This place is a joke they turn away cash paying customers, horrible customer service! Do not return calls and will not work with customers work schedules! Dr Lillis however is a great chiropractor, need to look into a better staff though!

Our overall experience is always so amazing. The energy and vibe the second you walk in is something our whole family can enjoy. The staff is always very understanding if we are running late or need to reschedule. Dr. Stephanie is amazing with our young children and is able to do their adjustments with no fuss.

My family and I have been patients at Advanced Body Chiropractic for approximately 10 years. Her location in Stewartville is comfortable, clean, and conducive to healing. The different modalities of treatment are wide and beneficial to many needs. Dr. Lillis' knowledge and the knowledge of her staff are phenomenal. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

My family and I love Dr. Lillis! She is so kind and always knows how to help make us feel better! Her office crew is so sweet, and so welcoming!

My daughters and I came to Dr. Lillis after a terrible car accident. I have some severe allergies to pain medication and Advanced Body Chiropractic offers alternatives such as hydro therapy, acupuncture, and massage. I couldn't find these at other clinics. Dr. Lillis took great care of us, and continues to work with all three of us extensively to help us heal.

She is a wonderful doctor and cares deeply about her patients. We all leave our appointments feeling amazed about our care and the interaction with Dr. Lillis and her staff. I can't believe how much we all look forward to seeing them. They are delightful! Cassie, the massage therapist, is one of the best at what she does. I can finally sleep again after my appointments.

Dr. Lillis is AMAZING! The adjustments are like butter. There have been adjustments from injury had it not been for Dr. Lillis I never would have allowed or asked for. Fantastic bedside manner. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Both my husband and I receive treatment at Advanced Body Chiropractic and love Dr. Lillis and Dr. Tom. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to get us in when our backs act up. I have also seen Kasey for a 15 minute massage and boy she definitely knows what she is doing. She is so kind and so friendly and listens to you and all of your concerns as well.

I love Advanced body Chiropractic! Dr. Lillis is amazing with myself and my children. She is the only one I will trust with my family. We all have a rare genetic connective tissue disorder and she is amazing will all of us and has kept me moving despite my disorder. I can't thank her enough!

Dr Lillis is an exceptional chiropractor. She offers personalized care and caters to her patients needs. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and a trustworthy source for chiropractic care. Mind, body and soul adjustments with every visit!

I do not recommend this Chiropractor! in response to an email message I received from advanced chiropractor I will go more into detail. When I first came to Lillis I was given a certain amount of chiropractor visits I was given from my insurance company. I believe his name was Stevens or something like that on the confirmation letter from my insurance carrier and of course Mrs. Lillis said she had worked with him for years.

Here lies the key to what occurred. I was offered a service (table with rollers) but I was not informed my insurance would not pay for it which according to the contract they make you sign you become responsible for the bill. At the time I was going to a private Christian University to become a Chaplain and I gave the Lillis my complete trust. I completely understand certain insurance groups pay little or nothing to a Chiropractor and other creative means of survival is necessary but dishonest ones goes against everything I thought the Lillies were.

I paid the amount because I did sign the agreement but I will be forthright in telling God and the world I felt cheated, lied to and conned and I have to wonder how many others this has been done to. I know how expensive overhead is and your own home and cars and you just had a new baby so I forgive you. Secondly, almost every patient or client I spoke to of yours verified you did almost exactly the same three or four techinques that lasted no more than 5 minutes on all them.

I came to understand your operation like a cheap fast food restaurant. Last but not least you worked on me without viewing my X-rays. You did more harm than good. Now, you discovered I had fibromyalga and for that alone I am grateful. I don't blame you for being forced to create other ways to make money. The Government put a very low ceiling rate for your services.

It was the way your husband treated me that was worse than the con to accept a service you Knew my insurance would not pay for therefore you could charge me double what they paid anyway. Ugly and dirty. I have to wonder how many others you have done this to? I would have left my original one line reviewed but you had to answer me with such disrespect.

You forced me to tell the truth about what you did to me. This has been a difficult life lesson for all of us. Don't accept any procedure until you know if your insurance pays for it because the Lillies will not '''inform' you. Lesson Learned~
