Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. The doctors and people here are simply amazing! They care about their clients and what they have to say. I would recommend this Chiropractic place to anyone. They also have a Licensed Massage Therapist who is also an Esthetician as well and she is wonderful! What other chiropractor office can you have an adjustment and then book a massage or facial? Well, you can here. They are also very affordable! Call them for your issues to get fix and feel great again!

I am so grateful that Dr. Ward and Ashley from East Mentor Chiropractic are apart of my monthly routine. Dr. Ward is a wonderful chiropractor who truly cares about his patients. Ashley, their massage therapist, has done wonders not only physically releasing the stress and knots from my body, but she wants to get to know you as a person too. Both of them have a great quality of service and I will be returning to this practice for years to come.

I'm neither recommending nor not recommending - My only advice is the following -- make sure you get xrays so Dr. knows what he's working with -- make sure you have a treatment plan in writing. I wasted a few years with Dr. and am now in treatment that is finally working and adjusting my spine and body to proper function. Electric massage, stretching the back and other body massage equipment DO NOT work when you have major back issues.

First time I went there, it was an emergency situation and they got me right in. They were very gentle and got me fixed up in a few visits. I am getting old and the years of not taking care of my body has taken its toll. But they continue to keep me active. Dr Franklin is the best. And now I start with a massage to loosen me up which works even better. All the staff are really nice and helpful.

I have been a client of Dr. Ward's for nearly 4 years. I originally experienced back problems after being struck by a cement truck from the rear at a stop light. Dr. Ward and his staff helped me work through that tough time as well as re-injuring my back caring for my wife that was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. The staff's care is genuine and their treatment is "The Best of the Best!" Thank You Very Much!

I've been going to East Mentor Family Chiropractic for about a year and a half, first for chiropractic treatment for issues i was experiencing with alignment of my upper spine and neck then for therapeutic massage which I am currently undergoing about six times a year. My experience with the office has always been very positive. Dr. Ward and his staff provide a welcome combination of warmth and personal concern for one's overall health and wellness along with a high degree of professional expertise and confidence in treating many kinds of injury and rehabilitation needs.
You always feel like they are right there with you along the way. There are a number of options for chiropractic care much closer to where I live, even right across the street, but I continue to drive a few extra miles because of the kind of care and treatment I receive there.
