At Back Into Life Chiropractic, we are patient focused. Each new patient has a consultation and examination with their Chiropractor and then a treatment plan specific to their needs is implemented. We have multiple techniques and services to utilize on a patient's journey to health. The most specific and unique is the chiropractic adjustment.
Back Into Life Chiropractic moved from its original location to our current location in Ramsey, MN July of 2015. We are very proud of our new office located in The Fountains of Ramsey building and serve our surrounding communities such as Anoka MN. We have the most up to date equipment and operate in a clean, warm, and professional environment.
We will have all of your information then saved in our database and we'll be ready upon your arrival. They certainly live up to their name! My husband and I have a significant improvement in our quality of life and it is all due to their caring and competent staff. My husband had a work related injury that could have kept him out of work for months or even required surgery, but thanks to all the staff at Back Into Life he was back to work in a month.They always put the customer first and I'm continuously amazed at how efficiently they assess what's wrong and fix it!

I'm 43 and never really believed in chiro treatment but my back had been bothering me and someone at work suggested I give them a try. I've been in for a few treatments now and my back pain is pretty much gone. Both Dr. Jesse & Dr. Craig are excellent at what they do and great to deal. Lexi the chiro assistant is as nice and accommodating as you will ever meet.
She's super good at making you feel comfortable and getting you ready to see the Dr.'s. I highly recommend going in to see them even if you are a doubter like me. Benefits are amazing!

I have had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in the clinic the receptionists and doctors were fabulous! My doctor and I talk about my needs and formulate a plan going forward. My questions are always answered and I feel like I have a say in my treatment. Alignments are crucial in my healing process and overall health! I highly recommend Back Into Life Chiropractic!

I just went for a new patient visit recently. I have been to a few chiropractors this year and needed someone who was personal and close to home. They are near my house so I called and got a new patient appointment within an hour. My back already feels better and they took time to ask about my pain and find a way to make it better. Excited to go back for my next visit!

I have a had Chiropractic care my whole life. These doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are flexible as to the level of care they provide based on listening to you as the patient. They take scheduled appointments and walk-ins and are always very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking Chiropractic care.

I had lower back, hip, and sacral-iliac joint pain. I have seen other chiropractors but not for several years, and with mixed results. My pain was affecting my activities so I decided to try Back Into Life because it was close to home, the reviews were good, & my insurance listed them as a participating provider. I have been to other chiropractors but my experience here was top-notch.
I had treatment twice a week for 3 weeks and I feel SO much better. Everything just feels so well-aligned now! My appointments were always on time, which was also important to me, and Dr. Craig as well as the entire staff exhibited a personable, friendly, and caring attitude. I heartily recommend them!

Dr. Ternus is amazing! I've been to a lot of different chiropractors over the years and this place definitely ranks at the top! The staff is friendly, personable and accommodating. I felt the difference after the first visit and continue to get even better with each visit. My husband goes here too and he is very pleased with his care. We both highly recommend!

I was looking for a new chiropractor when I heard goods things about Back Into Life Chiropractic. I was excited that it was in a very convenient location for me. After my first visit, I knew I would continue my treatment there. The staff is wonderful. They treat me like a valued patient at every visit. They allow me time to relax with stim each time, and I love that they let ME decide when I want to come back. I would recommend anyone to go.

I have been going to Back into Life for about fifteen years and would not think of how I would be if I stopped going. My back was a total mess and the Doctor took care of the intenese pain in my lower back, that I was experiencing on my daily routine. The office has a very positive environment, with a staff that is concern to their patients needs.
