Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.

Dr. Miller is at the top. I have been to several chiropractors. The focus is usually on the patients weekly visit. Not Dr. Miller, his focus is on getting you back in shape in the intensive period 1-2 time per week usually. Then his focus is on teaching the patient how to maintain a healthy body. I only see him a few times a year now. His question is always, "have you been doing your homework." The self care plan he creates for the patient.
If I do my homework he can tell, and except for a few times a year I don't need a visit. If I don't well that's my fault. I am lucky to have him as my chiropractor, and it is well worth the 45 minutes I drive.

Customer Service, Quality, Environment, Wait Time "Virtually no wait time! Super nice staff! Maddie at the front desk was awesome even though I messed up our communication! (Yikes!) Wish I knew the other girls name. She was awesome as well! Dr. Miller was patient and explained everything step by step! I didn't tell him that I am Dr. phobic! He made me feel comfortable and confident that he can help me with my pain (and I have trust issues! )Lol And last but not least. the bathroom.a corvette lovers dream bathroom! Ha! "

I called several times previously to make an initial appointment for my aching joints but wanted to use my insurance, "seems reasonable". The receptionist was rude to me and said she would call me back, when she did, she said they did take my insurance, I received another call back from another receptionist wanting further verification as I wanted to know what my copayment would be, said the chiropractor wanted cash only.
Nobody knows what is going on in that office, I have read some really good reviews and done bad ones, the owner seems to flip out online, and given the bad start we had, I chose another provider who did take my insurance "not cash hungry or greedy", I don't know why this chiropractor was acting shady, but I am happy where I ended up, and I would NOT recommend Advanced Chiropractic due to the unprofessional conduct of the entire staff. The chiropractor certainly knows what he's doing. Genuinely cares about his patients and tells them the truth but is compassionate while doing so. He is all about preventing future problems which is the main reason after being treated by him the issue has not returned in almost 2 years. You are a credit to your profession and the staff works hard to support him and the patients. HIGHLY recommend the service they provide.

Dr. Miller talked too much, all the time mostly about non chiropractic issues and I was not able to communicate my concerns because he would never stop talking. He comes across as cocky, and a know it all, and condescending. In my opinion, his office is like a barn, he herds the patients in like cattle, spends very little time with them, and sends them out the door. He was not helpful to me and others have told me the same, just sharing my opinion and would NOT reccomend him.

Dr. Miller is by far the best chiropractor around. I appreciate that he takes the time to educate and makes sure you understand what he is teaching you. He is very approachable, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I originally started seeing him for a work injury. After 3 months of Dr's appointments and Physical therapy that did not work and only aggravated my condition, I finally tried Dr. Miller's office.
I was not a believer in chiropractics. After the first visit I had at least a 50% reduction of the pain from my injury. Within no time he had me out of pain completely. Now I go for maintenance visits. fabulous care and friendly staff!

Dr Miller and his staff are hands down the best around. I was his patient over two years ago and he resolved my pain and had me in tip top shape. I unfortunately went back to bad habits in sleeping positions and my problem came back recently. I called him up and he made time for me that day and has me back on the right path. One visit and I'm at least vertical again. There is no other place I'll go or trust more then this practice. Thank you again Dr. Miller and staff!

After Ortho Specialists claimed there was nothing they could do, Dr. Miller was able to help relieve my daughters back pain within a few visits. I wish I would have started at Advanced Chiro first. THANK YOU! He is very thorough and caring - She is now on a maintenance schedule and has been pain free since becoming a patient here. I can not recommend this practice enough!

This office is one of the nicest offices I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly caring and kind and Dr. Miller is the best! He is patient, kind and goes above and beyond to do everything in his power to help you get better. He also has an incredible amount of patience and never rushes you! I would most definitely recommend this office for anyone with back pain, etc. You will not be disappointed!
