My favorite spa in the Twin Cities area. Great therapists and a very relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking to be pampered and feel fantastic afterwards this is the place.

I paid for the package deal it was expensive but whatever it was mothers day but by no means was it worth itEverything that was done I could have done at home myself! The bath was normal, the message was terrible the lady who did it barely touched me at all! It was basically a finger massage. She used very little sugar scrub(cheap) and no scrub. I felt robbed.

I still feel robbed and its been a year. I've never been so disappointed by a service provider. If someone is paying you almost $400 make it a wonderful experience. The place was very nice and clean though.

Avoid at all costs. I really don't understand how this place is in business. My husband and I had a horrible experience getting massages this afternoon. My masseuse started off by saying "just so you know- I'm starting early so I'm ending early". Fine but please don't start my massage that way. Secondly, I had to wear a mask during my massage.

If they would have told me in March 2022 I would have to wear a mask DURING MY MASSAGE, I would have gone elsewhere. I've had dozens of massages since Covid. This is the first I've had to wear a mask. Secondly, it was LOUD. I heard every conversation in the lobby and room next door. Third, I had a 60 minute massage and told the masseuse my back was bothering me and I needed it worked.

She did not even TOUCH my back. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else. I've had massages 100x better at the mall. My husband and I were incredibly disappointed we wasted our PTO and lots of money at this horrid establishment. We were never even offered robes!

I had the ninety minute facial with Teasha and added on the tangerine peel and the champi scalp treatment. It was insane, I left so so relaxed and my skin looked amazing for days. Gorgeous, quiet place. Super chill. Highly recommend. I wish I could get the same treatment every week until I die

I've been coming to Fusion for the past 5-6 years and have had an array of treatments. It's such a lovely, thoughtful spa geared toward holistic wellness. The providers are so knowledgeable so I always leave feeling more aware of my body and inspired to maintain its health. Pedicures are excellent (and not bad for your nails like so many other nail salons), massages are fabulous, the detox ritual is fantastic, and they offer a wide array of wellness services grounded in eastern traditions and administered by qualified practitioners. Staff is wonderful, products are wonderful, everything's wonderful! I've recommend Fusion to my friends and will continue to do so!

The best massage parlor I have ever been to. I got the detox ritual with Hope! She was AMAZING. Even gave me lotion for my face afterwards. They have so many organic items for sale as well. I went back and got an Indian scalp massage so my hair would grow and then I bought an amazing conditioner. I'll never go to a different massage parlor in the cities again! Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere, amazing before and after comfort.

If you're looking for a professional massage in a clean, neat, relaxing, & welcoming environment this is the place! I went in for my first time and purchased the 30 minute reflexology massage, the massage therapist did a great job. I literally left feeling like weights had been lifted off my shoulders/back. Next time I will be trying one of the herbal baths!

The prenatal massage I received was phenomenal. The pressure was just right and they focused on my back, legs and feet since I mentioned having slightly swollen feet. I was offered water or tea upon arrival and taken to the nice waiting room with great aromas. I did not have to fill out any paperwork so getting there only 5-10 minutes early works out well.

The only distracting thing about the massage experience was the constant beeping from the clock. Other than that it was a fantastic experience and I didn't want the massage to end. I also got an offer through yelp for 10% off when checking in :

Not a fan. location was dated with a strange decor in comparison to other locations I've seen around the metro. Massage service was okay but nothing that blew me away for the price. Other people in the spa were loud and it's all I could think about is how annoying it was during my massage - not the therapist fault just a bummer.

8 of us came on a Saturday afternoon for a spa-day bachelorette party and had a great time! There was a private room with a dining table, chairs, and comfy couches for us to lounge in between our services. (Room was free of charge!) I brought bubbly and lunch and it worked perfectly for everyone to come and go in between services. Some guests got massages, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments. Donna, the manager was super easy to work with during the planning stage.

She responded quickly to calls/emails and was very helpful day-of the party. Everyone was happy with their services, some have even already gone back for additional services. Overall, it was great! I look forward to coming back soon! PS- I attached some photos of the private room. I did bring all of the drinks/food, but the dishware, glasses, champagne flutes, etc, were provided.

My husband gifted me a spa gift certificate on Fusion Lifespa. I scheduled the Hammad 2 1/2 hour spa treatment. Michele was the best. She was excited and knowledgable about the products, which got me excited. She let me know in advance what to expect and she was so thoughtful and nurturing through out the entire service. I had a magical and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a spa treatment that leaves them feeling happy, re-centered, and refreshed about life again.

