Every member of our Fitchett Chiropractic Center staff genuinely cares about you and your health. Our goal is to get you better as quickly as possible and educate you about what you can do to help maintain optimal overall wellness. We would like to see the whole world under chiropractic care, so that everyone would be healthier and we could end the healthcare crisis.
Amy is our chiropractic loving yogi that makes sure all of the things get done in the Kennett office. Melissa is the amazing jack of all trades in West Grove, we've been lucky enough to have her on our team for almost 5 years! Michelle is celebrating over 9 years with Fitchett, she's always ready to greet you & make you feel welcome in our Kennett Square office!
ALL new patients receive an initial consultation, full examination, review of x-rays, and written report of findings for only $30! More importantly, Fitchett Chiropractic Center then donates that ENTIRE AMOUNT to local charities in our community. We are currently supporting A Child's Light, a local organization that provides immediate mental health support for children and adolescents, ages 2 to 18, who have experienced severe trauma.

Dr. Julie is awesome. She is very thorough and courteous. I was nervous it being my first adjustment since I became pregnant but after one session I felt so much better and am looking forward to going back. Everyone is so kind here and the new office is clean and beautiful. The ladies at the front (Amy and Laura are so sweet and friendly and helpful).

I was suffering from severe neck pain and a 24/7 headache for one year after suffering a concussion. After one treatment with Tyler at Fitchett Chiropractic Center, my headache went away and has not been back, and my neck was 90% better. I went to a second treatment with Tyler and my neck is now 99% better. I was not expecting results so quickly.

Normally never leave reviews but I'm so genuinely pleased with my intro visit! Staff was very friendly and helpful from check in through the appointment. Everyone introduced themselves, bathroom and exam rooms are modern and clean, they show you a 5 min intro video that answers some FAQ. Dr. Kiersten was very personable and did a very thorough exam. They asked me to do X-rays before any adjustments to be extra cautious which I greatly appreciate because they're covering all bases of safety! Would definitely recommend!

The team there is so knowledgeable and helpful. I've only gone a few time so far, but I'm so glad I found them. And another thing about the team, is they are always so pleasant and upbeat. It really is a joy to go there, not just for the relief they have already provided but just to interact with the team! I'd give them 100 if I could!
