Dr Carr & Dr S offer amazing relief. Seeing them since a few weeks into early pregnancy. No round ligament pain after working with them. Had some arch foot pain and after an adjustment to the foot, immediate relief! So amazing. Anyone who is pregnant or planning to be should go during this time especially.

I had my first appointment yesterday, 4/27, and already feel better than I have in years. Years of old sports injuries made me cautious, but I was taken excellent care of. I can't stress enough that my concerns were listened to and addressed to make me comfortable with the process. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone in need of chiropractic work.

I was having daily headaches for years. Got my eyes checked. Tried eliminating certain foods from my diet. Nothing worked. Headaches were gone after the FIRST treatment. Amazing! I still go weekly, and look forward to it. You're in and out of the office quickly which is awesome too. Overall amazing experience!

Ive been looking for a new chiropractor for a while and after learning an old friend Dr. Carr was here, i decided to give it a try and let me say i will not let anyone else adjust me. The exam was thorough, he explained everything he was gonna do and had me walking out a new man. I deal with chronic pain amd these adjustments are the first thing in long time that takes it away. Couldn't be happier!

I have been seeing Dr J and Dr Carr now since I was about 30 weeks pregnant for horrible back and pelvic pain. Both Dr J and Dr Carr have been nothing short of amazing! They are both so kind and are really focused on trying to alleviate my pain for me! Also the two ladies who work the front desk are both always so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend any pregnant mama or anyone who feels they could benefit from chiropractic care to reach out to Dr J's office and schedule a visit- you will not be disappointed

Dr Jay goes above and beyond! I have tried many other chiropractors and no one has been able to give my back any relief until I started going to Dr. Jay. He really knows what he is doing. I am an avid runner and constantly have back and hip injuries and once I started getting adjusted by Dr Jay I won my first half marathon! I highly recommend going to Health First Chiropractic!