I can't say enough about this place. I started going here about 5 years ago, as my husband got me a gift certificate here. It's about 45 minutes away from my house, so I don't get to go often, but it is amazing.it is worth the drive! Heidi gives the best hot stone massages a person could ask for. The curative baths and steam showers are divine.

I leave feeling more relaxed than I ever have in my life. The relaxation room that you get to wait in is so inviting; comfortable chairs to put your feet up, a warm inviting fireplace, calming smells, and music. It sets the mood for a relaxing day. A little pricey, but in my opinion, I would rather pay a little more to leave 100% satisfied.

I've been a loyal customer and long time fan of Fusion Lifespa for almost 8 years. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a big smile and helpful attentive staff. I've had several massages, facials, and pedicures. Each service has been outstanding and more than met my expectations. I also love their organic array of products including the Fusion brand. The products are phenomenal! Fusion is the best spa in town by far!

Excellent find! Super clean, wonderful selection of oils and creams. Had the 90 min massage and it was perfect. Loosened me up for another round of golf. The spa has a very welcoming, calming aura from the minute you walk in the door. Definitely coming back.

Best spa experience of my life so far. I keep telling my husband about it. Hint, hint. Aka - Buy me gift certificates for here now. I'm a massage addict, so I've tried more than a lot of places. I have a go-to spot close to me. However, this was the only spa I found with bathes. I needed to soak my weathering body, so I made the 1 hour trek out.

I treated myself to a spa day, facial by Haley, then curative bath, ending with a massage by Savita. I called ahead with a billion questions, because I'm needy. The receptionist was extremely patient and provided recommendations. The day of, I arrived almost lunatic mad. I gave myself time to get there 15 minutes early. Nope. Construction caused massive traffic on a late Saturday morning.

I arrived exactly at 1pm when my first service started. I was worried it would cut into my time, but they were quick to check me in, show me a undressing area, then their waiting room. I still received a full 60 minute facial and massage. Some places say 60 minutes, but it's really 40 because 20 of it is "consulting" and changing, not here. I highly encourage you to book with Haley and Savita.

I was even more impressed that both these services were equally PHENOMENAL, done by two different people. The curative bath is self guided, there's an amazing steam shower in the room to use prior to the bath. You pay for 30 minutes, but they time you for 25, which is definitely enough time to get wrinkley fingers and toes. I felt so rejuvenated, my face looked rested and glowy, and my body felt great.

With the three services they gave me 10% off. After gratuity I still felt like it was a steal compared to how amazing my body felt. Great services, professional therapists, and friendly staff, I can't wait to return for another spa day!

Just went yesterday for a 90 minute facial and it was really, really good. Turns out they basically make all their own products - I had a goat cheese mask! They also carry Organic Pharmacy products, which I really like. I am in my 40s and have been having facials since I was a teenager so I am really picky about treatments and heard this Spa was great. Totally lived up to it's reputation. My skin (now a day later) looks and feels like I JUST walked out of the treatment room. I will be back! Thank you Fusion!

Today was my first appointment in this spa and I give it 5 stars for the friendly grate service that I got, Barbara was fabulous she did my facial and I highly recommend her, I love it and will be back for sure.

I just had my birthday party here with 6 girls including myself. I loved it, the place was clean, the people were nice and the services were great. My only complaint was that it was very expensive and the prices were very "hush, hush" until the day of.

Fantastic massages by expert massages. I have a lot of massages & for me it's difficult to find quality a masseuse that equals the pricing. Fusion provides excellent service and value. The only thing I would change is the dressing area, it's pretty small but the robes, the music, the variety of services offered and customer service are great!

Wonderful experience! I never thought I would become a regular at a spa. But I can't help it when it comes to this place. I've had about 4 facials and a couple massages there! The ambiance is the best I've experienced. it's relaxing, clean, the staff is amazing with everyone having a unique background. And their products. By far my favorite

I had a spa day with a girlfriend for her birthday. We both had Signature Fusion Facials, Clementine & Cranberry body polish (highly recommend!), and 60-minute massages. My massage was with Ryan and she was fabulous. Our entire experience was excellent. We brought salads and the refrigerated and plated them for us - which was so nice! The only thing I would mention is that their spa slippers are size 8 - which is perfect for me but was too big for my friend and she ended up bare foot. We are definitely going back!
