I've never had any problems up until today. They've never given me any issues about paying $50 at a later date but all of a sudden after 3 years of doing that its suddenly a big deal. All because I was sent to collections 4 years ago because I was under the impression that I was still covered under insurance at the time and didn't get a notice in the mail due to having moved out of state for a few months.
As soon as I was informed of it and that it would be sent to collections I paid it. Due to that 1 incident I'm now no longer able to do what I've been doing the last few years? I love going to see Dr. Bill Lorenz he is awesome but the accounting department seriously needs work. Looks like it's time to find a new chiropractor which sucks seeing as I've been going here for the last 10 years.

Dr. Kemper is amazing. After two years of pain in my neck, I've seen improvements after every adjustment from him. He always let's me know what hes going to do and listens to what I have to say. Very friendly guy! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and helpful when I come in! Great place!
