Nicole has more than 15 years experience with massage therapy. She specializes in Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point and pregnancy massage. In Nicole's spare time she loves spending time, with her kids, camping and hunting. Amanda is our Front Desk C.A. She has been with Health First Chiropractic Altoona since 2018.

In the first phase of treatment, our goal is to provide you pain relief and to help you move better. In phase two, we focus on correcting the underlying condition by retraining and stabilizing the spine, muscles, ligaments, and nerves. The Intersegmental Traction Table or "Roller Table" helps to gently re-establish the spine's normal range of motion.
Do you simply want a massage for relaxation or do you need symptom relief for a certain health condition? These are good questions to ask yourself before you get a massage. Techniques used in massages range from long, smooth strokes to short, percussive strokes. Some massage therapists use oils and lotions; others do not.

I called in the morning and they were able to schedule me for the same day, for that I'm so appreciative. When I got there, everyone was very nice and during my session the doctor was very thorough taking the time to find out exactly what my issues were and a plan to fix it. Even though I was there with a hip problem, I left feeling as good as I could feel after just one session. I would tell anyone who needed a chiropractor, to go there.

Thank you so much for taking me as soon as I called. I could barley walk and Dr. Luke was totally amazing! I also liked the fact hat he was willing to answer any questions I had. The equipment that the office uses is state of the art. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

A coworker referred me to Health First and I'm so glad he did! Everyone is amazing. Amanda is very welcoming and friendly at the front desk and all the chiropractors and other staff are amazing too! I've been seeing Dr. Kosicki and she's been great and my neck is feeling much, much better! Highly recommend going here

I went to Dr. Vipond in June hardly able to walk due to knee and hip pain. He worked on me 2-3 times a week and by July I was pain free! I now go monthly to keep with my adjustments and if something happens that I need in before I know all I have to do is call and they will get me in that day. The staff is amazing!
