I've gone to Carson on and off for over 10 years. I consistently recommend him to anyone that has any nagging or reoccurring injury. Dr. Morris has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I've had neck and back pain starting in my mid twenties. I started seeing Dr. Morris about 12 years ago and he has helped alleviate my pain tremendously. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. He always answers all my questions and shows me some of the things that I can do to prevent pain and strain in my upper back and neck area. He talks about posture and stretching and strength training. The staff in office is always friendly and helpful with insurance and scheduling. Excellent chiropractor.

Dr Morris is the best. I've been having neck and back issues for about 6-7 yrs. After xrays he showed me was was causing the issues and explained how we would begin treating it. I needed to visit the office 3x a week for the first couple of weeks. It was crazy how consistently friendly everyone in the office was even though they went through the same routines every day.

They make you feel like family, which is helpful when you're in a ton of pain and need good care. I love coming to the office - always a positive attitude in the air and I leave feeling better.physically and emotionally. Highly recommend you call them if you're in need of a chiropractor!

Carrson has been a lifesaver for my husband and I. I was having terrible jaw pain and couldn't close my mouth. My dentist was unable to find a source of the pain and so I sought out the help of Carrson at Vitality. He was very thorough in his assessment of my entire spinal column, with a long initial interview and assessment and then a lengthy explanation of the positives and negatives as well as a treatment plan.

I have seen great relief so far, after a few weeks. I often have to bring my young children and Carrson as well as his friendly and caring staff, Adrian & Amy, are very helpful and understanding. They have a lot of great toys for kids and are very patient. I would recommend Carrson for anyone experiencing pain and seeking chiropractic care and/or physical therapy.

Great team, professional and friendly. Front desk team has been great at working with me to access my insurance and also to find the right times for treatment. I'm new to chiropractic treatment but Dr Morris is super friendly, always explains what's going on and takes the time to invite questions.

I initially visited Dr. Morris due to numbness and tingling that I believed at the time was caused by a pinched nerve. Ultimately I found out that my tingling and numbness was a symptom of Lyme disease. Dr. Morris was extremely helpful and supportive of me during the process of trying to find this Lyme diagnosis. It was not chiropractic related but he still helped me answer general medical questions and offered suggestions of providers to see.

I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to help me during that difficult time. Lyme disease comes with many aches and pains so he is very helpful when I need an adjustment. Dr. Morris and his staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and highly qualified and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I've seen a handful of chiropractors in the past, none of whom I've wanted to remain a patient for too long. My wife has been a patient of his since high school and urged me to see him. Before Dr. Morris even began treating my back injury, he took x-rays and explained the process to me in depth. In the 3+ years I've been a patient, he's seen me through that back injury and treated me for a variety of other ailments. I'm an active guy, and the sports I participate in tend to leave me injured every once in a while. I've strained my quadricep, sprained my ankle, and overworked my rotator cuff.
