try out chiro as a treatment option. Though my migraines typically like to choose the most inopportune time to come for a visit, this one had pretty perfect timing!

As anyone with migraines know, once your neck muscles lock up it is all over and you're in for a long day of misery. As soon as I let the doc know that the migraine spots had started, he had me on the table to try a few adjustments and massage techniques. I'm used to treating these monsters with a healthy dose of medication and a dark room, but he performed adjustments that somehow made my migraine way less severe.

Once it had set in, I'd say it was no stronger than a typical bad headache. I was able to go about my day with just a few Excedrin. I continued to see both Dr. Charlie and his wife Dr. Alexis for many years, until I moved out of the area. If you are a migraine sufferer, they really can help you to decrease the severity and frequency of your headaches.

They use a combo of both adjusting the bones so the muscles don't lock up as much, and trigger point massage to work out the knots that cause you issues. I can honestly say that they changed my mind about chiro and alternative medicine treatments in general. This stuff really can work!

Married couple who have healing hands. This is a family owner practice who offers either a soft touch by the Mr or a tough, reaching deep touch by the MRs. They are both thorough and awesome. Highly recommend.

Alexis is responsible for my close to pain free status. She gets results and keeps early morning office hours so I can get in before work. Her staff is courteous. Be prepared for a little tough love from her. If you prefer a gentle hand try her husband. Great little couple only charges $40 a session max even without insurance!
